I was referred to Nevada smiles spring valley from my partner and a few close friends. I must say this is the most professional experience I have ever had since moving to Las Vegas. The staff from Alexis and Blessing in the front to Dr. Sosa and Lexi in the back is AWESOME! They are very informative and addressed all my concerns. I also appreciate Dr. Sosa for calling me a few hours afterwards to check how I’m doing. To top it off the staff is very warm and very funny. I highly recommend seeing them! A tip. You guys don't need to call multiple times from various numbers to confirm appointments. Plus you guys email and text. Like I didn't respond to text confirming. People are at work and busy, it's like cold calling. So that already leaves bad impression. Its overwhelming. I will update review after my appt. Also the call center they apparently have scheduled my appt for alingers wrong under general dentistry and they called to reschedule my appt day of. That is weird that they caught it so late. So it's been an odd experience so far attempting to do business with this office.

If you want to stay healthy, Stay away from here!!! They let a guy in without using his mask in the tight office environment. He was spitting all over while speaking and they did not make any effort to clean or advise him to keep a mask on 100% of the time.

Amazing staff! I needed to be seen emergently and they were able to get me in right away. Alisa was super gentle and professional! Her demeanor really helped put me at ease.

I have been a patient in this location and with other relatives attending the same location, the office manager has her hands full. Always with a smile and patience answers all questions and addressed all concerns. The best dental visit I have ever had. I was really nervous to go since it had been a long while since my last actual visit with a dentist. All the girls were awesome and made my visit enjoyable. As soon as I walked in Kayla greeted me with a smile. My assistant Alisa was very friendly and fun to talk with. Definitely made me feel more comfortable. Not to mention she was very quick taking my xrays. Dr. Wu was very thorough and took the time to explain everything and all of my options. You can tell she actually cares about her patients and loves what she does. Jordan made the financial part of things nice and easy. A really great experience. I don’t really go to the dentist that often since most places I’ve gone to want to overcharge you. I was a little worried before going into the place but the whole experience was great from the start to finish. Kayla and Jordan greeted me when I walked in and they were super helpful when it came to answer questions I had over the paperwork and going over my insurance. The back office was just as nice. Dr. Wu and Alisa were really thorough and took their time to explain everything that was going on in my mouth and what kind of work I needed to have done. They both made me feel really comfortable with everything going on in my mouth. When it came to finally getting my teeth cleaned, the hygienist, Aubrie, was really gentle with my teeth. My teeth have always been sensitive and getting them cleaned usually hurts whenever a dentist uses that machine that spits out water and vibrates like a jack hammer. The hygienist was able to clean my teeth without using that machine and it was one of the best cleanings I have had. No pain, no sensitivity, and everything in my mouth felt super clean.

Overall, the office and Dr. Wu were really great to me. I have never felt more comfortable with a dental office and the people work there. Finally felt like I was going to an office that cares about the person sitting in the chair. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I had an appointment today at Coast Dental. I feel they are running an unethical illegal scam over at the 8445 W Flamingo Rd. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and x-ray. The doctor tells me I have prophylaxis disease. I was told in quote "" it's illegal to get a regular cleaning if you have prophylaxis disease"" I said"" Illegal is a strong word. I called the ADA and they stated it's not Illegal to get a regular cleaning it highly recommend to get a deep cleaning but you have the choice to get which cleaning you Want. I feel it's illegal to lie to people about what what they can and cannot get. Yet telling people it's ""illegal"" to get a cleaning is clearly a lie. $700 later because they refuse to let me use what was offered free on my dental plan. I'm 30 years old and my teeth are in really good shape. I feel this place tells you you have stuff you don't then charges you thousands of dollars. Jorden in billing MANAGEMENT stated it's illegal to let customer do a regular cleaning. I feel I should of been offered a choice. I understand they might think a deep cleaning would be highly recommended however it's not illegal to do a regular cleaning. I feel they should of done what I asked for that fits with my budget. Not what they want deposited in there bank account. I was charge all of these obserd fees based on it was illegal if I didn't get my teeth DEEP cleaned on the high priced $700 monthly plan. I have 4 pages of fees when all I asked for was a cleaning and an exam. However it's apparently ""illegal" in Jordan's eyes however not in the ADA EYES. I'm meeting with an attorney tomorrow at 3pm. Until I'm provided a refund. It's not about the money. It's about giving customers options I can see the more expensive service is better to them but I should not be lied to and told it's my only option. Jordan says "" I'm breaking the law if I am requesting a regular cleaning. Really?

My husband and I avoided the dentist at all costs before we found Coast Dental. We not only trust them with our oral health, but they offer fantastic pediatric services for our 3 sons. We've had everything from cleanings to extractions, to wisdom teeth removal, gum infections, and our oldest has had his braces for over a year now. The office staff are friendly and understanding when we have to reschedule. They offer great oral health advice, and make sure you're comfortable during all procedures. They also offer a small retail area for any specialty products you can't find at the grocery or pharmacy. We can't recommend this place more.

This is a great dental office for my 2 girls, 9 and 11. Dr. Wu was very kind and communicated well with both my daughters. She let us know that my kids were missing some areas when they brushed their teeth. So I went home and watched teeth brushing videos with them and worked with them to see how they can improve their brushing game. I went for cleaning and they told me I NEEDED a cranial x-ray. turns out it was a lie and they charged my issuance so many times for it that my issuance denied paying for all of the x-rays they did on me in the one day. then on top of that they charged my issuance so many times for a cleaning that my insurance denied the multiples and i had to pay for all of it out of pocket. so what is usually a free dental routine cost me around $350 OUT OF POCKET ..AND they ran my dental insurance up to $350 ! , that's $700 for an x-ray and dental cleaning. after i saw that I ran and requested my x-rays from them to my new dentist and they refused to send them , i had to physically go to their office and sign as form that made them release them to me , my new dentist notified me they were such poor quality they had to redo the x-rays .. but for free of course because no one else in the city will charge you. bottom line NEVER GO HERE.

Was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Jessica Wu at Coastal Dental Flammingo location. I was very impressed with the office. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Wu was very friendly and professional. She took her time and did a very thorough exam. She also very professionally and politely mentioned there’s an orthodontist there in the office if I were interested in braces or in invisaline as that was an option but she wasn’t pushy about making an appointment which was great. Would highly recommend Dr. Wu and her office to my family and friends.

Today was my first time at Flamingo Coast Dental office and the staff was great! The young lady at the front desk, Mailessa, was very helpful, re: insurance problems I was having. I appreciate calls she made to make all ok. Wait time wasn't long and the Assistant, Nicole took very good care of me. Dr. Wu was pleasant & clear on all explainations of procedures to be done. My questions on cost were handled by Manager, Jordan and I really appreciate how easy she prepared paperwork & explained different payment options that are great! I found Coastal Dental online and got an appointment within one day. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I've never had a cavity before and it's embarrassing but the staff at Coastal Dental didn't judge me or make me feel awkward. Going to the dentist is scary but to feel like family makes the nerves completely decipate. Thank you ladies for being so wonderful. I finally found my family dentist amd it feels great!!!

My first appointment here I thought I was getting my teeth cleaned because thats what I had made the appointment for, but they only ended up doing x-rays. When I went to pay at the end for my deductible, the girl tried getting me to buy a bunch of extra stuff(electric toothbrush, toothpaste, air flosser). After politely declining the products, I made a new appointment to come in for a cleaning. I just went in the other day for my cleaning and the same girl that helped me pay my deductible last time sat down with me(before I even went back to the treatment room) and gave me a piece of paper that said I had to pay about $64. I explained to her that I thought since I paid my deductible last visit I would not have to pay anything this visit for my cleaning(that's what my insurance said). She told me the charges were for a fluoride treatment and a special cavity toothpaste which I politely declined. If I hadn't of asked what the charges were for, she would not have explained them to me which I think is very unprofessional. Those are both extra services that are optional and I think should be explained before you just try to charge someone for them. Then I was brought back to the treatment room, and the dentist(who is very nice) started cleaning my teeth. I'm not from Nevada so I think it was very unusual that the dentist was the one cleaning my teeth because any other dentist I've been to has a hygienist clean your teeth. Once she was done "cleaning" my teeth, the assistant attempted to floss my teeth but she only did about half of them(the other half she didn't push the floss down hard enough to get between my teeth so instead of trying harder she just moved on). Then when she was polishing my teeth, she polished part of my lip in the front instead of moving it out of the way. My whole cleaning took about 15 minutes, which from my previous experiences at other dental offices is NOT long at all. I left feeling like my teeth were barely cleaned and VERY unsatisfied. I am usually pretty patient and don't complain about stuff like this often, but this has been the worst dental experience I have ever had and I will NEVER come back here nor schedule my husband for his cleaning here.

Wish i would of found Dr. Jessica Wu years ago. Ive had awful teeth issues, and used other dentist who just made it worse. Dr Wu takes her time, listens, and gives posotive results. I'm not a fan of the dentist, it's honestly been years since I been to one but the staff here are amazing and really helped me feel comfortable. This location is super convenient for me, it's literally down the street. I didn't really have to wait long for anything. Everything was about 10-15 mins wait to be called in or to be attended too. Karen I believe is the receptionist, she's one of the nicest ladies I've met and she's from Hawaii just like me. Faye and Dr. Wu are amazing. They're an awesome duo, super fast and efficient. I love that they explain everything to you. I highly recommend this team.

I really like Coast Dental on West Flamingo. Penny the assistant Office manager is very knowledgeable and friendly and has treated me very well. She has helped me to understand the financial aspect of my Dental treatment program so I don’t feel overwhelmed by the costs involved.

Horrific.....been a Year dealing with ONE tooth - temp crown, permanent crown, infection, abcess and now have to have tooth extracted! And as of today 10.18.17 Dr. Wilson no longer works there!!!! Switching dentists - I gave it a complete Year and refuse to go through the Holidays again this year with teeth issues caused by this facility.

To boot, my insurance was whacky and confused the heck out me. Lisa, the office manager, was and is so patient and took the time to work with me to figure out the best way to pay which I felt like most other places would have just blown me off and mailed a bill. GREAT SERVICE! I am so happy with the service I got. The office manager with all the jobs Lisa Clausell was exceptionally nice and easy to talk too. Went out of her way for me. Great dentist Mathew Wilson took his time with my son and I as asked all the right questions before I even had to ask. The Hygienist was extremely nice and easy to talk too. This place has to be buying good reviews. Horrible for orthodontics, so unorganized. I know a couple people that have gone here and also had multiple bad experiences. Incompetent staff. Staff failed to inform me that I needed something done between my next visit and completely lacked in customer service. Proceeded to blame me for their mistake and said it was my problem. got a phone call 10 minutes before appointment and the lady on the phone told me they wouldn't be able to do anything for me during my appointment. Was already on my way so went to the appointment anyway. Showed up and she was completely wrong. Glad I didn't listen to her. This place is a sh** show.

First off I would like to say that the dental staff is by far amazing and very experienced, but the treatment I get from the front desk staff isn't the best by far and completely ruins the experience for me. A woman would often answer the phone and would have an incredibly intolerable attitude which makes it impossible to schedule any appointments with and also they don't send out text message notifications on a reasonable time.

Originally Coast Dental had 1 star for their services on google until someone from the staff started soliciting costumers to download google maps and write about their services on Google.

I'm not a HUGE fan of this dental office. Again, the dental staff is by far great but the receptionists are unbearable.
