​I went in for a vision test, glasses, and contacts, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Given my history of retina surgeries, I really appreciated how everyone took the time to thoroughly explain my vision changes. Having Spanish-speaking staff is also a huge plus for the community. I left feeling expertly cared for and truly heard, especially given my complex eye history.

This was my childhood to adulthood eye doctor, and they were absolutely amazing! Both the doctors and staff have always been friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I no longer live in the area, and I miss this office dearly.

Me & my s/o came in today. He’s a former patient and I was a new patient but there was a new doctor. Marilyn Gonzalez was amazing!! She was very knowledgeable and nice. The ladies in the front were nice as well. Definitely coming back & referring people!

I was looking to get a new prescription, so I came in as a walk-in while I was grocery shopping at walmart today. I'm glad I did. Dr. Marilyn is amazing. I will definitely come back in the future.

The Dr. rushed me out the chair. And they gave me an incomplete prescription and told me it was fine even after I called to question it. When I received my glasses there was only prescription in one eye. I do NOT recommend.

The girls working front desk are lazy. Rude. I called several times just to get my vision plan verified the ladies had me making phone call after phone call. My vision insurance themselves said these girls just aren’t even trying to verify because the same information I gave them pulled everything up just fine. They are not helpful. Lazy! Lazy! Lazy! Not helpful, made me miss my appointment! Get those girls at the front desk outta there doctor park!

Great the first time. I was a new paying customer. They went above and beyond to make a first impression.

Terrible the second time. "Am I in the right office?" I had to check the sign on the door to be sure (and never returned)

First impressions aren't lasting impressions.

My experience = 50/50. It's a crap shoot. Roll the dice and hope you catch 'em on a "good day."
