Dr. Licata is the most arrogant doctor I’ve ever had to deal with. When I brought my senior dad to. each visit it was miserable. I finally took my dad after waiting over an hour closer to two hours in the room and walked out. Dr. Licata treated my father and I like 2nd class citizens.

Worst experience ever. I needed to get my immigration examination done. They said as soon as you bring the blood work done , we will give you an envelope with the doctor’s certificate signature and documents. that’s was on June 3rd, it’s June 16th and they still haven’t given me anything. Morning front desk receptionist is very rude , doesn’t let you talk or explain yourself, she just can’t deal with customers . So Don’t go to this place !!!

Took a one month and 3 phone calls to get ultrasound resultS, now going into week 2 to get refills im not out of blood pressure meds… the chances of me staying at this practice is slim

The most terrible customer service I had in my live! We had medical exam for immigration, when I call them the first time they said everything included for this price and TB Test as well . And after the laboratory sent me the bill that I have pay for the TB test. I called to the office and try finger out whats going on but the lady( unfortunately I don’t remember her name) she said she’s manager over there , she start to scream to me , even doesn’t give me chance to explain. she doesn’t know what is it customer service. I said that they lie to the people because I asked them before but she try to push me that you signed and now it’s your problems but this TB test it’s supposed to be included and it’s not extra. I’ll sent letter to the immigration with copy of this bill and I’ll explain all this situation I’ll hope they remove them from list and another people they’ll not have this situation like me

Excellent service and the staff are very accomodating. PA Dyer is always available to answer your question regardless in person or over the phone. DR. Licata is straight forward..he will tell you what is necesarry and needed to focus at this time. They do not go around the bushes.. facility is clean and can get most of your exam.from there. Don't mind coming back here. I feel comfortable dealing with everyone.

Fran who makes the appointment is really rude. I specifically told her my availability and she booked me on a different day which made me miss it. As far I can remember she was having a chiit chat with somebody else in the office while she was booking my appointment and didn't even repeat it to me so as to confirm if it was correct.

Best medical care! Dr Licata and PA Greg Dyer and all other staff have always been wonderful towards my family and myself, for over 20 years. No complaints ever. Miss them much, since I moved out of the area.

long unnecessary waiting, but they fixed my problem with one visit, I had went to chiropractors several times with no results. The guy thinks a little to highly of himself, but hey, nobody is perfect.
