Appointment with Chen was rushed she asked what was the reason for the visit I told her eye exam checkup eyes feel dry and have been red a few days. She examined me for new glasses I paid $40 extra for the looking behind the eye she said everything looks good. Any questions that was it. My fault I didn’t ask about eye drops or cleaning products for the 4 pairs of Ray bans I bought in. She has always been the emergency backup over the years when I can’t get Dr. Young. This will be my last visit. Time to explore new options.

Yes. But it was the entire focus of my eye care and the elevated quality of the staff that made the whole experience nothing less than excellent. The front desk staff, the assistants for Dr. Young, were professional, polite, efficient but had that warmth about them that made my appointment feel important. As a new patient, I felt valued. When my exam was over, I was able to order glasses and contacts. Dr Chen and her staff are competent and friendly. Dr Chen spent extra time to make sure my prescription was accurate. I would definitely recommend. On a follow up she determined my vision changes (a little) from day to day and now I have 2 glasses that will allow me to see as my vision goes up and down. Absolutely amazing staff. Hazel was incredible on the phone when making my son’s appointment. They sent me ample reminders leading up to appointment, which were appreciated. At the appointment, Dr. Chen Young was super personable and spent time actually talking with my teenage son while performing his eye exam. Dr. Young was knowledgeable and articulate when answering our million questions. Asana was also amazing helping my son choose his glasses frame. They have a ton of different brands to choose from Oakley, RayBan, Tom Ford, Chanel, and even their own optic gallery frames that were actually more stylish than the more expensive options. Customer service is a lost art these days that can be found at Optic Gallery in downtown summerlin. They also have Tesla chargers in the parking lot, so that’s a win.
