I appreciated that Dr. Flores took his time and did not rush through my appointment. However, on the first of several visits, I was forced to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes past my appointment time before even being called back, then another 30-45 minutes after the assistant took vitals before the doctor came in. After several visits for testing, I felt like his biggest concern was selling me something - whether a CPAP machine or writing a prescription I never requested and he acknowledged wasn't necessary.

Dr. Flores is very to the point knowledgeable and professional . He takes the time to explain and makes sure you understand. I don't know if Dr. Flores is a good pulmonologist or not. I can't even get them to return my phone calls to make an appointment. For over a month, I've been trying to make an appointment. I hand delivered my referral and my CT report. If they are not accepting new patients or are just not interested in my case, they could at least have the courtesy of telling me.

Tengo un hijo adulto ( 36 años con Síndrome de Down ) el cuál ha venido presentando un serio problema de salud lo que su vida estaba en una situación crítica, y corría alto riesgo de sobrevivir. Nos hablaron del Dr Flores y con la bendición del Señor nuestro hijo que ha sido atendido por el desde aproximadamente más de 2 años la recuperación y la calidad de su vida ha ido creciendo, nuestro hijo vivía permanentemente conectado a una máquina de oxígeno, lo que lo limitaba a hacer una vida normal, estaba condenado a una discapacidad de movilidad, ya que al caminar la falta de aire lo obligaba a permanecer reducido a una silla o la cama.. el Dr profesionalmente es muy exigente con los tratamientos y seguimiento del paciente lo que hace que la familia y el mismo paciente sean disciplinados con el cumplimiento de sus recomendaciones.. sugiero que tengan en cuenta a este Dr si padecen alguna enfermedad respiratoria! First I’d like to mention the staff as they are the first you are greeted with. I’ve been to this office 4 times and they have always been AMAZING. Courtesy & Professionalism at its best. Dr . Left 4 voicemails over the course of 3-4 weeks to try to make an appointment after receiving a referral for this doctor, received no response, finally decided to call multiple times to try to actually get a representative only to be told that they left me a voicemail 2 weeks ago (When I don't have a voicemail nor a log of them calling) that said the doctor refused to treat these symptoms and I would need to go back to my primary physician to get a referral for a different doctor.

I was in health care for over 40 years. I had worked and met multiple physicians. I know when I have met an exceptional physician and that is Dr. Flores.
I found him pleasant, professional, very thorough. He ordered all the appropriate tests and when I went back for results, he spent at least 45 minutes with me and went over every test with and explaining everything. If choose him, you will be very happy that you did. He also has a pleasant assistant Marlo, working with him and she follows up with calling you and also she returns phone calls, if you happen to leave her a message.

After going to 9 different doctors, to include 2 other pulmonologist, 3 ENT's, and my primary care, Dr. Flores was able to figure out what was wrong with me without me even talking to him. I sent his office the same CT's and MRI that all the other doctors "reviewed", and he was able to determine what was wrong with me before I stepped foot in the office. He took the time to look at the images instead of rely on what someone else thought they did/didn't see. Had it not been for Dr. Flores, I probably would have had a lung collapse and major surgery or worse. He was very professional and spent an abundance of time with me to explain my options and treatment going forward. I would definitely recommend him to others and already have.

Dr. Flores was my second pulmonoligist. Where the first told me to come back in 6 months to monitor fluid in my lung. Dr. Flores, however, run all test in search of the cause or solution. Drg. Folks, if you are looking for a doctor who is thorough, kind, respectful, and informative then you need to see Dr. Antonio Flores! There has been no visit I have had where he did not sit and ask me questions, educate me on health. Be ready to spend some time there, not waiting, but spending time with the doctor. It is rare to find a doctor like Dr Flores and I would recommend him to anyone, anytime. Get this, when your in the waiting room he even comes out himself to get you and bring you into the exam room.

I have seen Dr. Flores for about a year now. He is very thorough and takes his time with you.
He answers all your questions and makes sure you fully understand the next steps. His office is very efficient about coordinating tests and getting back to you with the results. The wait times are acceptable. I rarely have had to wait more than 10-15 minutes past my appointment time. His office staff are very nice and professional and I haven’t had any issues with billing/claims. I’ve also been pleased with his recommendations for preventative measures (e.g. Pneumonia vaccine and Flu Shot prescriptions).
