Wow, wow thats what I said having SOFTWAVE (regenerates joints) the first time i had it performed on my knee. The frustration hearing " having arthritis youre doomed. Nope not so. After meeting Dr. ZLarry Holt also finding out he's a comedian hilarious. That mixed with standing up and no crunch sound in knee there is no pain. I had tears, cause there is hope. Im 69 and Ice Skate, once finished with regimen ill be back on ice after being told " not much we can do!!! Ugghh soo im a happy camper and its refreshing to go with results!!! I found Dr. Larry Holt and NUDISC completely by chance, and I can honestly say he has helped put me back in the game.

After years of military injuries and then a recent car accident, I was pretty beat up. Walking had become difficult, I could barely move my neck, and just doing normal everyday things had become a challenge. Dr. Holt took the time to understand what I had been through instead of just treating another “back and neck patient.”

I’m moving again, improved my ability to walk, and helped restore mobility I thought I might have lost for good.

What I respect most about Dr. Holt is that he listens, understands injuries, and actually cares about getting you functional again. For me, this isn’t about temporary relief, it’s about getting my mobility, independence, and quality of life back.

I’m extremely grateful I happened to find him.

I highly recommend Dr. Holt at Nudisc. After a 4-wheeler accident in 2010 I lived with tailbone pain for years without getting any real answers. I finally saw an ad for his office on Facebook in 2023 and decided to give it a try. Dr. Holt was the first doctor to send me for an MRI, Which finally showed my tailbone was bent from the accident. It was such a relief to finally understand the cause of my pain. He also treated my back with decompression therapy as well , which helped tremendously. After living with neck pain for several years, the pain started spreading down my arms and my fingers were numb. My Primary Doctor referred me for an MIR which showed bulging disc. He recommended Physical Therapy which did not help at all. So off to Orthopedic doctor who recommended Physical Therapy, again no relief.
