I needed help with a technicality of my contact prescription and was told I would need an entire new exam costing $300. I was seen 9months ago and no courtesy was offered I simply wanted to change the “add from high to low on my bifocal contacts lense prescription . Optic Gallery is inflexible and not here for their customers, I will not spend another dime with them . Your “policy “ sucks .

I have I have been getting the same prescription lenses Transition anti-glare anti-scratch all that we’re nearly 20 years in the past at other OPTOMETRIST I typically went five years before getting new lenses, but this time they lasted less than a year before they got heat stress cracking in the film never had a problem before so watch out whoever they’re getting their work done from as a faulty product and they did not honor it watch out their products are cheap Now I’m stuck with glasses that I’m seeing double vision through and these lenses cost almost $500. No help from them at all buyer beware they say that it’s not under warranty anymore but it’s not a warranty. It’s a faulty product.

Decided to go to Skye canyon because I could not get into centennial or the Decatur office because of the wait time for an appointment was almost a month! Glad I called skye canyon they got me in in 3 days and my glasses are ready to be picked up 3 days later! It was our first time to this location and we had a great visit. When we walked in we were greeted kindly. Easy check in process, the exam went well and my daughter enjoyed the Optometrist as well. When it was time for a contact fitting and to check out lenses we had Sarena help us. She was super helpful in picking the right frames, and even helping us order something no long carried in the store. My daughter wants the same Oakley frames every year and have to look for them. But she found them and we're happy. We'll definitely be back to this location.

Terrible customer service. They refused to do their job and instead told me to call my insurance company to obtain an authorization, which is clearly the provider’s responsibility. My previous optical provider billed the materials a week ago and never billed the exam because I chose to have the exam done with Optic Gallery. The exam authorization could have easily been obtained with a simple call to the insurance company, but they chose not to do so. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable

My experience at Optic Gallery in Skye Canyon has been incredibly frustrating due to their abysmal customer service. While Dr. Frillarte was excellent during my exam, her front staff completely dropped the ball.

I waited over three weeks for my glasses, and during that entire time, I received not a single update from the Optic Gallery Skye canyon location. No phone call, no text, no email – just complete silence even though the staff said it would only take one to two weeks.

To make matters worse, when I finally went to pick up my first pair today, I was informed that my second pair of glasses, which I also ordered, wasn't even there. They stated the lab made a mistake, meaning the total wait time will be almost a month, if not more, for that pair to arrive. This information should have been communicated to me much, much sooner. A simple phone call explaining the delay would have been helpful and professional, but to be left in the dark for three weeks and only informed of this issue upon pickup is completely unacceptable.

To add insult to injury, the front staff didn't even bother to help me fit the pair of glasses I did pick up today. The lack of communication, the extended wait times without updates, and the general unhelpfulness of the staff make for a truly disappointing experience. While the doctor is great, the service from the support staff is severely lacking and needs significant improvement. I acknowledge I was vocal of my disappointment but at no time did they offer an apology, just the “the lab made a mistake”.

During the exam, Dr. Frillarte was very thorough and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions while explaining why she was doing what she was doing throughout every step. She offered options in glasses depending on what I need them for, such as computer-only glasses or progressives. She was friendly and made me feel immediately comfortable. Her staff was also friendly and helpful when picking out frames, and I especially liked the fact that another tech who was sitting next to my tech, helping me pick out the frame style and color that worked best with my face. We tried this new place to keep business in the area when needing new glasses. Mark lied about getting the lenses covered under the warranty. We purchased the frames and waited 2 weeks for them and then received a call from Shayla that the new lenses would not be covered like Mark said thus doubling the price out of pocket. They will lie & then expect you to just pay for their lack of knowledge about their job. The store wouldn't take accountability for their employees mistake. We went elsewhere and got a much better price for the same glasses.

The team at Optic Gallery Skye was absolutely amazing. My son and I had an excellent visit! The ladies who assisted us before we saw the doctor were incredibly patient. My son had a hard time fitting his head into the screening machine, but they still walked him through the steps to ensure they got accurate results. They were both very considerate.

Dr. Erin (I mean no disrespect—I can’t recall her last name) was extremely knowledgeable and gave us helpful advice on eye drops and daily routines to prevent dryness and manage seasonal allergies with ease.

A young lady, with help from a gentleman in the lobby, also assisted me in picking out UV light glasses.

One piece of advice: I encourage the team to be confident in their roles and introduce themselves by name. Each interaction felt special, but I wasn’t able to associate names with faces—except for Dr. Erin, who made it a point to introduce herself and carried herself with clear confidence.

All in all, my son and I were very pleased with our visit and plan to return.

Dr. Frillarte was my doctor ONE time at a different location before this one opened and I followed her LOL. My daughter and husband are now also patients of hers, and let me tell you, we don't live close to this location. The drive is worth it though.
