This is my first time there and it was great! Fast check in and everyone was very attentive. Hannah did great on my exam and listening to my concerns. Liz helped me wonderfully with trying on my new contact lenses. Dr. Mao was quick, efficient and kind and educated me on my new prescription. Got the worst pair of glasses possible here. Went in did some exams and purchased a pair of glasses. Everyone was really nice and helpful, Dr was very friendly and while there were very long waits for everything (3 plus hours despite having an appointment) it was a good experience. Issue is when I came to pickup my glasses a week later; again a very long wait and when it was finally my turn they lady literally handed me a case and walked away, didn’t have me try it on, didn’t even take out the glasses or see if they work for me. Just gave it to me said have a great day and disappeared. No biggie if the glasses are right, but got home and tried them on, was god awful. Worst glasses I ever got, they were over $100, meanwhile I normally order those cheap $6 pairs online and all those are way better than what pearle vision sold me. Turns out the glasses dont even have anti reflection, zero coatings make them unusable. Thinking back no one ever asked me if I wanted any coatings or extras when I ordered the glasses. They took down the numbers, showed me a drawer of glasses and had me pick one. No customizing or anything. So I’m out a bunch of money and will need to toss the waste they sold me as they are fully unusable and do nothing but create risks for me (just try driving with these).

The issues I have are that the selection of frames they have that would be covered for someone on Medicaid, like myself, was VERY minimal, and mostly lousy looking. I know they’re the “low priced options,” but they’re still $99.00, and when Drs. Kopolow & Girisgen were at their previous location they had a much better selection of frames at that price. And since my insurance only covers one exam per year I need to wait until next year before I can look around for another provider with better options. (Update 7/2026) Had another appointment with the same eye doctor and then went to pick out new frames. They still have a somewhat small section of lower priced frames but their overall selection is pretty decent. And although Medicaid doesn’t fully cover name brand frames they do cover some of the cost so it’s not too bad. And their customer service was really good!

I was quoted $62 for my contacts but received a call a few minutes after i left that I had to pay an additional $40 because she made a mistake. I shouldn't have had to pay that since the transaction was complete and I was already told it would be $62. I went to see if they can fix my kids glasses and I ended paying $97 again in less than 2 weeks because after I took my kid for his annual exam. when we went to his exam he decide to keep the same frame for his new lenses so everything was well until 2 weeks later when we go back to pick up the new lenses and leave the old frame for 3 days for the technician to put the new lenses on the old frame when I went back to pick them up my kid told me they feel lose so this lady make them “tide” the next day the frame broke when my kids try to put them on, so I call to see if they can fixe them , they said we need to see them. And they also told me that my kid was eligible for another frame so I was ok can we choose the same frame but new? Since I just pay for the new lenses 2 weeks ago and they told that they don’t have the same frame that is unique so they basically told me that . So my kid have to choose a new frame and I will have to pay for a new pair of lenses since the old one that he use for 1 day would not fit on the new frame .. this is insane how you don’t have the same model frame I know they just trying to get their money but come on. They still going to charge the insurance for the new frame and plus they re charge me for a new size lenses because they don’t have the same frame to just transfer the new lenses that I pay 2 weeks ago to the new same model frame he love .. anyway I write this for people to don’t take their glasses to fix there other wise their are going to tell them that is cover but your old frame is unique so you need to choose a different one and pay for a new pair of glasses without even try to fix your old because they don’t have the tools to fix ..

Tried changing the prices of eye fitting 3 different times. Had to get the manager involved to give us the correct pricing. Just an absolute joke to waste your time to come here. The staff and Dr are very nice and friendly. This year with a different doctor I felt rushed. I think they need to take there time for checking your vision. I think I have found my place for eye exams. Glasses are a little expensive and not a lot to pick from for frames. But overall was a really good experience.

I had previously been to another location and had bad service multiple times. I recently moved so I came here and the staff was amazing! The ladies I got to work with were so sweet and nice to talk to. They walked me through everything and heard my concerns. Thanks ladies!
