Went with a family member and their wait times are terrible we are going on two hours here and we just keep being told the doctor will be with us. Just go to a small eye clinic that will prioritize patient service rather than them squeezing in too many patients that they have a hard time managing.

They altered my test results because I have good vision so I could bill my insurance. Not only unethical but fraud. They try to charge you hidden fees even though my referral covered it. The service was disorganized, it was like a merry go around. They didn’t even have proper cleaning supplies, they sanitized with a Kleenex. Do not come here. Service is garbage.

Whay can I say about Pearle Vision?? The staff here is absolutely AMAZING!! I showed up for what I thought was my appointment time 9nly to find out I had actually booked the appointment at a different location BUT the staff was like "no worries" if you don't mind a little bit of a wait we can fit you in between other appointments......barely even had to wait! They got my daughter in within minutes and I only had to wait about maybe 15-20 minutes which was awesome! They explain every procedure and process and even have options if you aren't able to pay all of the bill on thay exact day. The doctor was also amazing! She was kind and informative and just all around caring! I will always go back to pearle vision!! ♥️♥️

Melissa at the Pearl Vision on Sunset in Henderson is extremely knowledgable & helpful. I've always struggled getting reading/computer glasses that fit right, & now that I'm a new full time glasses wearer too it was especially important to get the right fit. I had purchased distance glasses from another location but wasn't sized properly for frames so they kept slipping down even after adjustments because they were way too big for me. Melissa instantly realized the sizing issue & knew that it was more than an adjustment could fix. She helped me get sized correctly for new frames, & also helped me with finding a style I feel confident in. Today I went back in for new reading glasses, & requested she be the one to help me. Again, she was very kind & helpful & together we picked out new reading glasses frames I really love & am excited to have them soon. I highly recommend her!

I usually go to the location on Green Valley. This was my first visit at this location, and the doctor and staff at the Sunset location provided excellent customer service and professionalism. Fernando took his time to explain the different tests, he was friendly, and he made me feel comfortable. The doctor was very informative, polite and kind. Great experience - girl at the front desk was kind, personable, and helpful. With the initial tests, she patiently walked me through the steps, even when I was confused.

The doctor, was so cheerful and bubbly, and thoroughly answered my questions. I always get so nervous with eye exams, because I work 10-12 hours daily with a lot of screen time, and I'm always terrified of my worsening vision. But her positive energy definitely eased my fears a bit. I think I'd always be nervous for eye exams, but at least next year, I won't dread it Lol. After my exam, I requested my Rx to take with me, and they didn't try to push new glasses or upsell me. They simply told me about their current promo/when it ended, and that was that. I was out within the hour, and I didn't wait long to get started, maybe 10 minutes after I arrived.

The surcharge on credit cards is now up to 3%, a ridiculous upcharge you don’t see anywhere else in a national chain (we get our lenses at Target). The wait time was ridiculous, with us spending more than an hour for about 15 minutes of servces because “they don’t have enough rooms,” meaning they booked too many patients at once and took it out on our time. More than one employee laughed in my face for pointing it out and while many offered to apologize, no one offered anything substantial in return - just empty words. A truly terrible experience we will not repeat.

What really stood out was the optometrist. She was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She had such an upbeat, energetic personality that immediately put me at ease.
