Very disappointed whit this primary care. Something simple like sent a email or update a refferal to the dermatologist was very frustrate.
Also the people back to counter was rude and act like they don’t know that job.
When I ask to talk to someone a charge to sent email they said she is occupied like come back later.

I've been going to this Dr for over a year I had an appointment I had an emergency and couldn't make my appointment they want to charge me $50 I don't think so what a joke I will never again be going to this joke of a dr office.

I have been canceled on twice in a span of a month and a half. I work and taking time for my doctors appointment has to be planned. Is very unprofessional that your office is playing with my time this way. And no, I do not want to hear any excuses. This has happened already twice and both times on Fridays.

I want copies of ALL my records by Monday, November 22nd, I do not think I want to come back to receive this type of unprofessional and low patient care treatment.

Called the number several times over the last 7 months and it states the hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and then the call disconnects. Pressed 7 for physician and then the call disconnects every single time since October. Very very poor service not even able to make an appointment even for a physician.

I love this doctor, been with him for years and without him I would probably be dead. He has my diabetes under control because he's good at his job and makes me feel like he really cares and it ain't just all about the money. Great doctor I recommend this dude to anyone in vegas.
