The doc did not introduce herself or greet me eyes 9n computer all time crazy highblood recorded. I told them to retake it on my paper work 183/158. Referral for xray supposed to send they did not receive i had to call monday for them to resend. I went to cl8n8c for x-rays Friday. I am having problems getting results for medication prescription. Pharmacy identified a potential issue with medication. Has been almost a two weeks. Still no resolution. In addition difficult to have a conversation with the doctor, she is too focused on their software upgrade as a result I feel my time is being wasted while is trying to figure out how to use the software.

One hour wait past appointment time. The medical profession is the only one that’s rude about timeliness. It’s difficult to fathom that, in this day and age, someone from the office can’t text me an say they’re running late.

Very thorough; went through checklist that’s been done and those needing follow through. She explained laboratory report’s significant/high values, their consequence(s) when not addressed early on. She reviewed procedure results well and made appropriate recommendations as needed. Dr Bonuel is very easy to talk to and makes a patient less stressed out due to her soft, reassuring voice.
