While I initially met with Dr. Edwards, upon learning he was retiring before the end of the year, I decided I wanted to have the same doctor throughout my experience. Enter Dr. Higgins and his kind, professional, exceptional team: Ariel, Taylor, Rhoda. Now, while typing this I can't help but wonder if Dr. Higgins ever tires of being told that he's a miracle worker, a wizard, a superhero...a lost cousin of Patrick McGoohan. Dr. Higgins is all of these things, and more, and he changed my life. As someone who never thought she would step foot into a plastic surgery clinic, stepping foot into this one has been one of the best decisions of my entire life. I had Dr Edwards preform my first breast augmentation in 2007. I knew it was time to get them redone but I kept pushing it off until August 7th of this year when one of my implants deflated. I got 19 years out of them so I wasn’t mad but over the years my pockets we in serious need of attention so this was the perfect reason to get them re-done. lol I called the office on that Monday and let them know that I needed to get on right away because I only had one breast. Lol They got me in same day. I was informed that Dr Edwards was retiring and that Dr Mehta studied under him and is now doing the procedures. I went in and met with Dr Mehta and she was amazing. She listened and addressed all of the items I wanted in the procedure and wasn’t pushy about doing other items that I didn’t want. I signed with them that day and was in surgery 3 weeks later. I am now about 3 week post op and I am loving my new breast! They sit where I want them to, they are the same size as I had prior, she fixed my pockets so that they didn’t fall into my armpit when I lay down. Every time I look in the mirror now I am loving what I am seeing. Recovery was easy. I was back to work after 3 days of rest and off pain meds by the 4th day. I am so happy with Dr Mehta’s work! The staff is always amazing each time I have to go into the office and the price was reasonable for what needed to be done. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I had breast augmentation done with Dr. Metha and she did an amazing job. I went from flat pancakes to having beautiful full breasts finally at age 53. The whole staff is so wonderful and have the best bedside manner. Chelsea and Sofie are amazing too. I forgot my nurse's name at surgery but he was fantastic . I didn't even feel my I.V go in that's how great he is. Just got to give them all a shot out for their professionalism and scheduling. They never make you wait for your appointment and that is so important to me.. no waiting time at all. If you show up a bit early they see you early. Where do I start? It took me quite a while to work up the nerve to see Dr. Silver. Before making a decision, I met with several surgeons in Las Vegas, wanting to be certain I was choosing the right person.

From my very first consultation, Dr. Silver stood out. He impressed me not only with his experience and expertise, but with the confidence he inspired. He was easy to talk to, straightforward, and clearly passionate about what he does. He also sized me up almost immediately, accurately predicting that I'd be a challenging patient, not because I'm difficult, but because I tend to do things my own way.

If I could leave 1,000 stars, I would. I cannot thank Dr. Higgins and his staff enough. I recently had a Fleur De Lis tummy tuck with a mons lift, a breast lift with implants and liposuction on my back. I will be 6 weeks PO tomorrow and I am very happy with the results. If you are looking for a superb plastic surgeon, his name is Dr. Andrew Silver. I had suffered a head trauma from a fall and went to see Dr. Silver for a consult regarding a hematoma on my forehead. Upon seeing my injury, Dr.Silver did not waste any time in making a decision that my injury required immediate attention. I'm probably on the older end of women who decide to refresh their faces with plastic surgery, and I approached it with some concern that my face/neck might look like a mask on my 80 year old body. But I hated my neck! So after doing extensive research, I settled on Dr. Silver, and I'm incredibly glad I did. To begin with, this is the kind of review that I would have been grateful to read before i made decisions on my surgeries with Dr Silver. I had my 6mo follow up today after an upper/lower blepharoplasty. Dr Silver advised me at the initial consultation that a Brow Lift procedure is highly recommended to achieve the desired effects of the upper blepharoplasty. He explained why but was not insistent or pushy. Long story short, I did not take his advice. If you are telling yourself you don't need the Brow Lift because you don't want to deal with the recovery of both surgeries... or for whatever reason you are not inclined to take the advice from Dr Silver, let me say, I wish I had. I'll be scheduling the Brow Lift soon and at least I can say I know I'll be in good hands with Dr Silver and his surgery staff. They were awesome and the pre and post surgery care is phenomenal. Go for it!!

My surgery went well, but after a year of healing, I was surprised to still have 2 raised bump scars behind my ears. a scar tissue bump above one ear and not a fully clean scar under my chin. I had a fleur de lis tummy tuck with abdominal muscle repair, mons lift, and a breast lift with augmentation all done in the same surgery by Dr. Higgins.

First, my results are incredible. He removed all of the loose skin from my 90lb weight loss with the tummy tuck and did some abdominal sculpting with the muscle repair. He raised the saggy parts with the mons lift and absolutely snatched my waist with the fleur de lis tummy tuck. I was also very impressed with my breasts, I previously had spiderweb tattoos on them and somehow he was able to keep the tattoos in tact and did not ruin the appearance of them, even with the breast lift and taking skin from the breast. Dr. Higgins is very kind and has great bedside mannerisms, he made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. He and his team were easy to reach for any questions and concerns I had.

Second, the CNA they sent me home with was incredible. Christy from Post Op Pampering went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my recovery. There were some very hard days I wouldn’t have been able to get through post surgery if it had not been for her. Christy is very kind and fun to be around, and I felt very safe and comfortable knowing she was helping me during my initial recovery. Years ago, I first went to Dr Anson for help with my daughter, who had suffered through terrible head & face injuries. 2 previous surgeons told us there was little room for improvement because of massive scar tissue. Dr Anson examined my daughter, said not a huge challenge, then proceeded to repair the damage. My daughter is beautiful, again!

I am now in my 60s & a tiny bit regretful about aging. Dr Anson has suggested surgical options and alternatives to surgery. She has even told me “no” when I was eager to try something she felt was too early for me. I’m still in love with my recent necklift! Back at work w no visible bruising in 2 weeks.

Dr. Higgins is a true artist. Instead of sculpting in marble, clay or bronze, he sculpts bodies. I have been self-conscious about my belly pooch for 55 years. Finally, I treated myself to a tummy tuck, mons lift and liposuction.
During the first consultation, Dr. Higgins knew exactly what I wanted and had been feeling about my body before I even expressed it. It’s as though he read my mind. Dr. Higgins bedside manners is exceptional with a tablespoon of humor. He explains everything with the greatest amount of patience and in detail. I was looking for a surgeon to have my lower & upper eyelids taken care of properly. I searched out 3 doctors. I went to see 2 different doctors, one which was a quack and Dr. Silver was my 3rd consult. I saved the best for last. After walking out of Dr. Silver office, I knew he was the one that I was going to have to do my surgery. During my initial consult, he had me approach the mirror and he evaluated my upper, lower eyelids, neither of which the other 2 doctors did. Dr Silver stated, I would not do anything on you that I wouldn’t do on a family member. His excellent bed size manner from the start to finish was excellent. He was very thorough explaining very clearly what his plans were for me were greatly appreciated. Dr silver is truely an artist, He is an amazing surgeon, with a very skilled artistic hand. I wasn't planning on having a surgery
but several years ago I started to have weakness of my brow and eye on 1 side. I started to become asymetrical after seeing specialists and realizing the kind of surgery I would need, I would need a very prestigious surgeon who could do this more advanced technique.
More advanced then just an average blepharolpasty.

I first went to Plastic Surgery Vegas in October 2023 for a consult. I was feeling like I needed a boost to push me farther on my weight loss goals and self confidence. I had lost a little over a hundred pounds and still had 80 to go. However I was tired of my fat apron and I just wanted to look nice in pants. I was nervous but everyone at the office was beyond nice and helpful. Dr.Silver was more than I expected. He was honest, informational and set realistic expectations. He explained problems that could happen and what to expect. Stacie his assistant is amazing she is funny and so intelligent she gives you so many tips explains exactly what you will do and all the things to expect. She was so helpful! Everything went so well no issues at all and my results were beyond my expectations. I have a waist and feel so confident. Today I went back for some filler and Botox in my face with Dr. Silver. It was great he explained everything what to expect and it did not hurt at all. I 100 percent trust Dr. Silver, Stacie and Plastic Surgery Vegas and have recommended them to all my friends. I’ll start off by saying 10/10. I had at least five consultations with different doctors for a breast augmentation and labiaplasty. A handful of my close friends had gone to Dr. Edwards for their breast augmentations. Once I met with both him and Dr. Silver for my labiaplasty I knew I didn’t need to look any further. They sat with me for almost an hour each answering all of my questions. Most other doctors were in and out and didn’t give me the time of day. This was my first surgery and I wanted to do both at the same time. I wanted my breasts to be modest and unlike other doctors, Dr. Edwards supported my decision on size. I was petrified morning of. Truthfully, thought about canceling. Once I got there the entire team was SO comforting and nurturing. I’d do it all over again just based off the way they treated me. I’m post op day 5 and my recovery hasn’t been nearly as bad as I was told by friends. I’m already so happy with my results. They’ve followed up and made sure my post op appointments were regular. I’d recommend Dr. Edwards and Dr. Silver to anyone considering getting their breasts or labiaplasty done.
