The selection of eye ware was excellent and the help choosing the correct selection was also great. My only complaint would be the cost. (I felt it was expensive). Worst Service ever..did not even wish to have the doctor see me due to the RUDE YOUNG Lady, whom had me refill out paperwork, and then tell me to reschedule my appointment because I could not find the place as explained and then wanted me to come back in 3 weeks..I was there before her so called scripted 15 minute policy. She is the one who had me redoing paperwork. Keep having people be this your 1st point of contact and you dont have to wonder why your sales and practice gets rated like this. My time is just as Valueable and I only spend my hard earned money where its appreciated. Will not ever come here and will update my insurance company on the poor service and lack of logistic professionalism.

Love the doctor but the staff needs some training. Both my sons are autistic. My youngest is still under my insurance and my oldest has Medicaid. After my sons exams they were about to look at glasses when one of the individuals working there came up to see if they needed help. The individual who approached them treated them different based on their insurance. She showed my youngest the men's glasses on floor and then took my oldest over to a drawer with glasses to tried to show him those. My husband said they were a lot cheaper, to him they didn't look as nice. I was still going thru my exam so wasn't there when they were picking out the glasses, by the time I got done their glasses where picked out and my husband told me about it after we already left. We have gone to several eye places and this is the first place where my sons were treated differently based on their insurance. Also, there's ways of handling situations without making it seem as if individuals are being treated differently.

Did my eye exam here. After the exam I sat down to talk about glasses. The woman told me that it would be $300 to make single lens sunglass lenses to put in my own frames. I told the woman their prices seemed pretty high. She said you’re gonna pay the same no matter where you go.

I left and went to Visionworks right down the street. Got the lenses for my sunglasses, two new pairs of glasses with two new pairs of frames for $510.

Today my 2 half year old had his first eye exam. And I was really amazed of how welcoming and respectful the staff there was to me and my son. And the Eye doctor Lam, he was so nice and took his time examining my son eye. First time I schedule a eye exam they make me wait 20 minutes before then doctor came over to see me, I went back few months later for another test and I was late 10 minutes because they only
Open one set of doors in the mall so even I call and let them know what was going on when I showed up they cancel my appointment for being 10 minutes late, it’s ok for them to make you wait 20 plus minutes after your appointment but if you are few minutes late you have to reschedule.

Had a great experience coming to this location! Was seen right away and brought into the back to get my 6 year old eyes checked. I felt like I was like filling out the paper work took longer than the actual appointment lol. My insurance would pay for $300 towards a pair of glasses they wanted $535 for a pair that I bought at Costco for $135 i did call them and ask if they would take the $300 for a pair and was told no. My appointment was early on Friday, probably the first one when they opened. It's a Friday, so maybe thats why I didnt het the best experience??? Or maybe it was the bad joke I made???

But then again, they made the mistake of having all my information incorrectly for my appointment... Again, maybe because it was a Friday.

The technician was being a smart ass while pre-checking me for the doctor. Again, maybe it was too early, it was Friday or the bad joke I made, but dude, it's your job to be friendly to the point for me to come back. Or, maybe this location doesn't need customers...

The doctor was cutting it super short and honestly, I'm not even sure he checked me properly.
