I had a very disappointing experience with Nevada Spine & Disc. I scheduled an appointment for my mother and provided her insurance information in advance. At no point was I informed that her insurance was not accepted by the clinic.

After making arrangements, taking time out of our schedule, and arriving for the appointment, we were told that they could not accept her insurance. This could have easily been avoided with proper insurance verification before confirming the appointment.

I believe a healthcare provider should have clear and responsible communication with patients. The lack of proper information caused an unnecessary waste of our time and money.

I hope the clinic improves its insurance verification process so that other patients do not experience the same inconvenience

I was suffering from multiple injuries after being involved in 2 separate no-fault car accidents about a week apart. The 2nd one totaled my car, and caused even more pain in my neck, shoulders, chest, ribs, arms, wrist, upper and lower spine, and thighs. My adjustment was fine, but I would not recommend coming here for x-rays. I specifically came here for x-rays, and was unimpressed to say the least.

The equipment seemed dated and was in a back closet full of junk, and the staff who took and reviewed my x-rays seemed inexperienced. I checked with the chiropractor that referred me to get x-rays, and was told that they did not take all of the necessary images. I called to discuss this with the office, and they said I would have to pay again if I wanted to redo them.

Last December I had to stop playing basketball and sports because of lower back pain. I started gaining weight and I was getting sick all the time.
