Im not happy with how we were discharged when we just started doing tests to find out why my kids are delayed. Lillie sent me all over town to check things that dont run in our family but refuses to check the 1 thing that im currently debilitated from. She wouldnt address my one concern with a simple lab test. I think they would of been a better fit for us when my kids are older. I find them not having telehealth a problem for newborns. Im upset she didnt take my concerns for nutritional deficiencies seriously when I know I was chronically deficient during pregnancy that led me to 3 autoimmune diseases. She said adek deficiencies are only in 3rd world countries but here we are in usa with chronic deficiencies. My sister was just hospitalized with the same issue. She cant assume a 1 size fits all. I had 12 iron infusions while pregnant and I now take 15000 vit d a day and im still low for private reasons. I took matters into my own hands and have been supplementing him 8 bottles for the past 1.5 years and his vit d is still surprisingly low. Im just shocked to see that their levels arent higher after sm supplementing. Unfortunately thiamin wasnt in his infant vitamin. Im just disappointed she left them like this born with this problem. Its going to take them longer to catch up with other kids because she ignored it. She discharged before we found anything out and it took me a long time to get her to listen. Idk what missed calls they r talking about. The whole thing seems like a huge misunderstanding because If I ever reschedule I always do in advance so it must of been the month of May when they were sick for 2 months; I had to reschedule both kids 2 times to tske their vaccines and they went to dr and urgent care twice each during that 8 week period. Then i left town for 8 weeks and probably annoyed them with a dumb question. I really think the travelling created this feeling of stress. I mean I was literally helping someone move, and she doesnt want to answer phone calls witb stupid questions if its not making her money and I get that but I honestly have a lot of stupid questions and concerns that I regret asking later but I can't help it, its probably my thiamin deficiency. I guess she doesnt like me calling. And honestly failure is on her for not explaining the dna test before ordering it. Why would u call to explain it instead of explain in person? I had no clue i was supposed to be waiting for a phone call. She could have just explained that to me. Part of the frustration was i wanted to talk to her alone last appointment and she left the room and never came back to explain the dna test or to talk to me because i had a lot of things i wanted to talk to her about privately. I did try to call her back to the room to tell her but she wouldnt come back my last appointment. Sometimes things dont work out the way we want them to, sometimes ppl have a bad month maybe they need a med adjustment. I do think our issues could have been resolved with a simple conversation rather than abandoning us when we need her. But this is life and im not at all surprised. Only difference is, i would have been a lot more compassionate for me and my daughters situation considering the circumstances and i would have taken the concerns seriously instead of just insisting ur the dr then proceeding to do nothing. Ive spent the last 4.5 years researching everyday and talking to other doctors who agree with me and shes given my concerns barely a thought. Imagine being without thiamin when ur born. It could cause delays. I was going to start seeing the nurse there but guess thats not going to happen now. Its normal for some1 2 get moody once in a while considering she always gaslight me tells me im doing something wrong but its her refusal to treat them for exactly what I told her what i believe wrong and a lab isnt going to lie. I should have found another dr when she refused to check my daughter rather than leaving her for so long. But I dont expect mds to care about vitamins because they arent taught to care so I wish her all the best.

I have to share my wonderful experience with Dr. Rema over the years. I cannot speak more highly of her dedication and care. With so many doctors who rush through appointments and don’t take the time to truly listen to their patients, Dr. Rema is quite the opposite. We have been seeing her for years, and now my grandkids go to her too. There has never been a single instance where she rushes or doesn't take the time to thoroughly explain things if we have questions. She genuinely cares about each patient.
If you are searching for a pediatrician, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Dr. Rema a try. We absolutely LOVE HER!!

I just wanna say that I am very new to being a mom and my son is 13 and my daughter is eight years old. Their bio Mom is not in the picture. Looking for a doctor was really complicated for me since I’m very picky because I myself am disabled. My situation is very unique and honestly partially embarrassing. I heard about Dr. Rema’s office by posting on my Facebook and asking my Facebook friends to recommend a doctor for my kids.

I can say that I was very nervous, the office made not just the children, but me feel very comfortable. They were very good with scheduling and communication and the office workers are very cordial and kind.

Although I did not give birth to my kids, I value their feelings and their comfort over everything.
The kids told me that they felt comfortable and that they liked the office staff/ Medical assistants, as well as the doctors.

I always feel like a chicken with my head cut off when I’m running around to these doctors appointments because like I said, I am a new mom to a teenager and an eight-year-old so this is all very confusing to me sometimes.
But I’m very grateful to have found this office and have gotten the kids established with this doctor.

Both providers in this office are amazing! My sons have been seeing Dr. Lillie since they were born. My boys love her and her staff, they actually look forward to their appointments. Dr. Hidaji and Dr. Rima are excellent providers that will take time to properly treat your children and their needs. They do not rush and do not force anything upon you. I have convinced all my friends with kids to switch and they have nothing but positive things to say about the practice.

10/10 will continue to recommend

We have been seeing Dr.Lillie since 2019!
We literally drive across town to see her. I wouldn’t trade her as a pediatrician for anyone else. The staff has definitely shown improvement over the years and everyone absolutely seems to show empathy and care when we come in!
We personally have never been a patient of Dr.Rema but we did recommend her to a family we’re friends with and they love her and couldn’t stop thanking us for such a great recommendation.

Moved 45 mins away but still made the long drive. Unfortunately front desk has no understanding of why I was 5 mins past the grace period. People don’t know how to drive in the rain in Las Vegas.
Anyways, they just lost the business of seeing my 5 kids and grandson.

LOVEEEE DR. LILI, but their front desk are very not compassioante ! Twice they told us they don’t have sick visits available? When we were told by providers themselves to make sure to follow up when child has persistent fevers, specially a 3 days fever. The front desk said “if you think it’s so emergent, then you can go to the ER! Right now we don’t have any available sick visit til next week” the girl up front won’t let us know her name but has this attitude to talk to us like this. Last time we asked to get a call back, we called early in the morning and didn’t get a call back til end of the night that ended us up in the ER anyway. Getting out of this pediatrician office for my sanity and my baby’s safety.

We were on a waiting list at Oasis, and it was very much worth the wait. I brought my baby in to see Dr. Lillie for some updated prescription and referral needs. My baby needs some extra support with her feedings and Dr. Lillie was so knowledgable in feeding complex kids like mine. I felt so heard and supported. She never rushed us out the door and answered all of our questions. I'm so relieved my baby is now under Dr. Lillie's care. I only wish I would have tried to get her seen by Dr. Lillie sooner!

Rema Merhi was a joy and pleasure to watch working with my three children! She was fun yet assertive and didn't talk down to the children at all. My son and I absolutely love Dr. Lillie H. (And Frankie. That's my girl). But, I have to be honest. I am so frustrated with the staff because TWICE I've brought my son in for help with a situation that would have him highly uncomfortable from the symptoms. I would do my due diligence by bringing my son in, calling and following up with prescription(s). They would tell me it was put in, but I would go to my pharmacy and waste a trip because the order wasn't put in. And my son would just suffer from whatever is going on when he could be getting relief. It's frustrating as a parent to love your child and do your best to get them the help they need only for the staff to drag their feet. And I call and do my best to be kind, patient and flexible but now you're messing with my child and that is not ok. Dr Lillie is wonderful and caring. My son and Dr Lillie gets along really well. But it seems whenever she is out of the office things do not run well in her absence. I'm torn at this point on whether I should continue my son's membership. There are other issues that I've experienced and bear ONLY for Dr. Lillie.

We were recommended to this office by a friend. My son is 3 months old and we have loved this office so far. Dr. Hidaji is amazing. I never feel rushed. She speaks slowly and will answer questions until I understand what is going on. I always get a call back by end of day or next day when I have a question and leave a message. I haven’t had any issues making appointments and was able to get in the next day when I had a concern. The office is clean. The staff is friendly. They limit their case load which is very helpful when you are a current patient as it makes getting appointments easier and results in better care and not stressed workers. So glad I found this place! I have 3 kids and we’ve tried a few pediatricians and family doctors throughout the years and none of them really impressed me that much. When my youngest was born in early 2021, we started going to Dr. Rema and love her! Office wait times are so fast, the nurses are super sweet and the doctor doesn’t take long at all to come see you. She’s very attentive and thorough. I brought my son in yesterday because he has a horrible cough and has been struggling with breathing, and Dr. Rema didn’t even hesitate to give him a breathing treatment with a nebulizer. We almost went to urgent care instead that morning, and I’m so glad I didn’t. I really feel like they would’ve prescribed something for his cough and would have sent him on his way. I definitely feel like my kids health are in great hands with her!

My girls have seen Dr. Lillie since my 9 year old was born. We absolutely love her. We followed her from Siena Pediatrics once she opened her own practice. We saw her once or twice at this new location. I have asked since opening the new location if they are now contracted with my insurance. Everytime I’ve called I was always told “she’s close.” I have tried calling for the last 3 months to see if they’re contracted yet and now I can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone. Dr Lillie is so sweet and kind. She handled my son like a mother and treated him with love. We learned about what we need to watch for and how to make sure he grows up healthy.
