I took my special needs adult son to see Dr Pardis Kelly for the first time. She was friendly and knowledgeable and professional. She offered us a couple different ways to treat my son's athlete's foot and toenail fungus problem. We went with the less invasive treatment using a foot soak product and topical nail solution along with anti-fungal cream instead of oral medication which would require liver monitoring and bloodwork. Dr Kelly took a quick look at my toe from a distant. Stated it was fungus and pretty much was done. Her assistant came in, gave me a prescription and a notice to schedule blood work. He gave me a handout which stated products to use. Never did he tell me one product was only available at her office and she never told me to not take prescribed medication until after the blood work.

My experience with Dr. Pardis Kelly and her staff was a pleasant experience. The lady running the check-in was very nice and the check-in process went smoothly. I waited about five minutes after being checked in to be called to see the doctor. There was a nice nurse who prepped me before seeing the doctor. Dr. Kelly came in to do her things to make my sore foot feel better. When I left, my foot felt good and I could walk without feeling much pain. They will deny you healthcare if you do not let them keep your credit card information on file. This is essentially writing them a blank check to take money from your credit card unilaterally as they see fit without receiving your permission each time. This isn't the same as you choosing to pay each time you pay. After waiting a week for my appointment, they sprung this information on my at 6:15pm by automated text the evening before my morning appointment. I called the next morning when they were open. Someone in another country answered. After being on the phone with them for more than 10 minutes, they were unable to transfer me to anyone in the office in the United States. This is the text they sent me: "It is time to check-in for your appointment with Nevada Foot & Ankle Center on 04/09/2026 at 11:30 AM PDT. Please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time, and be sure to bring your Id, Insurance Card, and form of payment to keep on file"

Elsewhere, I've been treated for toenail fungus so I know the process. As a new patient I presented to her a toenail that appears to have fungus all I need is for her to send a specimen to the lab to confirm and then if necessary call in a prescription. Subsequently, her office calls to say the results are in fact positive for fungus and I need to schedule an appointment. I tell her young worker there is no need for me to come in just call in the script to the pharmacy. She states, "the Dr. would prefer you come in first." My reply, "why does she need to bill my insurance again?" Unethical providers are a serious problem in our health care system that we all pay for. Needless to say, the script was called into the pharmacy and I will not be seeing Dr. Kelly again, nor recommending her.

She issued a referral for blood work to check specific B levels for follow-up, and steps to take to ease my pain.

I was actually shocked at the rudeness of Dr. Kelly. My 85yo Mom had previously had hereditary issues with ingrown toenails. She spent 3 months in the hospital w/serious health conditions. Two of her nails had become very thick. Trying to trim them or file was painful for her. So I thought a podiatrist could give us insight. I chose her solely on location and that her site claims to be versed in dealing w/elderly. Absolutely not the case! She had zero patience with questions and said we weren’t cutting her nails properly. At one point she said “this isn’t a pedicure.” I truly was dumbfounded at the lack of humanity. She had ZERO patients while we were there and I can clearly see why. Her office staff was polite. The Dr is the problem. Please don’t take elderly family members there. She is incapable of being an empathetic Dr and helping our elderly feel cared for. She does the opposite. She makes them feel incapable. Most 85yo can’t reach their nails to cut them. Her nails were thick long before I moved here to care for her. She could have easily explained things and set us at ease but she chose to rude and condescending. We deal with a lot of specialist in Vegas. We have never had the experience we had today. She should be ashamed of herself for being so rude and hateful yet taking an oath to care for her patients. It’s so disappointing that any adult behaves in the manner she did, it’s much worse when they’re a Dr.

I just took my son to have his feet examined by Dr Kelly and let me tell you I was amazed at the positive and immediate response and results starting from the front office staff to the Dr herself! It shows she really cares about her patients 🙂🙌

I brought him in because he's a young athlete with flat feet and has been having pain that causes him to start limping after running. They took x-rays of his feet in the office! (Without me having to go to another imaging center and schedule a follow-up appointment weeks down the line to wait for results etc)

Dr Kelly assessed the x-rays, gave my son a leg stretching brace to help stretch his calves (I don't remember the exact name), referred him to a orthotics specialist, gave us recommendations for the correct shoes he could wear daily and the nurse showed him how to do a few stretches daily!

I can't thank Dr Kelly enough! Just after he tried the calf brace and stretches he is already noticing a difference!

As a Vegas resident for over 20 years and seen by all sorts of medical professionals, I can confidently say one of Vegas best Medical professionals.

Treated at a different facility for an ingrown toe nail last year, I had to unfortunately be treated again. Luckily this time I did some research and took a leap of faith with Dr. Kelly. Glad my intuition and research did not lead me astray. Jasmine the front desk worker is a LIAR. She will not let you know about the 50$ charge to change your appointment. I spoke with her 3 times and still didn’t let me know about that. She also threw her co worker under the bus saying it was her co workers fault. When I specifically know it was her. She said her name every time. And even on the voicemail. I tried to talk to Dr Kelly but jasmine refused to let me talk to her. Jasmine also would not tell Dr Kelly to call me back. I been waiting for days for a call back. So I came here. Maybe if I get a call back from Dr Kelly herself I am willing to change my review. Before all this when I did meet Dr Kelly she is a really nice person and I wish that I didn’t have to come here for this.

When I called Las Vegas Footcare to schedule my appointment one of the questions I asked was whether or not they accepted Care Credit. I was told when I scheduled my appointment that they did accept Care Credit.

There wasn’t any misunderstanding regarding what was asked. I specifically asked if Care Credit was accepted and I was told that it was.

I met with Dr. Kelly regarding my issue and I was told what the problem was; however, she would need to see the shoes that I wear for work. I was not told to bring the shoe otherwise I would’ve done so. Dr. Kelly only met with me for approximately 15 minutes and then I was told by Dr. Kelly that she needed to get going because she had another patient to see. I found this to be utterly unprofessional. It was as if my appointment was not important to her and she had to get to her next patient. I have never been rushed out of an appointment by a doctor until this day. I met with Dr. Kelly for only 15 minutes and I was charged $157.37!

Upon check out I handed the receptionist my Care Credit card which surprisingly did not go through. After trying to run my card multiple times it was determined that their office did not accept Care Credit even though I was informed before my appointment that their office did accept Care Credit.

Due to these unfortunate issues that took place - I did not return for a follow-up with Dr. Kelly.

CORRUPT AND UNETHICAL!!! DO NOT go to this facility unless you want them to STEAL from your settlement. For a consultation and follow up they are charging $4,241.70!! However for a cash patient the same visit is $164.00. I spoke to Chris the office manager who is more than proud to conduct himself in this manner. He is refusing to negotiate fair and ethical pricing. Shame Shame on this facility for their blatant dishonesty. It's disgusting. I will be filling a complaint with the medical board.

A sprained ankle first brought me to Dr. Kelly. Several months later I had gotten a toenail fungus and an ingrown toenail. Dr. Kelly took care of my issues with expertise and kindness.
