Dr Park did an awesome job on my cataract everything went really good and the surgery staff was great I loved my nurse!
The girls at the front desk were awesome and I had two great gentlemen that did my exams and I’m sorry I don’t know their names but they were really nice and listened to me ramble and answered all my questions!

However I DID NOT like Eleanor (I believe that’s the correct name) she was rude and condescending before she knew who was on the phone!! Trying to tell me “I wasn’t supposed to get eyedrops” it’s the left eye right? “Who told you that you needed drops!” I said “Wrong, it’s the right eye and I saw a lot of people so I don’t know names!
she really should know who she’s talking to because this right her was making me wanna back out losing confidence in this place!! I mean it is my eye more important than anything to me....!
I wasn’t angry when I called I just simply knew I was prescribed something but got no prescription to be filled when I left..... so this wasn’t me calling to complain I just was calling to confirm meds and to have them call Walgreens for me so I didn’t have to go all the way back!! I asked if she needed my Walgreens location and her answer was rude “ I’m already looking it up!” then I was put on hold so she could find out if I was really supposed to get drops after being on hold listening to her looking it up she came back sweet as pie of course I assume she looked up my payment 100% full payment paid on my 2nd visit as required (cash paid no insurance) to verify it went through! It did apparently (of course) because I never spoke to her “my consultant” again!! I felt like just another file and almost stopped payment and backed out.... I was already nervous as it was just having the surgery done!!
I recommend Dr Park and NVision I wouldn’t say anything bad about the place just because of one person.....
