Tien was super knowledgeable and helpful with my glasses. He was so nice and friendly and knew exactly how to fix my glasses issue w a high level of experience and compassion. I worked mostly with Tien but Gene, the Regional Manager, was also very accommodating, kind, supportive, had a nice sense of humor and positive vibes. What a great store and even greater the location inside the Venetian Shoppes at the Palazzo. Wow it's breathless in here with the man made river for the Gondola rides with men dressed in old historical Venetian garb. The store is high end and the two staff working there are just superb people and professionals. Thank you for making my visit an excellent one. I will always remember this store. Thank you! This is for Tuesday Aug 4th.
We showed up at 10:05am to the store as their business hours listed open from 10. Waited a few minutes at the closed door. No idea when any employee was going to show up. The cleaning staff who was working in the area confirmed they should open at 10. Wasted precious time before we had to catch a flight.
