Walking in the door I'm always greeted with a warm hello and how are you Lorrie by Rosa and Irene. With another warm hello with the young lady who weighs me in and takes my blood pressure. Also if the nurses aren't busy on the phone I get a hello.
I want to also thank the staff for they're response to my husband demise. I want to especially thank Dr. Batugal for listening to me first because I was a hot mess coming in the other day. My husband passing,health issues, my mind was gone and he took care of everything and made me laugh and that felt so good to do having going through all this stuff. Oh, thank you blood taker Stacy for being so careful.

This is the most wonderful place that there is with all the healthy happy accommodating staff at Dr Oscar Batugal’s office. It’s a pleasure to be sick and he always says what can we do to make you better ?
And Janeth is just superb!!!

Dr. Batugal reviewed my previous visit, discussed results of my blood test, followed up on result of referral to orthopedic doctor, We also discussed the medications that he prescribed for my insomnia and dosage of the medication prescribed by my neurologist. He examined my abdomen when I complained of abdominal pain, and asked for urine sample. I was given a referral for Ultrasound for Abdomen, and scheduled to see him in 3 months or sooner as needed. If the abdominal pain gets any worse to call him. I find Dr. Batugal very thorough, compassionate, and concerned of my health. I highly recommend him.

Dr. didn't review my records -he had no clue what my recent surgeries involved, my rare skin cancer which thankfully was a nodule easily removed & he didn't seem to care or believe I was having trouble sleeping (I believe I have an anxiety issue). He said this was his last week and I certainly hope the incoming Dr. is better than Batugal.

Top notch staff!! Dr. Batugal is thorough with every detail and genuinely displays compassion. The staff are always pleasant and willing to help. This visit was a one stop shop for both my elderly parents: doctors visit, flu shot, and blood draw within 1.5 hours max from check in to check out. Always a pleasant visit for my parents. I have torn my rotor cuff again after 12 years & called my doctors office to get a stat referral & pain med called in . I was told it is their policy not to write a narcotic rx & to go to er or one of the quick clinics . I advised I was going as soon as my husband got home burt could he not pick up an rx of a few pain pills until I can get to the clinic later today. No it's their policy well this is a doctor that knows me I'm 68 & their are exceptions one should take when it comes to pain . I'm suffering when I could be comfortable waiting to go to urgent clinic. I'm not some drug fiend I have taken the medication b4 when my left rotor was operated on . I no this is a stare where pain pills are abused but shouldn't your doctor know the difference if he has seen you for years. I'm in great pain & have to suffer because of a policy that need to be reviewed. I bet if it was one of their family members in the same situation they wouldn't let them suffer in great pain. I wish to find another doctor.

Horrible doctor. Oscar Batugal Prescribed warfarin and High blood pressure medication to my mother, and she almost died and suffered a stroke On Monday, 15 2021. Due to the negligence and misconduct of this doctor, this is unacceptable . This should be reported on Fox five news in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Dr. Batugal was thorough, intuitive, skilled in seeing senior patients. In my opinion, he is the best doctor I have ever seen! He is very smart, experienced, and genuinely cares. I was very saddened and disappointed his office is unable to accept my insurance. They no longer accept PPO, only HMO.
