I am having my knee replaced by Dr Tait. His office recommended I take a few PT classes before surgery. I was lucky enough to meet with Samantha for my therapy. She was great! I’ve never had PT before and she made me feel at ease. She took her time and explained every exercise we did and what they were used for. In addition she printed out the exercises so I could continue to do them at home. I would not hesitate to use this clinic for PT. Samantha was great and I am thankful for all of the help she provided.

I needed physical herapy for knee replacement surgery at 79 years old. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The therapy was personalized to each individual as staff listened and were attentive to your concerns and individual physical limitations and abilities. I will be having replacement surgery on the other knee later this year and won't hesitate to return to OIH.

I had a great experience at OIH Physical Therapy working with Gabrielle Chaney for shin splints. She was easy to work with, really knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on and how we were going to fix it. The plan felt tailored to me, and she adjusted things as I improved so I kept making progress.
I noticed a big difference in my pain and overall strength pretty quickly. Gabrielle paid close attention to form and gave me practical tips I could actually use outside of sessions. The whole clinic was friendly and ran smoothly too. Definitely recommend if you’re dealing with shin splints or any similar issues.

Went to OIH for an inflamed disc. Chris, OIH, worked with me for four weeks on various strength exercises and stretching exercises. He was very attentive, one on one, extremely knowledgeable, professional and personal. After four weeks my inflammation, discomfort and pain decreased and I was able to regain my level of mobility prior to my injury. After my knee surgery I went to OIH for Physical Therapy. The staff was amazing and I scheduled all my appointments with Felicia. Felicia was professional and friendly each time I entered the building and a pleasure to deal with.
Gabrielle Chaney was my physical therapist. She listened to me and was knowledgeable, professional and caring. She helped me gain back the mobility in my knee. She also provided me with some at-home exercises. I highly recommend OIH, Gabby and Felicia.

Really enjoyed working with the staff at OIH. I have been experiencing hip pain from bursitis and it had affected my IT band down my left leg. With them working with me on an exercise, stretching and strengthening routine, I finally see results. Kudos to Samatha, Stephanie and Chris. I was referred to Orthopedic Institute of Henderson Physical Therapy by my orthopedic surgeon after hip replacement surgery. I had a great experience at OIH! The staff was friendly and professional. The therapists provided a personalized approach to my needs helping me regain my strength and mobility. The dry needling technique by Dr. Cory was definitely effective in relieving muscle pain and stiffness in my hip.

This has been an awesome experience! After having a hip replacement I started physical therapy with Dusten & Stephanie. They were kind and compassionate. They took their time with me and had patience with me through the whole time I was with them. The other people were great too. 3 months ago, I had a very bad fall and had a shoulder dislocation. I went to OIH Physical therapy for my PT treatment. This place is awesome and everybody here is amazing from the front desk receptionist Liza, to their ever smiling Physical Therapists and PT Techs. The environment in this PT clinic is so positive, friendly and just gives out a feeling of warmth and care and love. They also focus on all your PT routines on a 1:1…very personalized. Because of this, my recovery was very rapid and even if after my discharged, I will forever be grateful to them for taking care of me. My favorite Physical Therapists is Dustin…but each and everyone is amazing…🌺🌷🌸

We have used many PT groups over many years, but this was truly the most professional group we have worked with. They do everything they can to accommodate my schedule. All the Drs. and the techs worked diligently to get my strength and flexibility back after a rotator cuff surgery.

The first week of March, I went to this location for physical therapy of my arm, due to difficulty recovering from a broken elbow. I walked into this establishment supposedly through the wrong door. Stephanie was standing near that entry. Stephanie completely ignored me, she was doing nothing. No one cared to greet me or direct me to the appropriate place. Finally, Stephanie had no choice but to direct me to the other side. Weeks later Stephanie was asked to perform physical therapy on me. I asked her a simple question and she replied with hostility. I was shocked by her offensive demeanor towards me. Stephanie wore blue gloves to massage my right arm. I noticed that she did not wear gloves with the other patients, only me. She was very nice to everyone else, except me. Stephanie will only treat people she likes. This is called discrimination! She treated me like an undesirable human being. I am a very classy, ultra clean person in excellent standing in every way. I still cannot understand what her problem was towards me.

I have had to have my left knee done 3 times in the last 5 years! Needless to say having to do this extreme surgery 3 times has destroyed my quality of life. I live in constant pain and the wobbly walk is now causing pain in other parts of my body. I have been to many surgeons and physical therapist in the last 5 yrs. I have never met someone so attentive, knowledgeable, and caring as Alfredo. I'm only 5 weeks out of my most recent surgery and doing better now then I have in 6 years. The staff here are exceptional. My quality of life has improved exponentially. I ride my bike 5 miles every day now. They are so capable of guiding the direction of your healing process. Good therapy sessions. But had the worst billing experience ever. Was charged 100$ after reaching out to my insurance on the day of service and later on got charged with 108$ again! The paid 100$ does not reflect on the statement that was sent out. Had to keep calling them for over a month to get a response that I didn't meet my deductible. WHEN I ASKED THEM WHY WAS MY STATEMENT not reflecting the 100$ payment they said you can come in and we can show you that it reflects in our system!! Sort your payment systems out! I shouldn't have to waste a month to get this response!

I’ve been going to OIH for three or four months now. It’s not often that you find a medical facility that has both fantastic medical staff and front desk staff, but OIH has both. Kenzie at the front desk is talented. She’s both thoughtful and efficient. She’s so friendly with each patient, she remembers names and greets everyone so warmly. She works to juggle everyone’s schedules and does a great job keeping me close to a routine appointment time. I have worked with both Ashley and Soukina and both are talented and friendly PTs. I feel my well being is important to them, and they are clearly invested in my strength and mobility. As a matter of fact, all of the PTs are quite friendly, often greeting each patient and helping other therapists out when it gets busy. Their assisting staff works very hard to keep the whole office moving efficiently and rotating through the equipment so that all patients are working in unison like clockwork. Aneesa always keeps me in line, with a laugh or two, but also makes sure my posture is correct and I’m maximizing the benefits from each exercise I do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend OIH Physical Therapy. I might have to injure myself again soon just to hang out some more. :)

I can't say enough positive things about this facility. Alfredo, Jason and the entire team are well trained, kind, attentive and patient. From the time you are greeted at the front desk till you enjoy the 10 minutes of ice at the end of your session you will feel respected and well cared for. I've had therapy "across town" and at another facility out of state. OIH is superior to anything I previously experienced.

My therapist, Jake Gante, saw me after having a total hip replacement. I walked in barely able to walk with confidence and with a cane. In a matter of several weeks, I tossed the cane and have been improving exponentially ever since. Today, I was discharged after 20 visits. Jake listened to my concerns and was very supportive throughout the process. He was just wonderful, and I highly recommend him to anyone facing the need for PT. I will miss his intelligence and caring concern...it was a very bittersweet goodbye!
