I would recommend this dental office any day! I originally went to a different office down the street who tried to constantly up sale me on things I didn’t need. Later found out they didn’t take my insurance. So I went to Northview instead. No upselling, no unnecessary treatments, just a good honest cleaning. Exactly what I figured I needed. I had my second appointment today. This office makes you feel comfortable and welcome from the start at the front desk! The hygenist I’ve seen both times is amazing! The doctor is honest and straight to the point. 100 out of 10 would recommend!!!

I came out to Vegas, knowing I had something going on with my teeth. By the time I landed knew I was in trouble.

I found North View Dental online and truly hit the jackpot. The office staff was so nice. They were able to squeeze me in the same day and a lovely dentist had to give me an emergency Root canal.

Not only did she fix my issue, but her and her staff bedside manner through the whole experience was nothing short of amazing. She called me by name through the whole procedure and anytime I groaned or moved checked in to make sure I was OK.

I can’t say enough great things my experience in this post so I’ll leave it with this, I am tempted to move my dental care to North View and fly to Vegas when I need a cleaning or have any other dental needs.

I only chose this place because is closer to my home, but I regret it and will prefer going to Ally Dental even though is further.

I arrived on time and they attended me around 30 min after my appointment time.

The worst part is that they wanted to force me to get a "deepth cleaning" when I only requested a regular cleaning. They wanted to charge me around $50 for a cleaning when on Ally Dental they have never charged me for it using the exact same insurance.

At the I walked out an hour after I arrived with no cleaning (as it needed to be approved for my insurance).

I do not recommend this place at all if you are getting cleanings... they'll scam you!

I had a dental emergency and was able to schedule an appointment almost immediately. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Dr. Hoang is amazing, she was thorough and went over all my concerns and gave me all the options. I ended up not having any procedures done at the office, only because of the advice from Dr. Hoang. This was my first visit and if I didn't already have an established dentist, I would definitely chose this office.

I had the worse experience with North View Dental she treated 2 times for a root canal each time , the third time she diagnosed and other root canal + cavity and a crown ,so they give a quote for $2349. + wherever she was going to charge my insurance .so I decided to go to a different Dentist for a second opinion they took and XR and exam it turned out nothing wrong with my tooth the one she diagnosed a root canal, only the other one has a cavity this dentist only charge me $425.

I took my mom here recently. I called and told them my mom is going out of the country soon and she needs to be seen before a certain date. They were extremely accommodating for scheduling. The first appointment was great. Doctor was friendly, and after the exam the lady at the front took her time explaining the treatment plan to me so I could translate it to my mom. Best dental experience I’ve ever had! I’ve been to multiple different offices and they all get the job done but lack the care and interaction that this office exceeds. Starting with the front desk ladies who make it easy checking in and getting questions answered. Then Ruth taking me back for X-rays and prepping me for the Dr. and making sure I’m comfortable. Dr. Hoang is the best and took great care of me, filled my cavities and kept checking in with me to make sure I was okay or if I needed anything. Walked me through every step while she worked which I’ve never had and really made me content. I finished with Laura who did my deep cleaning which she also walked me through and made sure I was okay or if I needed a break. I’ve gotten this done before and it’s usually really fast like rushed but Laura took her time and got all the stubborn spots even if she had to use different tools or go back over them. All having the best bedside manner and making me feel like I’ve been going there for years. I truly appreciate this whole team and my teeth have never felt and looked better! I had a lot of pain in a particular tooth and needed a dentist ASAP. I had just had a checkup at another clinic three weeks prior, and told everything was OK. A few years before I had gone to North View Dental with severe pain after another office had told me they couldn't find the problem. North View did and solved the issue, so I decided to go there again. I got in that afternoon. Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Tran and his team quickly diagnosed the problem that the previous clinic missed. I required a root canal, which was what I expected. The work was performed right then. I've been coming here for a bit, I used to go with my wife but she found another dentist after she was told she needed a bunch of unnecessary dental work, she got a second opinion who found nothing. But I let that go and have still been coming here for routine cleanings. I seem to get a different fill-in hygienist every time I'm here which doesn't bother me but today I had a hygienist who kept having to ask the x-ray technician how to operate the equipment and where stuff was. She didn't even know how to operate the chair, so instead she had me with my head turned to the right and chin on my chest the whole time while she performed my cleaning with a heavy hand. She didn't know how to operate the water pick properly and soaked my shirt. If you have a fill-in hygienist, you should make sure they are familiar with the equipment and where all the dental tools are stored before ever seeing a patient. Not sure I'll be back.

Went in for tooth pain, I knew I was probably going to need a filling, I was told I needed 4 root canals, and several fillings, and that a tooth decaying and wa infected, all that comming to a total of $6500.00 with dental insurance. I decided to do a second opinion at absolute dental, no signs of me needing root canals, no infection, they will fix my tooth with a filling and some other 3 fillings, and cleaning for $247.00 dlls. Just do your research before you go to North view dental, they just want your money.

I used to say she was the best dentist in town but now i don’t know about that, I got told two different stories about my issues by the receptionist and nurse and not just that I needed medication and they never sent it, call and call no answer but they do text back fast go figure. I had chipped my crown needed ER ,ASAP Googled places open on Saturday. I left a message and they called me back. I went and their staff was amazing so friendly and helpful. Dr.Hoagh took me thru step by step what was needed to do. Also her assistant Adrianna was Great and also kind,they both knew I was very nervous. I have had horrible experiences in the past. Absolutely amazing. Dr. Hoang and staff. After having kids and wisdom teeth growing in sides ways, my smile became crooked and more prone to cavities and tooth decay. Hated to smile. They helped me. Saved all my teeth, explained everything to me so I could understand, and they always asked me if I was okay during procedures. (Crowns,rootcanals,fillings) Not only that but also they next day after every service. Dr.Hoang will personally text you to check on you to see how you are feeling and lets you know if pain doesn't subside to not hesitate to call. I found my dentist. I definetly will continue to see her. Highly recommend them. Thanks to them, I got my confidence back. :)

On May 5th 2023 I went to your office from the time they made the appointment over the phone to the time I walked in the office and being greeted to the time I went into the back to have x-rays of the examined each person I interacted with was professional make sure that I was taking care of I am disabled and my disability it makes it difficult for me everyday they help me in every way I needed to be helped they make sure they knew every medical thing about me every medication that was needed to know before they start a process or procedures on me a follow protocol medically to make sure whatever they have to do is going to be done right and with the necessary safety of myself and for them I give them five stars they gave me tears of joy I haven't had that from a doctor's a dentist office rather than a long time I appreciate it and the excellent at what they do and I thank my heavenly father for sending me there God bless them and if you're looking for a professional place and someone who knows how to do with this supposed to do medically physically emotionally that's the place to go

The worst dentist on the face of the planet! Refused to do a temporary filling on my front tooth that was chipped! She would only do a crown, that I didn’t have the money to get and explained to her. Completely ridiculous! Wasted almost three hours of mine and made me get X-rays and pictures I didn’t want or need. Then had the audacity to tell me they were charging my insurance for the X-ray. This was once an amazing practice now please be warned. Before you schedule an appointment check with your dental to be sure they are registered as a participating provider. 6 months after I had a crown done i received a bill, with absolutely no itemization details for over $269. This is after I already paid almost $500. I contacted my dental plan about this to report it. I specifically asked the office manager if they were an in network provider and was told yes. They lied. This practice is now on Cigna DPPO's radar. Dr. Hoang is a wonderful dentist but their business practices borderline unethical. Do not sign anything, regarding payment agreement. It is deceptive. You may very well end up like me paying a whole lot more. You are better off looking elsewhere for care.

Worst place I've ever been to. I was looked at for a possible infection and given tylenol 3 and amoxicillin. I was in a lot more pain than that could handle so i was given Norco 5-325 and that only worked for about an hour. So instead of helping me further they suggested i take them both together, even I know that's way too much tylenol to take. The pain is making my blood pressure skyrocket and they wanted to put me through surgery. I will never recommend anyone go to this amateur dental shop. They treated me like a drug addict and like they just needed me to get paid off expensive surgery.

Seemed legit until everyone kept repeating "root canal" for 7 teeth. They drilled down and found out it was a filling last minute and had to refund my money, but that doesn't give me back the parts of my teeth that was drilled out. They had to crown my teeth. I could of just had fillings. I was supposed to go back for my last tooth which was "for sure" a root canal. I didn't go back.
