I would like to share how rare it is to have a doctor that is so kind and giving and thorough with everything that she does that she impresses you so much you feel comfortable from the moment you go there. Dr Rawlinson is that person. She was not only thorough in her exam but she was thorough trying to find out what I needed in care and what I didn't need in care. She did a full exam and I left there feeling satisfied. You really don't get that often these days I highly recommend Dr Rawlinson and her team. Her nurse and receptionist Arlene and Angel were just as professional. Her nurse was very on point with the questioning and made me feel comfortable knowing that they had taken all my medical history for future reference. I hope they stay with us for a long time.

I was raised in an era in which doctors and physicians took the Hippocratic Oath! This code insured that these professionals would uphold the highest standards of patient care, confidentiality, and professional conduct! Now, at least each time I visit this office, I feel as if they are doing their best to find a way to bill me and my insurance, even if the service isn’t really needed. I don’t feel as if my health is at the center of their interest. Instead, I feel as if it is all about how much money can be made from the patient! I’m truly let down by this practice.

I called to schedule an appointment for my cousin and it was roughly a month out. They asked for his insurance information and i provided it. I called last week to ask about doing his paperwork online and they advised they had the incorrect DOB and i could do the paperwork once we got to the office. They call the day before the appointment to advise they do not take Medicaid. The same insurance they collected when i scheduled.
Not good customer service. I always ask if they accept Medicaid, they told me yes when they actually didn't.

I initially chose this office because of my experience with NP Robert Fare. He was thorough, provided helpful information, and demonstrated genuine concern for my health. Based on that positive experience, I referred close family members to the practice for their own medical care.

Over time, however, my experience with the office has changed. Since Mr. Fare's departure, I have observed what many other patients have described in their reviews: a lack of timely follow-up, limited communication, and an overall absence of urgency when addressing patient concerns.

I have also become concerned about what appears to be inconsistent treatment of patients. While I was generally treated with courtesy and attention, my male family members report a very different experience when seeking services that are openly advertised by the practice as Men's Health. They have felt dismissed and unfairly judged during their interactions, which has made them reluctant to voice concerns or ask questions about their care. Even as I write this they fear retaliation by the new provider. You can see that this is an evident issue as many of the positive reviews since Roberts departure are by women only.

Every patient deserves to be treated with professionalism, respect, and impartiality. Compassion and quality healthcare should be provided consistently, regardless of gender.

Due to these concerns, I have canceled my future appointments and recommended that family members do the same. I hope the practice takes patient feedback seriously and works to improve communication, follow-up, and the overall patient experience.

We continue to have an extremely frustrating time with PDS at Aliante and would not recommend this office to anyone needing timely care. At our appointment on March 6 was given a referral to a specialist by Dr. Rawlinson-South. However, there has been a complete lack of follow-through when it comes to ordering the necessary imaging and forwarding prior records to the referral hospital. It has now been over two weeks, and I am still waiting for PDS to send the required documents to schedule treatment at the referral facility. I have been calling every other day, and the only response I get is “the doctor has been notified.” There has been zero action and no sense of urgency, despite this directly affecting my ability to receive further treatment. This level of disorganization and lack of responsiveness is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Patients should not have to chase down their own medical records just to move forward with care. I will not be returning. If you value timely communication and proper care coordination, I suggest looking elsewhere.

She took the time to ask thoughtful questions, listened carefully to my concerns, and went above and beyond to help with my paperwork as well as answer several general health questions. Dr Monica Rawlinson is phenomenal! I’ve had some chronic health concerns and I have never had a Dr that I feel more comfortable with. I feel heard and respected. She happily addresses all of my concerns and makes the necessary referrals quickly. Her medical assistant Angel is equally amazing. She is pleasant and responsive to my needs. I saw the dentist with a last minute appointment. The front desk receptionist was very sweet. They took me back to see the dentist. He came in took one look at my Xray and told me this is an emergency that I need my front tooth that I chipped fixed immediately! He then told me that 3 of my lower right teeth were infected and had to come out and that I needed 3 bone graphs for each tooth as to not leave a gaping hole in my jaw. He scared the bejesus out of me. Told me hang tight you’ll be here for awhile. That interaction took all of 3 minutes and that is the last I saw of him. His billing person came in and told me it would be 6500.00 today. The bone structures are 837.00 per tooth and my insurance won’t cover them. When I told her I didn’t have that kind of money, she tried to get me financing but that didn’t work. Then she said, I’ll give you a 20 percent discount. I said, I can’t afford that. I asked how much would it be if I did just the 3 lower teeth? She said, 2900.00 But you really need that front tooth fixed before it hits the nerve and it is very close. I then asked what if we just pull the teeth no bone structure. She checked with the Dr. and he said, I would then need an oral surgeon and they don’t come till February 28 and this was January 22. The whole reason I went in was because I have three little nubs of teeth on my lower right jaw. I had had a root canal and Capp several years ago and it went bad. The nub was so razor sharp that it was creating a huge whit Omar on the underside of my tongue and I could not eat and it was very hard to talk. They didn’t care! They wanted the money. Finally I asked can I have an antibiotic and she said, they would send one to my pharmacy. ( they never did) She walked me to the front and dismisssd me. I was in so much pain I gave in and called a dentis in Pahrump where I live. Fortunately they had an opening. I went, they took X-rays and the X-rays showed No infection and absolutely no reason for the bone graphs! Insurance doesn’t cover because they are not necessary! Only if you plan on getting permanent teeth which I do not!. She told me it would be 69.00 to pull all 3 teeth. Unfortunately I couldn’t get them pulled my blood pressure was too high. She however shaved done the sharp edges and I’m not in pain any longer! Do Not See the dentist at PdS medical/dental group North Vegas.

When you’re in office it’s fine but outside of that it’s been a bit of a nightmare. I had an appt 10/3 and as of today 10/22, I have yet to be able to get the prescriptions supposedly sent the day of my appointment. After 3 calls to the office to have them send the items to my pharmacy, they finally sent it. However, I was supposed to have two things sent, and they remembered only one, and of that one that was sent, they picked an item not covered by my insurances and the cost is $250. Then I went to get a mammogram as ordered by the provider, only to wait there an hour to have them tell me the doctor never sent those orders either and that since I’m under 40, they couldn’t perform the exam without doctor consent. But no one at the office picked up to confirm they ordered this exam so I was out hours of PTO for nothing. I will be moving to a new primary care provider

I am very pleased with the healthcare services provided to me to date ; PCP physician, medical staff to include front office , were professional, skilled and patient friendly . My attending doctor was thorough and helpful with addressing my healthcare needs.

Update from August 18, 2025 f/up visit

Unfortunately , my worst nightmare of healthcare service was played out to the hilt ; firstly , received a call prior to scheduled visit that my lab work results would take two weeks to be processed and my appointment would have to be rescheduled three weeks out ! I said that’s impossible Quest made it clear the doctor will receive my results on time for my appointment! I was adamant I will not reschedule because I needed my meds refilled , needed referrals for physical therapy (degenerative neck disease) was acting up , my feet arm was in pain , needed podiatry referral (right foot callous maintenance- type 2 diabetic) , needed nephrologist referral ( kidney disease maintenance) needed ophthalmologist referral ( left eye cataract surgery overdue) ! The staff person agreed and went ahead and scheduled for a lab result appointment at a later date ??? !!!

Well to date I have not received the referrals as agreed with the PA , his CNA told me at my follow up call ; to call my insurance for a Dr and facility , the referrals had no referring Dr or facility listed on my chart file ???? I told her that’s her job not mine , the Dr should know who to refer me to ??? Unbelievable, end result I spoke with UHC Medicare advantage of my dilemma and switched PCP after failed attempts to secure referrals !

I'm 52 yes old & have seen multiple Doctors. This is literally the first Doctor that listened to my health concerns. He showed so much compassion & even encouraged me when I broke down crying. This Doctor & staff gave me hope again. This Doctor didn't rush my appointment. I had left some information out of my paper work & the Doctor said that he would stay up until midnight if he had to, for me to get the information in , so he can get me back on my meds asap. This was my 1st visit & I left that Doctors office in great spirit & increased faith. I have been battling undiagnosed health issues for over 10 years because no other Doctor would listen. This Doctor & staff were very welcoming & caring. I will never forget the Doctor encouraging words. The very first Doctor to not only listen to you but encourages you as you are going through health issues . When I told him I felt like I am slowly dying , it broke his heart to hear me say that & he immediately began to uplift my spirit with his encouraging words & assurance that we together will get to the bottom of what's going with my health. Meeting with NP Robert Fares was probably the best experience I have had with a provider my entire life. He took his time to really learn about my issues and started to develop a plan of attack on how we will address them.

He shared a lot of insights and explains why he does things the way he does. Very different from ordinary providers who treat their work as a regular 9-5. I was so impressed and pleased with my first visit, that I made my wife change her PCP and establish at PDS with Robert Fares as well.

Idk if I'm being pranked but this medical office is terrible at communication. Had a visit with the Dr. over 2 weeks ago(Dr. was great) and left with the Dr. telling me he was about to put in a referral for me. A week goes by and no referral, I call (you can't reach the office directly) they have no idea what I'm talking about and since you can't speak with the office directly your only option is for them to leave a message for the office. 3 days pass from this message being sent and no response. Again no way to call the office directly. A relative of mine also gave them a shot and after saying they'd send a prescription that they needed urgently, turns out the office didn't send it and we ended up waiting 3 days for the prescription to be sent. It's near the end of the year so of course I am trying to get something done before I have to pay another deductible in the new year, this office is costing me money at this point. I wanted to like this office but I'm done with them, I advise anyone else to look elsewhere
