I have visited this location 3 times now and I am satisfied with the experience. Usually we get synced up in a hurry and the referrals and prescriptions are sent within an appropriate time frame.

The Dr and staff was really good. The problem was the paperwork. Too long and redundant and questions repeated to often. Most answers only allowed yes and no and that us not sufficient

I was really impressed on my visit. I filled out paperwork and was called in the back. The PA saw me and ordered blood work. I didn’t have to go to a lab. Right there and then. I give aoptum a 10!!!!🙂

Optima Medical team is great! FNP Loida Arquiza is super friendly understanding and very helpful. I am so impressed. Before meeting her I was gonna change back to my husband’s place in Henderson. However Loida handled very well. Love her and I will be continuing this same place. I only need my high blood pressure medication and once a year checkup. And I don’t want to get overloaded many recommendations of examinations. Thank you

I just had my first visit here. Absolutely everyone was so nice. Very different from my last doctor. I believe 2 PAs just took over the business from the Doctor that ran the practice for years. While we waited to see the PA we watched several clients walk in to talk to a very patient young man behind the front desk explaining what was happening. I give 2 stars because the entire experience was very disheveled and pretty unprofessional. When we met with one of the "Doctors" it felt like a complete waist of time. Before she finished up the conversation she realized she hadn't even touched the patient. Listen to lungs,heart etc.
The room had an poor excuse for an examining table. It looked like it was purchased off marketplace. The door barely missed hitting it , and there wasn't even a single cabinet to put a box of tissues, exam gloves or hand sanitizer???
I really hate to be so pessimistic about the healthcare system, with all the doctors turning to concierge service. Seems like a lack of solid health care options.
