First time visit , he was very good , excellent personality towards patients. I felt he could take over as my primary care provider since he was 60 minutes less drive time than my current doctor for 12 years.

Well, in TEN DAYS he showed me he was nothing close to my current primary care doctor Chang-Hoon Ahn DO in Henderson

Dr Tawil is a doctor where you can truly say his NO actions speak louder than words Talk is cheap, No action.

I had questions I needed direction on. 5 messages on my chart app and not ONE reply. Never trust a doctor who cannot reply to your questions on a portal provided by the medical group that is specifically doctors and patients to ask medical clarification, prescription renewals, medical referrals and medical follow up. Doctor Tawil or Staff just ignore using it. I don't think Optum care is aware of this practice ?

Doctor Tawil reinforced how valuable my existing really is. In a town with many (a lot) of crappy doctors, to find an excellent one for 12 years is a miracle.

I see now 60 minute drive to see an excellent doctor versus 10 minute drive to see a mediocre doctor an obvious choice. Drive 60 minutes

I saw other reviews Dr Tawil does not respond to patients on the portal just as I had witnessed. So this is not a one off event or mistake. It's consistent behavior.

I was horrified to go to the doctors and became socially ridiculous with awkward verbal diarrhea. He rode that wave without judgement and listened to every word with reaffirming care. 100% coming back.

This Doctor and staff is Amazing! My first visit and I was nervous already but The medical assistant, Maria was exceptional and was easy to talk to.Dr Tawil made me feel at ease discussing my labs and health issues. He did not rush me and for the first time in a medical office, My Blood pressure was really good 😀 I would absolutely recommend Dr Tawil if you need a good Primary doctor. He sent my prescription through and it was ready by the time I got home 😊 I also work in the medical field and I am very pleased with the choice I made to become a patient here with Southwest medical ...Thanks everyone for making my Doctor's visit Awesome today!

He doesn't return calls at all. Including urgent messages from me, his nurse, or cvs. I would avoid seeing this provider and save yourself some frustration.
