Dr Mar is AMAZING! The way she is with kids is so great. She makes everything a story and something my 5 year old could relate too. She treats your kids as if they were her own family.
Jackie’s demeanor also was great. She was so kind and patient with my daughter.
I also met with the lady who helped get us set up for our next visit at the surgical center. My memory missed her name but she was so informative and sweet as well.
We actually moved here from NH in September and I was nervous to find care here. This office was actually recommended to us by our dentist back home. He asked one of his former dental school mates who lived out here where to go and this was it. Now I see why. 💗

It was the first time taking my daughter to this office and we had a great experience! We were recommended to come here by a friend. Tonya had helped me a couple times over the phone and she is super friendly, patient and professional! When we went to our appointment, Tonya was very welcoming. I am speechless. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a pediatric dentistry. Tonya was so welcoming and helpful. The actual exam was so smooth, I was in shock! Our daughter is autistic, and we weren't sure how it would go, but the dentist and her assistants were amazing! Our daughter cried and screamed, but not because of the treatment, but because she didn't want to leave! We had such an incredible experience at this dental office, and I just had to share! Jackie, the dental assistant, was absolutely AMAZING with my kids. From the moment we walked in, she made them feel comfortable, safe, and even excited to be there (which says a lot for a dental visit!).

She was so patient, kind, and genuinely caring—taking the time to explain everything in a way they could understand and making the whole experience fun instead of scary. My kids couldn’t stop talking about how much they liked her afterward!

I love this dental office for my son. It’s very nice & clean, never too busy, always movies to watch for the kids while they wait, friendly staff, & fast appointment from start to end.

They’re never too booked up and can usually get you in fairly quickly. The dentists & their assistants are so friendly and walk you thru the whole process so you understand everything.

My son loves going to the dentist because of this office & their staff! They make him feel at ease & not scared during scary appointments. He looks forward to going!

At the end of each appointment, the child is also allowed to pick one “prize”! That’s always fun for him!

I recommend this dental office 100% - they’re so nice to not only the kids, but the parents too! They give very helpful recommendations & don’t make you feel bad or judged if your child is having dental issues.

No matter how many times you edit your answer, I will TOO! They NEVER contacted me, much less apologized! The Worst place for children and parents. Look at the reviews and see for yourselves the negligence in this place that should be closed. LOOKING A GOOD PLACE FOR YOUR KIDS . If you want to receive the worst treatment from Lisa the manager and her assistants go here. I tried to make a complaint because Michelle left me a voice message and when I returned the call she knew absolutely nothing. She couldn't even look up my daughter's name. I asked to please be transferred to Lisa and it was totally worse yelling at me that I have to wait the entire time necessary when they transfer me. She miraculously found my daughter's file and what I needed a few weeks ago had already arrived just today. Do not waste your money in this place. This happened to me for not looking better and seeing better options. No matter how the assistants treat you, the administrator will make it even worse.

I really love this place. My son was excited and happy to get his teeth done although he only needed a little cleaning no cavities so happy.🤩😬🤩 all I have to say for all the people who didn’t like the dental work and feel like they were pressured to do something or asked to do something for their child’s teeth. Today was really disappointing & heartbreaking. The overall staff at this facility are all very nice and welcoming but today we encountered an employee by the name ORIANA((cashier))who had the NASTIEST attitude.

She became upset because I asked for a breakdown of the cost of todays visit. She became frustrated & annoyed that I had questions. Rolling her eyes and cutting me off while I was speaking was only the beginning of her unprofessional. Once I paid for the visit, she slammed my card on the counter and copies of the receipt as well. I proceeded to tell her that she was rude
And could keep her attitude. She just gave me another nasty look, she smirked and rolled her eyes. This facility usually has phenomenal service, but with employees like that, you all are gonna loose a lot of loyal patients and families. I asked to speak to the owner & was told Lisa was out today. Omg the first Ped's Dentistry that doesn't pressure you butworks with you on treatment plans. Dr. Justin Vo was so informative of what work was needed to be done and what is recommended but gave me other options for treatments. He was very informative on what treatment does and how it would benefit my child's oral health long term. I forgot the Drs assistant name but she was so welcoming and broke down the treatment plan and pricing where I was able to understand it and feel comfortable about making a decision for my son's treatment plan. Every experience has been positive.
Today we arrived 15 minutes early but they took my teens back right away to start. The appointments were completed thoroughly and quickly. If you're looking for a pediatric dental practice, this is an amazing office. The dentists are outstanding, but so is the rest of the staff. Good providers aren't enough to ensure a smooth experience - if the front and back office staff aren't effective, you will be impacted. This practice knows how to efficiently and effectively run a business and it shows!

Took my boys when they were small and are both now teenagers and they’ve always been great. Now I have 2 little ones and had a started taking them which at first was great with dr Audrey. She was wonderful and very communicative about proposed treatment plans etc. Last couple visits have not been as pleasant. Dr Audrey is no longer there and they seem to have alternating dentists and you never know who your child will see that day. My complaint would be for our visit a couple months back when they found cavities on my son.. the doctor didn’t bother to talk to me about the issues my son had and what his proposed treatment plan would be which also included sedation. He had one of the dental assistants explain a grip load of information in like 30 seconds because she zoomed through everything. I’ve taken my kids there for years and the dentists always discussed the proposed treatment plans with the parents so I wasn’t happy about that because I had questions the assistant wasn’t able to answer and I wasn’t happy that the dentist didn’t want to take 2 minutes to explain what was going on with my son. It felt like my son was just a number and not a valued patient. The office staff, dental assistants and hygienists are great but not pleased with the constant change in dentists. I want my kids to be familiarized and know who their dentist is which in turn might get them more comfortable for future visits

I've been bringing my children to this office, for a couple of years (two oldest are now adults). I have had A bad experience (it happens, especially with the number of years that I have been here). Even through that bad experience, management treated me kind and were very professional. I felt heard and understood. My complaint was taken seriously and that was a great comfort..... Now, that I got that ONE bad experience out of the way, let me say how amazing they are: they get my kids scheduled at the same time (they understand our time is valuable), they DO call back (whenever we have issues/emergencies), and (most importantly) EXTREMELY professional and are GREAT with son (Autistic). The Doctor and Dental Hygienist are VERY patient with him (aren't aggressive, they're friendly, don't do anything he's uncomfortable about/with, tells him what they will be doing [before they do it] and stop, if they notice anything different in his reactions). I, HIGHLY, recommend Pediatric Dental Care Associates Of LV!!

Pediatric Dental Care is the first office we took our kids to based on their overall rating and we haven't been disappointed. I've been with them for a little over 6 years now (time passes by quick!) and it's been a really pleasant experience and every time my kids go in, its like their anxiety level reduces. They are just great with kids. I do wish their text message reminder service times informed us of the arrival time instead of the appointment time though. I'm forgetful and didn't write the appointment down and I missed an important check-up with one of the kids. Maybe add in the text "don't forget arrival time is one hour earlier", it certainly would help. However in all, I'm not disappointed! Thanks for taking care of our kids Pediatric Dental Care!

Yesterday my 7 year old was seen my dentist Justine Vo it was truly a terrible experience in your office and I'm still completely shocked at how everyone handled my daughter's dental procedure and tried to hush it up. I had my other child and trusted that my daughter would be ok withme waiting in the waiting room with my other child. It was a terrible decision. I should have gone in with her. No one informed me about her discomfort and after an hour in the dental chair Tanya falsely claimed that everything was ok. I asked to see my child and then she was brought out to me with such a swollen face from how hard she was crying.
I am took her to an ER for the excessive bleeding and pain she couldn't bear.
My daughter was yelled at to be quiet when she was in pain and told she was not going to come home if she didn't stop crying. That is complete torture. Dentist Justine Vo is completely unprofessional and was so aggressive with my 7 year old. I am completely in utter shock and I can not believe how everyone handled this disgusting situation.

Staffs are very respectful and welcoming! However,I thought that we were there for my son’s teeth cleaning but we ended up going home without getting anything done. Doctor tried to convince me that it’s his first day and he was not cooperating with x-rays so they had to reschedule his cleaning for 3.5 months. Today on our second visit I changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star.
The STAFF is 5 Star, but the business policies are 0 stars.
Not only was I told that it was there policy that parents not be in attendance with the kids under treatment but when i complained about it the doctor allowed me to go in but the reception lady told me that only one person could go back. So the outrageous and ridiculous choice they gave me was leave my 7 year old alone in the back with them or leave my 6 year old alone in the front reception area. BOTH UNACCEPTABLE RIDICULOUS POLICIES.
To the Doctors office Administrators that make policy decisions: Whatever liability you think you are mitigating by separating the parents from their children does NOT outweigh PARENTAL RIGHTS to be with their child during medical care nor does it obsolve you from ANY situation that happens with the child without the parents in proximity. Parents dont have to be sitting next to the child in the bed holding their hand but at a minimum the parents need to be able to keep an eye on the children and vice versa. I could list dozens of reasons why this is imperative but dont feel it would change your mind !

This was my kids first dental experience ever and I wanted them to not have any trauma or worry. I didn't make a big deal about it prior to the visit.
I must say that I made the right choice with Pediatric Dental Care. From the atmosphere to the staff to the doctors, the general feel and attitude was all about the kids. My two, 6 & 7 were taken back right away from the dental super heroes in the waiting area. Then onto the intake they both got stuff, a plushie for my girl and a superhero cape for my son. That really set the tone for them. My son was up first and although I wasn't in the room with him for the x-rays nor cleaning, he was in great hands. Our hygienist made him feel comfortable and at home and his inquisitive side soared. He really enjoyed everything except the taste of the Florida lol. My daughter was the same and thoroughly enjoyed herself. Then they got their goodie bags of tooth are items....happy again. Although this was just a check up and cleaning and no major dental work I feel it has set the time for them for a long time to come of a pleasant playful experience. We will see if they stay that way after a cavity filling or spacers....I think the will !
If your on the fence about your kids dentist or even happy with your kids dentist I HIGHLY recommend Pediatric Dental care for your youngins 😇

HORRIBLE!! I received multiple texts confirming my son’s 12 noon appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told I was over 20 minutes late. Was turned away with no service. I even showed them the reminder text sent by them verifying the time of the appointment. No explanation. No apologies for their incompetence. I was asked to reschedule the appointment. Haha! August 2023 update - My daughter was scheduled for Surgery. They cancelled it 3 times. First two was because there was no anesthesiologist available (April 2023, July 2023). We were at the Surgical center at 6:00 am and that’s the only time we were informed it was cancelled. The second cancellation they called in two days before the schedule. All due to no anesthesiologists available. The third cancellation was because there was an insurance issue so we can’t proceed. Don’t know why was this was not found out since January 2023. Disappointed. For future patients, expect they will cancel scheduled surgeries frequently like what happened to us like it’s no big deal.

But Our dentist & the team did their very best to check my daughter’s teeth in the clinic despite my daughter’s very challenging behaviors. Clinic appointments are good. But I can’t really say exceptional service overall now because we have a terrible experience on their scheduled surgeries. I think they’re waiting until my daughter’s condition worsens and she’s in terrible pain before they’ll finally work on her.

The assistant was great but I’m not so happy with the dentist. My daughter is 4 and she was trying to pressure me to do surgery where she would need to be anesthetized on her front teeth that are not even permanent. It was very scary to hear especially after just seeing us for less than 10 mins. I am now looking for a second opinion because it seems pretty extreme for teeth that are not permanent

If I could leave 0 review stars I’d do so!! Came today for a visit with my 3 kids. Just for cleaning. I had my mesh mask on, as I can’t wear any masks due to my health conditions, but I do my best to wear it( even tho I don’t have to). I was told to leave and wait outside. They made my 4yo to wear a mask, which was totally big to her and didn’t make any sense. I’d totally leave with my kids, but my 14 yo stayed with my other kids and as two of kids had wires off from their braces purposely for that, I didn’t want reschedule all these appointments. Well, they just lost 3 of their clients due to discrimination upon the health and due to overruling their rights. I’d never trust my kids to that kind of dental office. Be aware! Stay away!! In case if you care about your kids and about your rights!!
Governor clearly said who is exempt from wearing a mask! But your business doesn’t care. If you don’t care, the rest in your reply is fake!

I was racially profiled and refused service for simply asking a question.
The women here including the dentist have horrible customer service.
The dentist has no patience for kids, she was very rude. Her staff is worst they wouldn’t greet me. I was kicked out for asking why I wasn’t informed about a price change before I was told to come back for a second appointment on the same day.
When I asked the woman to explain she told me if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else. She snatched the payment information from me and told me to go.
I hate that I wasted my entire day, surround by such ugly individuals.

Hideous Uncaring Service!
My son has been going to this practice since he was a toddler & he’s now 17, and they canceled his appointment for today, even though he desperately needs to be seen. They had asked for his health history & I called yesterday but it went to voicemail & no one called me back. Probably don’t even listen to their messages! I called today again to provide the information they requested only to be told that they were short staffed & he would have to be rescheduled. No wonder - who would want to work in an office in complete disarray!!! He is supposed to be seen every 3 months but they haven’t been able to get him in for an appointment that fits his schedule in almost a year!!!! Going elsewhere & advise anyone looking for a decent dental office to choose a different practice!!!!!

My 4 year old daughter left there crying her eyes out and scared to death of all dentist's offices. Traumatized. I couldn't believe the poor level of care and service. They were less than patient with my child. A $50 deductible needed to be refunded to me and became mysteriously tied up for 4 months! A HUGE lack of effort to return my money. I stopped taking both of my children here because I felt their lack of care both with my money and my children themselves was inadequate to say the least.

I really like Dr. Audrey and will continue to come back for her. However the office staff is another story. The same day as my appointment I was called in the morning and was asked to change my appointment to a later time. I told them that that was inconvenient for me and I was advised that I could still come in but there might be a wait due a scheduling error. Later the same day I received a text informing me that my appointment was now scheduled for the new time I said was inconvenient. I showed up at my originally scheduled time. I was then told I would have to wait because they had to rearrange dental assistants because of an exposure to COVID and that I was told otherwise because they didn’t want to disclose this information. I would have been more flexible with the truth than being told it was a scheduling error and I did not appreciate being deceived with another excuse. Also getting a text just changing my appointment after I told them I was not okay with the later time really rubbed me the wrong way. Again, I really like our dentist but I was not happy with how our appointment was handled by the office.

The dentist herself is very friendly & professional but the check out area is a mess. Had horrible experience this morning. As a pediatric dentist, you cannot even schedule a regular check up appointment for another 8 months after school hours? Her attitude is you don't want to miss school for medical reason? No I don't want my kid miss school because of teeth cleaning. Obviously you don't have a little one who really wants the perfect attendance for the school year. I asked what about waiting list after school hours in Nov, she replied "the waiting list already really long". What kind of pediatric dentist office only open during school hours?Then I questioned why first invoice was $15, then second one was $31. Here comes another lady tried to explain with the rudest attitude saying"not just because you have 2 insurances, they will cover everything". All I wanted to know is what kind of service we did to have a charge over $200, after 2 insurances we still owe $86. Her eyes are about to popped out of her head and said" I cannot give you the detail you should already received that information from your insurance, the details have other people information on it". I don't need other people information, all I care is my charge. Neither lady never said hello, how are you doing instead is the stupidity & unprofessional attitude. Screw this place, you are not the only pediatric dentist in town. When I said just take me off the list not coming back here. The lady replied "you are not on anything anyway". Really? Will post this review everywhere so other parents will see how you treated us.

I have been taking my kids to this dentist office for over 6 years and I couldn't be happier!! The staff is very friendly, the doctors and dental assistants are kind and very knowledgable, the office is always clean, they listen to nice music, (before covid, they had about 3 or 4 iPads on the walls for kids to play games to play games while we're waiting to be called, not sure if they put them back up yet), they have a seating area for kids to watch kids shows from Disney or Nickelodeon, and wait times are pretty close to your appointment time!! I would highly reccomend this dentist to my friends and anyone looking for a good dentist experience for kids!!

I noticed they had billed me for a follow up. Per Delta Dental, we should not have gotten charged. I called the office multiple times trying to get a refund. Delta Dental even got involved and told the office manager, Lisa, that we should not have gotten charged since they are in the network. I've been dealing with this issue since October and it's still not handled as of December 12, 2018. We are still fighting over $32. We left them since they were not honest and I was not going to trust them to take care of my child's teeth. We now have a better dentist that we can trust! I would not recommend them.

I’m sooo happy!!! Unbelievably happy. This is where you should take your children! They literally saved my soul! They’re so experienced and knowledgeable about their practice. I’m so relieved after all that I’ve been through.
I went to my sons first dentist end of September 2018 and then I had to get dental clearance for anesthesia from his pediatrician and cardiologist. We even did a sleep study and by then I was too afraid to get anesthesia it was Dec 18th by the time our appointments were over. I politely resigned my sons procedure and went to another “2nd” dentist but this dentist turned us away since my sons 6 cavities and two crowns were overwhelming they said gas wasn’t going to be enough and they would need to do anesthesia. I’m like I chose not to do that option, aren’t there any other options?!!! So finally 3rd times a charm!! They referred me here and I could finally sleep at night! They did the gas and oral sedation for my 4 year old son and he did amazing!! No complications at all! 4 cavities filled and two teeth pulled and couldn’t be happier!! Thank you Pediatric Dental Care Associates for putting a nervous single Mom only child at peace! God bless this office and the workers and the whole atmosphere for that matter! They have games for kids and a cool toy machine for incentives when they’re done! Happy New Year 🥳 It’s off to a great start!

Very disappointed that Dr Waggoner had promised to treat my son who has Autism as an adult. My son was comfortable and has done so well with this office. I got disturbing news when I called for an appointment since I didn't hear from them for sometime regarding his bi-annual appointment. The rude receptionist said that he was referred somewhere else months ago without our knowledge or consent and they couldn't see him. We have referred so many children's families with disabilities to Dr Waggoner and his office. It is tough enough for our children with disabilities to be comfortable with getting dental work done. I am disappointed and disgusted with how this was treated and the LACK of care. Just throw the young adult with Autism to the curb! Too busy and Greed!

10 months later and Lisa at Dr Waggoners office was rude and defensive when she dropped the ball, not referring us to a dentist that see's adults with Autism after weeks of waiting and that she would get back with a referral. Once again, Lisa acted as though the client is bothering them when they don't do what they promised. Amazing that they even see patients with disabilities acting so rude and impatient. If I could give zero stars... I would... very disappointed and saddened by the outcome of this dental office... my daughter had NO cavities when started coming here... she is 10 years old... they did sealants on her brand new sprouting lower back molars as soon as they came up... the sealants did not look good to me and the technician girl who did them seemed very rushed and inexperienced... I have lots of experience with 4 older children of mine who have all had sealants at our previous dentist in another state, and none of them have EVER had a cavity... I have sat through 18 other child sealant appointments and know what they should look like... however this dental office did not do it properly and so I called when I got home and told them about it... they brushed me off on the phone and said it was done correctly and not to worry... so now fast forward one year later at our regular teeth cleaning appointment and they have discovered her first cavity ever on the molar THEY put a SEALANT on!!! Beware if you come here... they have lots of video games for the children to play with... but they have a big turnover of new cleaning technicians and the work done for your children's sealants (which is done by the young girl technician and not the doctor) will be a rushed sloppy bad job! Beware! My daughter is now the victim of their sloppy work.

My first time at this dentist office with my 16 month old daughter was excellent.

My daughter is now a month from 3 and the care the staff gave to my daughter was excellent once again.

Very happy with the office! My son had an infected tooth and his dentis was closed. They got him in within an hour of calling and they got him taken care of until we saw his dentis. Thanks again!

Visit was fabulous in all areas but 1, sedation! Why say recommended when in actuality it's mandatory. I was refused an appointment because I wanted to try the appointment without sedation. Eeek.

The wait was way too long. My daughter had to wait 40 minutes before she got seen. As a parent I have better things to do then wait in a dentist for my daughter to be seen.

Pediatric Dental Care Associates is a nice place to take your little ones to just be mindful that they may not bill or code your procedure right to your insurance & it will cost you extra money besides the money you already pay for dental insurance.

Ex: My daughter had a yearly check up on her teeth & had to have a follow-up check up on the adult teeth growing in behind the baby teeth. Which they billed the two services separately and my insurance denied it saying that the service couldn't be billed separately (Inclusive Procedure) & that it would either be a write off, Appeal to insurance, an/or members responsibility. What does PDCA decided to do?? "Stick me with the bill"!! So, Instead of PDCA writing off or Appealing the 97.00 procedure/coding error that they had made I was left to have to pay the bill which would've been paid/avioded if they had
A) Coded the procedure right in the first.
B) Appealed the error after coding it incorrect
C) Wrote the Amount off.

Love the atmosphere of this place, I just can't stomach that
PDCA doesn't take ownership for their screw ups.

P.S: They lost a Patient "You burned me once I will not give you the chance to burn me a Second time (:
