The sessions I’ve had at Pillar Kinetic have been so helpful in my postpartum recovery. They were able to pinpoint areas causing pain that I had a hard time explaining. Their staff is very knowledgeable about postpartum and pelvic floor recovery, and I’m finally starting to see improvements in my movement and pain over time. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. They took their time with each evaluation, really listened to my concerns, and put together a great plan for my recovery. I felt comfortable and relaxed, which allowed me to focus on each session. I highly recommend Pillar Kinetic for postpartum recovery, pelvic floor therapy, or any of their other PT services.

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Minija Edgar & Pillar Kinetic !!
Dr. Minija Edgar is a Blessing.
Her over all knowledge and approach in creating a Physical Therapy routine to address my condition was great.
Within two weeks of starting the routine results started to show along with an internal relief that there is a solution.
Now 12-weeks into the routine with some adjustments and I am very pleased with the results and so is my personal doctor.
Cannot thank Dr. Minija enough for being so spot on with the treatment.
Would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Minija and Pillar Kinetic.
Also, appointment times were kept, no waiting or juggling.

Seriously awesome practitioners! Erica and Joe are extremely knowledgeable. I went in for some chronic shoulder and neck issues. Erica treaded me with dry needling and exercise. LOVED what she taught me and still use it today. The needling was extremely helpful and addresses a lot of the root cause of my issues. Cannot recommend this PR enough

My wife referred me after she was very happy with Pillar kinetic. I was highly skeptical at first as I had doubts my shoulder could improve without surgery. Dr Joe was amazing and 3 months later I have achieved a range of motion in my shoulder I did not expect to ever achieve again! I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!

I recently had a baby via C-section, and I wanted to begin pelvic floor therapy as soon as I was cleared. I sought out Pillar Kinetic so that I could work one on one with Minija! She is very experienced and knowledgeable in this realm. Her passion for women’s health is very obvious, and she is great at establishing realistic goals that are also geared towards the individual rather than a generic plan of care. She’s very diligent and detail oriented, and has helped establish an amazing foundation for me to improve my pelvic floor and return to the high-level activities that I was doing before I got pregnant. I’m so glad that I started pelvic floor therapy, and I hope that other women find Minija at Pillar Kinetic for pelvic floor therapy because she really has made an incredible difference in my quality of life!

I would like to recommend Pillar Kinetics for all your physical therapy needs. A little about myself, I am 67 years old male and having problems with aging. I was having problems with firmness of my erection and dribble after peeing. I saw their add on Facebook and thought I would give it a try. My therapist is Dr. Minija Edgar, she is very good at what she does. She provided me with some exercises, dry needling and massage. This corrected pelvic floor problems, but the real bonus was she also fixed all my little aches and pains with my back, arms and legs. I am a true believer, she has a special talent at listening to me and coming up with a solution to address all my problems, I would recommend her to anyone wanting to feel better, be more mobile and begin living with less pain.

I cannot say enough good things about Pillar Kinetic and the entire team. I actually came across them by accident while I was out prospecting for work, and Joe was kind enough to give me a tour. I kept their card just in case, not realizing how much that small interaction would end up impacting my life.
As a 25-year-old former college athlete who still works out regularly, I thought a lot of the pain, tightness, and issues I was experiencing were just “normal.” I came in with shoulder and upper body pain, poor mobility, inflammation, and bladder issues that I did not even realize could be improved through physical therapy.
Erica helped me so much with my upper body, posture, workouts, form, stretching, and breathwork. She taught me how to move in a way that supports my body instead of just pushing through pain or bad habits. She is so patient each session and takes the time to demonstrate alongside me to ensure I have it down before I leave. Since working with her, my posture has noticeably improved, my body feels better, and even my identical twin sister noticed the difference.
Mini helped me with pelvic floor therapy and bladder control, and I am so grateful for her. She asked thoughtful questions that helped me recognize problems I did not even know I had. I used to go to the restroom multiple times in one hour and thought that was just something I had to live with. She taught me stretches, yoga, and better habits that made a real difference. I also finally gained the mobility to touch my toes comfortably for the first time in my life.
What makes Pillar Kinetic so special is how personalized the care is. Nothing feels generic. They truly take the time to understand your body, your habits, and your goals. This experience has improved my quality of life in ways I did not expect, and it completely changed the way I view physical therapy.
On top of that, every single person there is unbelievably kind and welcoming. I genuinely look forward to my appointments, and the snacks and coffee are such a thoughtful bonus.
Thank you to Erica, Mini, Joe, and the entire Pillar Kinetic team. I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you are skeptical about physical therapy or unsure if your issues are “serious enough” to get help. You may not realize how much better your body can feel until you work with people who truly know how to help.

The unique thing about Pillar Kinetic is that no goal is too out-of-reach for a clinic like this. Traditional, insurance-based physical therapy clinics often max out in terms of how far they can take you in your rehab, but that's not the case at Pillar Kinetic.
I am a physical therapist in town and chose Pillar Kinetic to help me with my shoulder and numbness/tingling down my arm, so that I could continue training at a high level and prepare for a big trip where I’d be very active.
I gained full symptom relief and tools to independently carry out my own rehab while out of town, making my care at Pillar Kinetic a huge success!
I worked with Joe and his student Lester. The entire team is awesome.
If you have any doubts, I would absolutely recommend Pillar Kinetic, and I would go there again!

The office was responsive but the conversation quickly felt like a sale. They do not accept insurance and would not tell me how much visits cost. They asked me to describe how I was feeling and how long I’d been experiencing pain, which felt unnecessary because an orthopedic surgeon diagnosed my condition and recommended PT. $299 for an evaluation to confirm what I was already told and find out pricing seems unreasonable.

Joe and his staff at Pillar Kinetic are A+. I had a weird issue with my right shoulder. It had a clicking sensation and pain when moving in certain positions moving backwards and pressing hard forward on certain gym equipment. I tend to over train and not use very good form when training. Joe showed me muscles that I was not using in order to support certain shoulder exercises. I also needed to back off on to many reps until my shoulder heals up over time. My recovery is ongoing to get back to 100%. I felt significant improvement in no more clicking feeling happening. That was 100% gone after a couple months of personalized rehab given by Dr. Joe. My range of motion had improved quite a bit as well. This is a key factor that Dr. Joe focuses on as well. I'm still working on getting my strength back but Dr. Joe gave me a great foundation on what to focus on moving foward back to 100%. I highly recommend Pillar Kinetic for your personalised rehab work.

Feeling very disappointed by the front desk staff and the transparency around pricing. They wouldn't communicate how much Pelvic Floor PT would cost and would only tell me the pricing if I spent $300 on a consult fee. It feels very spammy to not give transparency in pricing about what the investment is without spending hundreds of dollars up front as well as time and emotional energy, especially for something like Pelvic Floor PT which requires a ton of trust and feeling comfortable.

I had been dealing with low back, hip, and sciatic pain for a few months before starting at Pillar Kinetic. I was absolutely miserable—I couldn’t run or even do a simple air squat without pain. I wasn’t sure what to do and felt stuck. I tried stretching and seeing a chiropractor, but nothing seemed to help. It only kept getting worse, and my frustration kept building. I didn’t want to feel “broken.”
Minija, Joe, and Erica took the time to really dig in and uncover the root causes of my pain. They didn’t just treat symptoms—they helped me get back to feeling like myself again. I’m now back to running, squatting, and living without lower back pain—and I did it all without surgery.
One of the things I appreciated most about Pillar is that you are absolutely not just a number. They treat you like a person, not a protocol. There’s no cookie-cutter approach—everything was personalized to my specific needs, and they even helped me continue working out safely during my recovery.
If you’re on the fence about physical therapy, I can honestly say it’s 100% worth trying before jumping to more invasive options. I’m so glad I chose this route first.

I came in with shoulder pain, and Joe quickly identified that I wasn’t activating muscles I didn’t even know existed. He taught me how to properly engage them, which completely changed my overhead pressing form and even carried over to my bench press and lat variation movements .
Since working with him, my shoulder pain is gone. I’m now steadily increasing weight with better technique and more confidence.
I purchased the 15 session package, and toward the end we also worked on foot/ankle mobility and deadlift form. I’ve done a lot of self-taught training through YouTube and Instagram, but Joe’s small, nuanced adjustments improved my stability by at least 20–30% in both my overhead press and deadlift. That alone made it worth the investment.
What really sets Joe apart is his teaching mindset. He doesn’t just tell you what to do he explains why, breaks down movement patterns, and shows you exactly how to engage the right muscles. It was completely customized to my body.
Even though my sessions have ended, I will be back to go over more deadlifting, squat, and hopefully sprinting because movement and resistance training is my priority as I enter my 50's
Pro tip: Bring a camera or GoPro WITH A STAND and record your sessions! A LOT gets covered in an hour, and having footage makes it much easier to review your homework exercises and replicate proper form.

After my prostate surgery, I experienced some of the typical issues and was encouraged to see a pelvic floor therapist. That led me to Pillar Kinetic, and I’m very glad it did.
From the beginning, Erica started by talking with me about my overall health and life goals, not just the specific symptoms from surgery. What impressed me most was that Pillar looks at the whole person.
The focus has certainly been on recovering from my surgery, but just as importantly, there has been a strong emphasis on improving my overall fitness and health.
I have since transitioned to working with Minija, and she has been amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about post-prostate recovery and pelvic floor therapy, but she also pays attention to every aspect of my physical health.
Yes, we addressed the pelvic floor issues, but we also worked on strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and even diet. I quickly learned that all of those things are connected.
Minija is friendly, positive, encouraging, and always finds a way to motivate me to push just a little harder. She cares.
What I appreciate most is that the program is built around me. When Minija notices a weakness, limitation, or challenge, we work on it. The therapy is individualized, thoughtful, and encouraging.
At 70, I am genuinely noticing improvements not only in my recovery, but in my overall health and fitness. Working with the professionals at Pillar has helped me in ways I never expected, and I would highly recommend them.

Came in with complicated shoulder problems and honestly wasn't sure PT was going to help. Joe changed that quickly. He's sharp, asks the right questions, and doesn't just throw a generic program at you. He actually thought through what was going on and put together a plan that made sense for my situation.
A few weeks in and my shoulders feel better than they have in a long time. I've tried other PT before and this was a completely different experience. If you're on the fence, just go. Ask for Joe or Erica.

I went in a bit skeptical. Being a gym guy comes with some ego. You think you already know how to lift, and that heavier weights mean better results (and it does when done correctly). This experience humbled me in a positive way.
I’ve learned how to properly activate the right muscles so I can lift effectively without injuring myself. Before starting, I had severe shoulder pain. Raising my arm above shoulder level was extremely painful. Three months later, I can lift my arm straight overhead without that pain.
What stood out most was the level of explanation. Every exercise was broken down, including how it works, what it targets, and why it matters. Joe is excellent at what he does. I’d recommend this to anyone. Go in with an open mind and you’ll see a real improvement in your quality of life.

I originally came into Pillar Kinetic with some hip/pelvic floor issues. After my evaluation, I knew they were the perfect fit. I was also having upper body pain issues, and decided I liked them so much that I would I leave my previous physical therapist. I spent a lot of time here the last 6 months with Joe & Erica and built a very strong professional relationship & friendship with them. Not only did they help me feel better and understand why I was in pain, I developed a lot of health knowledge along the way. I always felt listened to, they thought outside the box and I loved the idea of filming some of the exercises incase I forgot how to do them once I got home. Having home exercises, and invoices all online is very accessible and saves so much time. If you're looking for the best 1on1 care in Vegas you're not going to find it anywhere else.

He is very knowledgeable and truly listens. And he’s an around nice guy. Highly recommend. I just hiked a part of the JMT trail in Yosemite so I’m back to my usual adventures.

I cannot say enough good things about Pillar Kinetic and the care I’ve received from Erica. After a traumatic and prolonged recovery following knee surgery, I needed more than a standard rehab program. Erica stepped in and provided truly individualized, one-on-one care with a plan designed specifically for me, not a generic protocol. She was the first provider to suggest that I ask my doctor about hypermobility syndrome, which ended up being the missing piece in understanding my injuries and completely changed the direction of my healing.
While others focused solely on my ACL and moving me through a system, Erica looked at my whole body and my whole experience. Her care has profoundly improved my quality of life; both physically and emotionally. She is thoughtful, attentive, deeply knowledgeable, incredibly compassionate, and really freaking funny!
As a healthcare provider myself, I can confidently say the care at Pillar Kinetic is special. If you’re looking for physical therapy that is personal, compassionate, and truly invested in your long-term well-being, I can’t recommend them enough. :)

Joe has been outstanding to work with!! Every session I learn a little more and we've discovered additional ways to help my recovery from a knee injury that I've reinjured multiple times this year. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. I feel like I'm making progress every session and the progression of exercises has helped me fix other strength imbalances that were affecting my knee which other PT places didn't even bother with.

I very highly recommend Pillar Kinetic! Everyone here is great. Dr. Antoinette is amazing! Super knowledgeable and personable. Always makes sure you are at ease. She takes the time to explain what she's doing and why. Gives you options and adjusts your plan to fit what works best for you. No body is the same right? When teaching the exercises she demonstrates them and explains how you should be feeling. It's awesome that you can see video demonstrations of the exercises on the website.
After our phone consultation with Dr. Joe today we finally see a light at the end of the tunnel, after a year of my husband living in discomfort and pain. Joe was super knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. A year of seeing multiple doctors, tests and being disregarded and it took one phone conversation to finally find some hope and validation. I will update after our in person consult but I have extremely high hopes after speaking with Joe!

I had been dealing with back and knee pain for several years before finding Pillar Kinetic. I'm a veteran and was attempting to address the issues through the VA, but found their PT was focused on an older demographic and my aspirations as an athlete didn't align.
The back pain was especially debilitating. When it would flair up, my life revolved around it and it severely limited my ability to do activities I love. I had a steroid injection and a nerve ablation done in the past that worked, but only for a limited time. My back pain is now basically gone. If it does start to get stiff when I travel and have to sit for a long time, I have exercises that can remedy it quickly. I'm back to squatting and deadlifting which I had stopped doing.
I really love how comprehensive Joe's knowledge is of the human body. He's constantly learning new techniques and furthering his education. He's also very patient and willing to listen to any concerns I have. Pillar Kinetic has a mindset and tools available for people who don't want to just be pain free, but want to pursue athletic endeavors. I highly recommend them and their entire staff to anyone dealing with nagging pain, mobility issues, or injury.

I cannot recommend Antoinette enough to anyone seeking an awesome pelvic floor physical therapist in Las Vegas! She made me feel completely at ease with her warm and friendly demeanor from the first time we met. Antoinette is incredibly knowledgeable yet so approachable.
Not only did she effectively help me gain a better understanding of my pelvic floor issues/causes and overcome them, but she helped connect the dots between my pelvic health and other chronic issues (hip and lower back pain). Thanks to Antoinette, I feel confident and strong. I wish more women, in particular, knew about and had access to pelvic floor physical therapy. Should be standard postpartum practice. Total game changer. I only wish I had known about this and done it years ago!

I first came to Antoinette 3 months postpartum. I had residual pain from pregnancy that had compounded with all the body endures during labor and birth.
What I appreciated then and have continued to admire about Antoinette's approach is that it is empathetic and dynamic. She is invested in my goals and understanding how to adapt the treatment to best support me. Any treatment I received from myofascial release to dry needling to strengthening exercises or stretches- was created with my input and comfort in mind. She is wonderful at communicating every step of the way, and is incredibly present for each session. I wish her approach was the standard in health care!

After attending a complimentary educational workshop about the pelvic floor at Pillar Kinetic, I wanted to learn more about how it would help me through pregnancy and after giving birth. I saw Antoinette, PT and we worked privately and 1-1 on my prenatal development and postpartum recovery.
Not only was Antoinette super organized, prepared, and knowledgable; she was super empathetic, gentle, and conscientiousness of my particular needs and circumstances. Being pregnant and having your first baby is such a tender and vulnerable time on so many levels and having support like the services Antoinette provided were invaluable. Speaking of value they offer packages where you can save per session and/or can be reimbursed by your health insurance.
I am currently 4 months postpartum and I am already back to running and can sense my abdominals again. Any pain or discomfort in my pelvic floor is gone and I do attribute a lot of my postpartum recovery to my physical therapy homework and regular sessions at Pillar Kinetic.
A lot of us don't realize how critically important understanding our pelvic floor function is to so many things in life. Do yourself and your well-being a favor and figure it out with KP!

I started seeing Dr. Antoinette Gagliard at Pillar Kinetic just over a month ago when I felt like I had nowhere else to turn. After being diagnosed with interstitial cystitis (IC), I learned that one of the underlying causes could be pelvic floor dysfunction. Thanks to her guidance, support, and expertise, I've already made significant progress. Dr. Antoinette has been instrumental in coordinating my care with other providers and empowering me to advocate for myself.

Pillar Kinetic was easily the BEST decision I made for my physical therapy needs. I switched up a lot of lifestyle habits in the last 2 years and became a lot more active for my health, eventually finding my way to a powerlifting gym. A few months into training, I noticed the need for some improvement with range of motion and flexibility, so I called Pillar Kinetic and was scheduled right away with Dr. Sam Villareale at my request. His background with performance physical therapy was exactly what I was looking for as new lifter. We got to work right away addressing issues I was experiencing and spent several weeks in each zone to help me regain my ROM, stability, flexibility, etc..
Dr. Sam took the time to build my sessions around my physical activity; F45, roller derby, yoga, weightlifting and jogging. He was able to quickly identify current and potential issues to help me out with my performance using manual manipulation, dry needling with stimulation, stretches and taking to time to explain exercises and their purpose for rehabilitation. I had never been to a physical therapist before, and Pillar Kinetic has set a gold standard for what I expect with a knowledgeable and professional therapist. I would happily continue my sessions here if I were staying in Vegas! For anyone who is unsure about getting things started, DON’T BE! Their team is more than ready to help you be the best you! 10/10; definitely recommend!

I came to Pillar Kinetic for help with shoulder pain approximately a year after being diagnosed with a SLAP tear and rotator cuff tear in my right shoulder. I was in constant pain, could not exercise and workout the way I wanted, and even had trouble sleeping at night. I was told surgery was the only option and the recovery was “brutal” and lengthy. I then spent a year trying to avoid using my arm and hoping rest would heal my injury. This did not work.
Pillar Kinetic was recommended by a friend of mine with a similar injury and even after my first meeting/consultation with Dr. Sam, I knew I was now on the right track. Dr. Sam reviewed my medical imaging, listened to what I said and felt, and took his time to develop a plan to get me back to pain-free lifestyle and the ability to exercise again. Over the course of approximately three months, Dr. Sam continually evolved and adjusted my physical therapy plan and worked with me, sometimes daily via text, to assure progress, and limit pain. I completely committed to Dr. Sam‘s plan and I am happy to say I am now back to doing everything I want in the gym, playing golf multiple times a week, and sleeping soundly at night. I avoided surgery, and even after high intensity workouts with my shoulder, I have not taken any painkillers in over 4 months.
If someone is considering surgery, please, first visit the doctors at Pillar Kinetic for a consultation and review of your ailment to see what can be done for you.

recently visited for a neck injury caused by a car accident, but we also addressed some other issues I wanted to work on. Initially, I was a bit skeptical of his assessment, but it quickly became clear that he really knew what he was talking about. I decided to trust his expertise, and I'm glad I did.
What I appreciated most was how the treatment plan was tailored to my specific needs. It wasn’t a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, he adjusted the plan as we discovered what worked best for me. This personalized approach made all the difference.
The exercises were easy to follow, and he did a great job explaining each one in a way that made sense to me. He didn’t just tell me what to do—he took the time to explain what was happening in my body, which helped me understand the process and stay committed to my recovery.
Throughout my sessions, I noticed slow but steady progress. It’s a process, and I trust that if I continue with the exercises he provided, I’ll fully recover. His communication was excellent—he was genuinely curious and interested in my progress, which made me feel cared for and supported.
The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and scheduling appointments was easy. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate physical therapist. My insurance didn’t cover it but was worth every penny.

I was amazed on the very first visit! I was looking for fresh eyes and a different approach to help with my ongoing hip, back and shoulder pain. I had tried yoga, chiropractic, and some traditional PT focused on the muscle only. None of which was getting to the root of my issues. Dr Joe's approach had me leaving my 1st appt. with no hip pain. Pain that had been with me at varying levels for 2yrs. We continued to work together over 10 sessions and today I am pain free in hip, back and shoulder. And am continuing to work on my strength and mobility throughout my entire body with daily exercises from Dr. Joe. It feels so good to feel good, this is sometimes a surprising feeling when you get used to pain all the time. I was feeling so good my husband had to go see him too. Thanks so much!

I went to Pillar Kinetic for pre- and postnatal pelvic floor therapy. I have always been active, and I have been doing CrossFit for almost 8 years. Dr. Antoinette helped me bring awareness to my core and pelvic floor so that I could stay safely active throughout my pregnancy. After I gave birth, she rehabilitated my pelvic floor and guided me as I slowly eased back into working out. I didn't have any diastasis recti nor did I have any prolapse, and I credit a lot of that to the help of Dr. Antoinette. Thank you for being so kind and helpful! I cannot recommend Dr. Antoinette at Pillar Kinetic enough if you are pregnant, postpartum, and/or having pelvic floor health issues.

Working with Joe has felt like the puzzle pieces finally fell into place! I’ve had a mix of ailments, aches and pains for the last year or so. However, my doctors always just recommended basic exercises targeted at the pain areas. Joe’s approach to understanding the body and how everything is connected has helped me to better understand what my body is doing and telling me. Working with him for the last month has given me the tools I need to get my body moving correctly.
I cannot say enough good things about Joe, Erica and their team. Pillar Kinetic is excellent - highly recommend!

I waited a year before deciding to come see Pillar Kinetic for PT, due to a worker's comp claim. I was being treated by multiple other PT's with no success, and even worsening my condition.
To give a but of background, I have multiple bulging discs in my thoracic and lumbar spine, and a leaking disc as well as pain and weakness in my left hip and leg. I was at a point in which I could not enjoy any hobbies I used to love, and even doing routine tasks around the house seemed out of reach due to immense pain.
Before my injury I used to workout consistently, hike, camp, go for long walks with my dog, go out with my friends, and travel. These injuries made these activities impossible.
I tried seeing the therapists recommended by worker's comp with no positive results. I then began trying treatment at home from youtube videos, but ultimately ended up treating symptomatically instead, and staying on a plethora of pain medications, and avoiding any and all activities that would irritate my injury. Not only at this point did I have suffer from physical pain, but my mental health declined as a result.
Since coming to see Dr. White, my outlook and quality of life has drastically changed. I am now able to do things I wasn't able to do a year ago. I feel confident in my ability to move and to protect myself from further injury. I am learning more, and doing more every day. I am stronger. Having one-on-one treatment/training sessions with a PT that listens, wants to help, and makes sure they understand your goals, as well as making sure you understand their instruction is phenomenal.
The one thing I liked the best about coming to Pillar Kinetic is the one-on-one treatment sessions, and conversations that are had. I feel very well understood and genuinely felt that Dr. White wants to help me, help myself. Care like this isn't easy to come by.
If you are considering physical therapy, notably Pillar Kinetic, please do not procrastinate further. They are not the typical PT's you get referrals too from your GP. They are knowledgeable, and WANT to help you succeed. You get a one-on-one personally Taylored treatment plan for YOU and they are there every step of the way. For a very long time I did not think I would ever get better. I didn't think I would be able to pick up my young nephews ever again...even in moments in the gym when I didn't think I could do it...I did it with the support of this team. If you're looking for an outstanding physical therapist, look no further.

I just cannot say enough about my experience at Pillar Kinetic! I had to have a hysterectomy and had done quite a bit of research about the importance of pelvic floor therapy prior to my surgery. I called the office to schedule an appointment as a preventative means and immediately knew I had chosen the right place!
Portia took the time to explain how the practice worked and treated me as if I was already a patient. I felt very comfortable asking questions and before hanging up I had my first appointment scheduled, even though my surgery was still a few weeks out. It truly gave me peace of mind heading into surgery knowing I already had an action plan in place!
I met Dr. Erica and Dr. Antoinette the first day and they immediately put me at ease and made me feel welcome. It can be a little scary venturing into the unknown but don’t let that keep you away! I assure you, those nerves will dissipate almost instantly!
Dr. Antoinette has been absolutely wonderful! I have learned so much from her about the importance of pelvic floor health for women, and not just for the older ones of us who have had babies or surgeries! Her level of patience is unmatched as she is more than happy to answer as many questions as you have! And I have a lot of questions…always!! Her warmth, kindness, and knowledge has the ability to win over even the most skeptical patient! I promise, you will love her! She is most definitely one of a kind!
It just doesn’t matter how old you are or where you are in your journey! Reach out to Pillar Kinetic and Dr. Antoinette to learn more about and address your pelvic floor health! You truly will not regret it! I’ve come away feeling empowered with so much more strength and knowledge for the future!

I was referred to White Wong PT from a friend after experiencing persistent pain in my left shoulder for months. I had limitations in upper body exercises from the pain and plateaued in my physical performance at the gym as a result of it. Dr. Joe White helped address the concern over a series of 12 sessions, ultimately helping me reduce the pain, improve my range of motion and give me long term solutions/exercises to build strength. Dr. White is an expert in his field. He's kind, easy to talk to and takes the time to get to know you and your daily routine to offer the best advice/adjustments to correct the root cause of the pain you are experiencing.
Halfway through my 12 sessions I came in with a separate issue with pain in the back of my heel that I had never experienced previously. Dr. White adjusted the session accordingly and helped diagnose what was going on. I am so appreciative of Dr. White and White Wong PT for the personal care taken in
not only addressing my initial shoulder pain but also adapting to and resolving the unexpected issue with my heel. Their holistic approach to physical therapy has made a significant impact on both my immediate discomfort and my overall well-being.

Pillar Kinetic provided me exceptional service! I came in with elbow pain from low bar squatting and it was determined the root cause was lack of shoulder mobility.
Fast forward 3 months and my squat has went up 50 pounds, deadlift ~50 pounds and bench 15 pounds!
Once we got the shoulder mobility under control Dr. Erica also helped me with my lower body. (hip and ankle mobility) and by the end of our sessions, I had a tailored mobility protocol for each of my training sessions.
I am not a vegas local but was able to still get top notch care by having a majority of my PT sessions virtual.
I am thankful for their expertise and ability to troubleshoot and determine root cause of pain.

Where do I begin!? Antoinette is thorough, a great listener, empathetic, and an amazing provider! I am a mom of 2, personal trainer and knew I had to address some pelvic health issues (that came on quite suddenly) - and Antoinette was able to get me in within a few days to begin my treatment plan!
I’m so amazed by her, as she was incredibly invested in my symptoms / issues, set backs and celebrated my wins! As someone who works in the pelvic health industry, I know how hard / complex these problems can be and there was always so much time and compassion given to me during each session.
She listens to you, gives you the time to express your concerns, emotions and addresses them one by one - I’ve learned so much from her and can say that I am symptom free following her treatment and homework protocols! If you’re even considering seeing a pelvic PT Antoinette is a gem and you’ll be lucky to have her on your team. I’m so proud of the work we’ve done together and grateful for her passion in this space…. We need more Antoinettes! ❤️

I have always been active and I regularly hit the gym. I have battled shoulder pain and mobility issues for at least 6-7 years. I have tried all sorts of home exercises or suggestions I discovered online to address the problem, but with no resolution.
After noticing an ad for White Wong, I decided it was time to actually take action. I have made dramatic improvement over the last few months and Joe has helped me understand how various movements can affect my shoulder issues, both negatively and positively.
I realized going in that this was not an overnight fix, and that it would take multiple sessions as well as homework. I also knew that I did NOT want to undergo surgery if there was any way to avoid surgery. I now have greatly reduced issues, I continue to do my home exercises, and the prospect of surgery is not even on the horizon.
I rarely write reviews, but I highly recommend White Wong.

After experiencing many years of back pain, White Wong PT gave me the attention that I needed and began a comprehensive rehabilitation program that has lead to increased mobility and a deep relief in my constant back pain. I am more mobile now than ever and have come away with valueless education and knowledge of how I can continue a very active and progressive lifestyle. This is not a quick fix type of therapy. They are holistic and passionate about every milestone you reach. Each body is different and they treat you that way from the first visit. I never imagined that physical therapy could change my life. Dr. Erica Wong is the best. While on vacation I had taken a fall and the next morning woke up and could barely lift my arm without feeling pain around my shoulder area. I was going to call the doctor when I returned home but decided to see if Dr. Erica had time for a consultation. So glad I did! We had a video consultation that afternoon. Dr. Erica asked a bunch of questions and evaluated my arm movements. She had me try some exercises with props that I had available and I started to feel better and felt less pain in my shoulder. The consultation was easy to schedule and I felt well cared for. I continued to do the exercises and my arm motion is almost back to normal. I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation!! Thank you Dr. Erica!

I am the owner of a soft tissue clinic here in Las Vegas, so I know a bit about physical wellness and the roles that physical therapists play in this area. During a trip to Lake Tahoe, I hurt my back after hitting a rock while riding my stand up board with my wife. I needed urgent help.
I was really impressed with my visit with Erica. She challenged everything I thought I knew about physical therapists. The quality of care and time spent on my issues is top notch. Most of my visits to physical therapists had me talking to an assistant, instead of the doctor, for several minutes. And to make matters challenging, this assistant could not adjust my therapy in any way. Compare this to my visit with Erica. She was with me for the entire session! We did assessments to figure out my specific issue, but then the rest of the time was education. This is so much more valuable to me than anything else! Not only is she addressing my current issue, but she gave me tips to improve the overall health of my spine. I bragged to my own therapists about her and the protocol she put me through for my back issue. This was exactly what i needed. :)
The secret to her success? First, they are incredibly knowledgeable. She introduced me to, and studied under, one of the experts on back pain here in the US, Stuart McGill. I found her assessment quicker, cheaper, and more accurate than a MRI or XRAY.
The second secret to her success? I paid cash. People are unaware of the negative impact insurance has on healthcare. I know this as an clinic owner and as a health care insurance recipient. If insurance pays for your healthcare, they are in charge. If you pay for your health care, you are in charge. Most people don't know that in the state of Las Vegas you don't need a prescription to see a physical therapist. I called her and was in to see her two days later. And once done, she can provide me with a super bill to provide to my insurance company so that they can reimburse part, or all, of the bill. Its the most effective and healthiest approach to the financial aspect of health.
I include Erica, and her colleague Dr. Joe, in my cadre of health experts. Their true focus is on your health, and you quickly find this out during your first visit. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about White Wong PT! I spent the summer hiking in the US, Canada, and Switzerland but by the end of the summer I had developed horrible knee pain. I live an active lifestyle and needed to get rehab fast since I couldn’t do the activities I loved, even yoga was too painful.
I decided to try White Wong PT. My first visit was great! I not only felt heard, but I was educated about exactly what was going on with my knee. I also wasn’t rushed and the entire experience was truly personalized care. After only a few visits, I noticed a significant improvement in my mobility, less pain, and I was able to return to regular workouts again including Orange Theory and running!
I love that White Wong PT provided me the knowledge and exercises to fix myself and prevent future reoccurrences so that I could quickly get back to (and maintain) my active lifestyle.

I tweaked my back and was in so much pain. I had very little flexibility and was very stiff. I couldn't even pick stuff off the floor or get up off a seat without a stabbing pain in my left rib cage area.
Joe took the time not just to treat my pain but to find the root cause of it. He did a thorough assessment of my daily activities and was able to tell me how to prevent this from happening again. He showed me great stretches and strengthening exercises to improve my problem areas and techniques to improve my ability to move and reduce my pain.
He definitely knows his craft and how help his clients. He cares about his clients and does everything he can to help. Thank you Joe you're awesome!
