My grandmother was seen by Dr. Ivey recently, and she was a gem! Great bedside manners and overall very helpful and informative. I felt she really took her time to answer all of my grandmother's questions, and I just wanted to write an appreciation post for her care. The nurses and assistants were pleasant as well, including the receptionist! She was quick and very friendly which is a breath of fresh air.

I would love to go there one day and actually be able to sit out and play a game and socially meet a few people but the tables are always clogged with the same people every time. Can you get the guy who does the exercise programs once everybody to do it perfect like we're training for the Olympics. I just want to go out and get some movement going a little bit of exercise not have my balls busted every time I don't do it perfect

I went to Dr Falonga on Tuesday December 17,2024. I was there approx 3 hours. I was with the doctor about 15 minutes. He explained to me that I would be going for a CT scan, a colonoscopy and to quest for Lab work. I never got a call for the CT nor the colonoscopy and when I went to quest they didn't have the orders. I called the office to let them know on wed 1/8. I waited on for 20 minutes no answer. I called on Thursday 1/9 same thing no answer and on that day and the next day I left a message. I called today waited then left another.message. I cancelled my appointment for Wednesday 1/15. And will speak with my doctor Aileen Tan as to my next
