I feel bad giving this location a poor score, my partner and I both visit this office for our glasses each year and have always had positive experiences with the optometrist and our exams.

However, our past two visits to receive our new glasses have been extremely disappointing.

For my part, I was never notified via any form of communication that my glasses were ready for pickup and had to call in myself to verify. This is odd because it’s never been an issue in the past.

More recently my partner purchased a new pair of glasses and it was estimated they’d be ready in 1-2 weeks. On the exact 2 week mark we attempted to call the office during normal business hours to find out if they were ready. The line was never answered and went to voicemail so we drove over to try to just check in person. The staff acted like they were surprised we came in without being notified but when we mentioned it had been two weeks they tried to look the status up. We were told they were not ready and that it would likely be 2-3 more days. The staff member then verified his phone number. Within 15 minutes of leaving the store, my partner received an email that his glasses were ready which also claimed that they had attempted to call but received a “busy signal” which was absolutely untrue according to his cell phone’s call log. It was an immensely frustrating experience considering they would be closed the next 2 days as well. I like to think the best of people but it honestly felt like the staff was too lazy to actually check to see if the glasses were there until we had left. When we eventually went in to finally pick up the glasses, my partner was told his phone number was incorrect in their system which conflicts what we were told prior when his correct phone number was read out loud.

On a final note, as other reviews have mentioned numerous times, the hours stated online for this location are incorrect and have been for a very long time. It’s shocking they have not been fixed.

I highly recommend this location for optometry but hope the storefront side of the business can turn things around as it’s been an unfortunate string of negative experiences.

Ever since I step foot into this facility, I tried to work with each one of the salesman because that’s what they are salesman they sell you something and they don’t fully explain what they’re selling you and at the end you end up buying something that they said had warranty and they would cover, and that is not the case. I spent nearly $1000 here and I can tell you I will never come back to this place ever again. I would rather go to China to get my glasses there, I think I would get hundreds of glasses at the cost that I paid here like they are advertising online. I would definitely not recommend this place. I will tell everybody to shop online. Save your money. They are not worth it. If you are a veteran stay far away from this place on a community care appointment. They are only interested in veterans in the door and once you are there they immediately start pitching upgrades requiring out of pocket costs. Doctor was great and lady who did my daughters pre exam was awesome. The older lady at front was my issue. She claimed I had to have my daughter’s eyes dialalated or pay for another test that was $45. I was told I didn’t have a choice. When I spoke up and said I could refuse she got an attitude. We will not be returning to this place ever. The rest of our family and extended family will not return either. I will be reporting them to the insurance company as well. We have so many other choices for our eye exams and from now on will choose them. Do better get another job if you can’t speak to people properly. I was there to give you business be grateful without people you have no business.

Eye glass selection very limited at the green valley location.we sold a treatment package for dry eye that consisted of 3 treatments lasting about 5 min. At one mo th intervals. After the 2nd one doctor looked at my eye and said schedule your next one. At scheduling I was told there was an additional $25 and also woukd be $25 on the next one. Wasn't told that when I paid up front.

I should not be responsible for additional costs that were not explained at the original time of purchase. Should also receive a prorated refund for the 3rd treatment that I will not do b/c of the unexplained costs!

Poor Experience – Henderson Location

I wish Google allow zero stars.

I went out of my way to visit the Pearle Vision Eye Care Center in Henderson solely because I liked my eye doctor there. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was extremely disappointing.

I previously had a less-than-great experience at another Pearle Vision location, but the staff had been kind, so I decided to move forward and have them fit my glasses. That turned out to be a mistake.

The glasses I received were a terrible fit and made with poor-quality materials, despite being charged a premium price. The lenses have bad reflections, and the overall workmanship is unacceptable. My reading glasses are even worse—I can barely see through them.

This experience was a complete waste of time and money, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before using their insurance or spending their own money here.

I am one of Google’s top reviewers and do not like leaving negative reviews, but this one is warranted. I hope management takes this seriously, as what happened to me can easily happen to others.

(10/8/25) Excellent service. My husband and I had appointments on the same day. They took us both in at the same time. Our technician Hailey was nice, fast, and thorough with the medical equipment and helping us feel comfortable. The doctor was pleasant and explained as she went along. She went over our test results and her concerns and gave us recommendations. Everyone was very pleasant, took time to explain the findings, and assisted us with getting new frames and lenses. Many designer frames to choose from. No sales pressure, just friendly service. We can't wait until we get our pairs within two weeks!

I’ve been a customer for several years at this location. Today (literally just a few minutes ago) I showed up with my kids for their three appointments, and the staff members were trying to force me to be separated from my kids, trying to take them into different rooms. We’ve been here several times before and they’ve never made us do that. I raised concerns about this, but the woman at the front counter doubled down on the fact that they NEEDED to do it this way, otherwise she said our appointments would essentially be disregarded and we would be treated as walk-in’s, and we’d go from taking an hour to taking three hours to conclude our appointments. I’ve never heard of a doctor’s office intentionally trying to separate children from their parents. Needless to say, our family will no longer be customers at this location, and I sincerely hope that management at this location sees this comment and follows up with the staff members.

From start to finish I had a very good experience at the Green Valley Parkway location. The Doctor addressed all of my issues. He was knowledgeable and swift in his exams and put me at ease with a positive prognosis about one of my vision issues. They have a good variety of frames and options for glasses as well. I got a beautiful pair of Ralph Loren Polo glasses. And they called before 2 weeks to pick them up. Also, the rest of the staff was courteous and friendly. 👍🏼👍🏼

From the time I opened the door to go in, I was greeted with welcome in. Everyone was so nice and helpful, I didn’t have to wait long at all to be called in, but while I was waiting a very nice girl came and sat down next to me and helped me fill out the paperwork. When we finished that she brought me into the examination room, she did a couple of test, then a few minutes after the doctor came into test my eyes. It was a very nice experience for me, since I haven’t been for an eye exam in 40 years.

I had an amazing experience when I went in. The appointment went great and the ladies in the front Danielle and the other girl I can’t remember her name but she has beautiful lashes were so helpful and they make me want to go back again. Thank you all for making my appointment go great.

Not Pleased at all , I have Humana Plus Gold and my vision plan is very good as well , I have patronized the South Rainbow @215 and The Green Valley Parkway and 215 locations several times in the past . It appears that the staff were tripping over each other and there were no customers in the lobby waiting I caught the staff straring at me and giggling at me and when I caught them they immediately turned their backs and this made me very, very uncomfortable !!!

I completed the primary assessments then was placed in the exam room for approximately 30-40 minutes and the lights in room were on a timer and kept turning off and on!!

Finally seen by the optician and tested and lenses prescribed, when I was placed at the table to see what was offered for lenses and frames

I advised the young woman I wanted with my insurance what was the remaining balance after the cost of the testing and examvs she immediately corrected me advising that it is all wanted what was left on my coverage and would not or could me correct information.

I also advised her that I am ok with getting economy frames and told me that the cheapest lens and frames single lens with transitions and the other coatings would be approximately $777.00 in that the last year frames were less than $200.00 and as soon as I said I don't that kind of money , she did not offer any options to see how
we could lower the cost and immediately got my prescriptions and handed them to and walked away!!

Talk Anout getting the Bums Rush!!
