I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rula Almukntar and her entire staff! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so warm, welcoming, and kind.

I have always been very self-conscious about my mouth and my smile, and Dr. Almukntar made me feel completely comfortable and never judged. She truly went out of her way to make sure I felt good about myself and confident throughout the entire experience. Her kindness, patience, and compassion meant more to me than she probably realizes.

It’s rare to find a dentist who not only provides excellent care but also genuinely cares about how you feel. I left feeling so much better about myself and my smile.

Staff is exceptional. I called in the morning, I spoke with Kendra, they got me in the same day. Needed asap on another occasion. Again, same day appointment every time. The Health Provider, Marisol Leppala went above and beyond and addressed all of my concerns. MA Sophie, an absolute joy, it is very hard to draw blood and she and he got it the first time!! 😊

Went there to establish care and it was a efficient appointment. My last medical office, I could never get ahold of anyone but Kendra at the front desk helped set up my appointment flawlessly. Doing the mychart check in was simple and sped up my check in process at the office. Sophie was pleasant to speak to and when she took my blood, I couldn't feel a thing which was great cause for some reason I always look at the needle going in 😬. Marciel was fabulous at her job and I spoke to her as easy as speaking to a good friend. I went there for back pain which magically disappeared before I got there but she said she'd make a note of it and I could come in at any time. I really recommend this office.

I had been sick for nearly two weeks, and by November 6th I had completely lost my voice. I called the office hoping to be seen, and despite their busy schedule, they went above and beyond to fit me in the same day. From check-in to check-out, every single person treated me with genuine care and patience even when I could barely speak.

Rey, Kendra, Sophie, and my primary care provider Maricel were incredible. They listened closely, took my symptoms seriously, and made sure I felt supported the entire time. They quickly diagnosed me with an upper respiratory bacterial infection and got me the treatment I needed.

I’m truly grateful for this team. Their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help, especially on such short notice are the reasons I’ll remain a patient for life. If you’re looking for a clinic that treats you like a person, not just an appointment slot, this is the place.

After my wifes primary care physician went to concierge service she needed a new primary care. Went to PDS medical at Green Valley Pkwy and was walked thru new patient process by Kendra who was very helpful in any steps we didnt understand. We then saw medical asst Sophie who likewise was friendly and informative. My wife then saw Maricel who took her time and was fully engaged with her and never felt rushed. I would recommend!

Was I a bit trepidatious that this was another private equity acquired nightmare? Definitely. But I was glad I didn’t listen to those anxieties. This was an outstanding experience from beginning to end.

Don, the medical assistant, was kind and caring. From the initial interaction to the blood draw, everything was uncomplicated.
After triage, they offered me water, and before Don could bring it back, NP was in. That was a delightful experience as well.

I was in and out of this appointment within 40 minutes. I waited less than 15 minutes before the appointment. I can’t recommend this practice enough.

This place is amazing!! This is the best doctor's visit I've had in my entire 57 years of life. First of all, they were super helpful when I called to establish myself as a new patient. They were able to get me in quickly, unlike most offices who are scheduling months out. The online check-in was thorough so that when I arrived today for my appointment, they had pretty much everything they needed and there was only one additional paper I needed to fill out. Kendra was at the front desk and was super friendly. She checked me in quickly and told me someone would be with me soon. Less than 3 minutes later, Rosa was calling me back. Rosa was nice and thorough and very welcoming. My provider is Maricel Leppala. She was so knowledgeable and so reassuring. I had recently had a physical and had blood work plus stress test and ultrasound results. She went over all of it with me, explained everything that was in the test results and explained the things I could do to correct the issues that were there. She said I could come back in 3 or 6 months to retest and they will do it right there in the office. That is a huge plus & preferable to going to a separate location for blood work. I almost didn't want to write this review because I'm worried once people come here, they'll tell everyone they know & it will get too busy but I had to write the review because this place is simply the best doctor's office experience possible.

Don, Kendra, Rey, and Maricel are all very good with what they do. They are all very accommodating. Don is great with lab draws and taking of vital signs. He explains everything before doing anything. Maricel on the other hand, is very thorough. Have not had any labs drawn re: my progesterone level, etc and it showed it was very low. I love this clinic. It is very clean and the ambiance us great. Would recommend this clinic to anyone needing g a Primary Care. They take most insurances - Managed Care and commercial plans which we do. So happy we were referred to change our PCP.

Just moved to the area and needed to get settled with a new primary care physician and went with whoever came up covered by my insurance and I LUCKED OUT. i absolutely love this clinic: both the medical and dental side! Dr. Leppala (medical) is very friendly and knowledgeable and got all of my medications and other dr referrals taken care of immediately. Hanna over on the dental side was the kindest person ever and even offered to hold my hand because I am beyond terrified of going to the dentist. Then when I met with Dr Hoyle (dental) he was very nice and understanding and got me on a treatment plan that will ease me in to fixing up my teeth and involves as much anxiety reduction as possible. If I wasn't already sure that we moved to the right area I am now. I haven't had a care team that's this caliber in a very long time and, as someone with several chronic illnesses, it's a huge relief to have professionals who listen and make it easy.

NP Stephanie is seriously the best. I’ve been dealing with asthma for years, and no other provider really listened to me or took my concerns seriously. Stephanie actually heard me out and came up with a treatment plan that was tailored to what I needed. Ever since I started following her advice, I can breathe so much better, and I haven’t had any asthma flare-ups. She’s super knowledgeable and really cares about her patients.
