I was seen here mid June by Joyce for an infection on the underside of my breast. Joyce was very unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable. She told me three times that she was not a lesbian unprompted. When she examined the infection I explained I was not squeezing it because I didn’t want to make it worse, she looked up at me, with my breast in her hand and was inches from my face then said “well I’m squeezing it”. I will not be returning for visits at this office.

I generally dislike going to see a doctor. As of today, my mind has changed. The care I received from Juliet and Dr. Santos was phenomenal! I had a great experience at this location with Ms Juliet and Ms Adanna. They are professional and efficient in their field. No rushed consultation as Ms Adanna made sure the patient understands their health, the importance of lifestyle change, and treatment options. Ms Juliet is efficient and quick taking patients in and scheduling them for the next appointment. Her injection technique was excellent as I did not even feel the IM injection she gave me. Called today to book an emergent appointment to be told that they are “temporarily closed” and can set up an appointment at an “affiliated” clinic all of which they did not send patient notification for. Posting it on your website is not the proper protocol for notifying your patients. Then was told that it would take 24-48 hours to get a call from the new clinic to book an appointment, so no they couldn’t book me with anew clinic as they had stated previously. Which is not acceptable. I asked for a manager which I was notified would also take 24-48 hours to get a call back from, same when I asked for my medical records to establish care ASAP or be able to present them at an ER as may have to be the case. Legally you are obligated to notify your patients prior to closing your doors to give your patients the opportunity to establish patient care before they no longer can be seen at your clinic. Complete unprofessionalism from this company, lack of proper protocol and patient care.

If I could give this office 0 stars I would. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. Carolina was so rude, off-putting, and condescending. When expressing my concerns for my iron deficiency and my blood work coming back off she told me, “I’m not sure why you’re surprised if you know you’re deficient”. I’ve never been so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated by a doctor in my life. She didn’t offer any solutions and made me feel small. She also did not send my blood work slip to the lab in a timely fashion, took 7+ weeks to call me about my results even after they came back. No one notified me when she left and now I can’t even get my prescription because she’s gone.

I’ve never felt so embarrassed at a doctors office before. I do appreciate I was able to get my medication refilled and blood drawn. But the first impression really made me feel like the doctor thought I was lying. I’ve been in and out of doctors for years. One of the things she said to me was “anybody can come in here and say they have health issues and need x,y,z.” I’ve never been treated like that by a doctor before and it was so shocking it sent me into a panic attack at the office. I’m trying to transition my care from out of state and it’s been far from smooth. All of the reviews for this office have been amazing, so I was honestly really shocked by her tone.

I've been to many facilities but this has to be the best. The environment has a very high-end, clean feeling. The front desk staff were all so welcoming & efficient. I waited all of 5 minutes before I was brought back for my exam. **Krystal, my nurse, was so kind to me. I hate going to the doctor but she made me feel very composed. Krystal was able to lighten the mood and make my experience feel natural & calming. I'm convinced **Carolina Salaberrios is the best doctor in Nevada. She is so knowledgeable, listened to my concerns thoroughly, and made me feel so much more than a number versus a regular healthcare facility. I would highly recommend.

I went to the location on Sahara and Decatur where I had the pleasure of meeting Carolina and Krystal! I had an amazing experience as far as doctor visits go. I am naturally super apprehensive about anything doctor related and my anxiety was through the roof about having my blood drawn. Thanks to Carolina being super understanding about my fears and a big thanks to Krystal for being such an amazing rockstar and going above and beyond in her patience and compassion. They really are there for the patients and express that strongly through their attitude and care. I highly recommend this place as this is by far the best experience I’ve had in a doctors office.

This office is filtering and removing all bad reviews. I have no problem posting another review. Find another physician because this office does not care about the quality of service they provide their patients. Office is unorganized and does not have good communication between patients providers and staff. The providers here are only in it for financial benefit. They cannot take complaints or feedback. I’ve posted a negative review that is now no longer able to be viewed by the public… that’s odd. I believe patients have the right to know what kind of treatment they will receive here.

Carolina is a wonderful nurse practitioner. She is patient and very knowledgeable. I’ve run the gamut of doctors but have yet to find one that actually listens to me! She makes me feel heard. I highly recommend this practice.

Carolina and Maria are top notch medical professionals. My mother-in-law is going through Alzheimer's disease, Carolina was very patient and helped me to understand treatment options and her suggestions about what the family should do next to care for mom.
