Dr Ng's practice is a breath of fresh air in our crazy current medical system. So rare to find someone so laser focused on the patient that also has an amazing staff willing to do whatever it takes to help navigate the maze of insurance and pharmacies and appointments. The access to care and scheduling flexibility are amazing.

I was fortunate to see Dr. Ng prior to him opening his concierge practice. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my health care. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. His staff is attentive, professional, and welcoming. Together, they provide the best health care in town.

Dr. Ng Jeffrey P MD force all his patient to pay US $2525.00 annual member fee in order for him to see the new patient, even the patient is under cover with United Heaethcare PPO insurance. This is defiantly not reasonable. Not recommended.

Dr Ng is truly the best of the best and demands/delivers the finest care for his patients. He takes the time needed to listen and understand then formulate the best plan possible for your health. I was so fortunate to find him 16 years ago and will never trust my health to anyone else. Thank you Dr. Ng and your amazing staff for all that you do! 10 out of 5 stars!

My husband and I gave this doctor a perfect score. I wish that he didn’t go concierge but understand that he was always concierge before. Seriously considering taking a loan out just to get back to him as my husband back issue returned and nobody will help him or give quality of care as Dr. Ng did in the past. He is worth it..

Jeff has been my primary care Doc for well over a decade. When he opened his own private concierge practice, I was thrilled and was close to the first one to sign up. He is, hands down, the best family practice/primary care doc in Las Vegas and the service he and his staff have put together at Ng Family Healthcare is unmatched.
