As a medical care worker, I give 0 star to the person who answered the phones (11/08/24 at 1154). Really rude and short. No wonder your reviews are low (3.6 stars)

I have not been in yet but Jenny from the referral department went above and beyond to make sure I got seen regardless of my healthcare provider portal being down to make sure I got an appointment asap. I will update my review after getting seen.

Dr. Nguyen Lee prescribed a very strong medicine, then she failed to monitor it properly. My brother, after six months, was thankfully found by a friend and taken to the Hospital. In intensive care, there were life saving treatments yet withdraws from the intense Kidney treatment was ignored. Dr Nguyen Lee NEVER even came to the hospital!!!!
The icing on the cake is that they were paid $900 Too much. Now get this, they have a policy of holding onto refunds IF you have an appointment within 120 days!!!! We have no appointment, we found another Dr., yet still we don't have the refund from the beginning of Sept. This is Nov 20th.!!!!!
There are many more ethical Nephrologist in Nevada, keep looking!!!
It's Dec 21st. We have been told twice that they mailed the $900 overpayment. Then we were told someone was mistaken when they said it was mailed. Totally unbelievable, totally unprofessional.

My mom was 11 minutes late because of an accident on the freeway, we called the main office they said they were going to tell them but never did. The Doctor said she wasn't going to see us we waited weeks for that appointment and just like that we were sent home. We are now at a different location we got here at 2:38 pm it's 3:42 pm and her appointment was at 3:15pm. This is ridiculous!
