Would give a zero if I could. We were patients in the past and my husband had a medical episode over a month ago and we had an appointment two weeks ago to follow up. They called three hours before and said we need to come an hour early or cancel. I rescheduled for today and called to confirm since no one followed up and they told me the appointment is on some random day/time that I would have NEVER agreed to in two weeks. Looking for a new doctor and hope nothing serious is going on with my husband while I got jerked around from the stupid people working in this office.

The one star is due to the nurses and front staff being wonderful, very kind and efficient, but my experience with Dr. K itself was honestly awful, I’d give zero stars if I could.
I got told I have a lot of “vague” symptoms, and that it’s not a heart issue. When I asked about POTs, I was simply told “no”, no elaboration, nothing.
All he told me is that it’s not a heart issue. That’s it. And when I asked if he had any suggestion of what it COULD be so I could try looking elsewhere for diagnosis, he essentially shrugged and sent me out the door. It was a two minute appointment with a long list disabling symptoms just getting waved off. Plus, a bunch of "mild" regurgitation in three of my valves.
I don’t know what to do or where to go about this and this appointment made me feel like I wasn’t taken seriously at all, after months of trying to get in. A waste of energy and money.

Dr. Prem scheduled me for an ultrasound of the heart, stress test and event monitor. After the ultrasound I was scheduled for a call to go over the results. I waited for the 4 hour window, he never called. This happened THREE TIMES. Eventually his assistant called and went over the results of the ultrasound and stress test with me. He was supposed to call yesterday to go over the event monitor but of course didn’t call during huge scheduled window. His assistant says “hopefully he’ll call within the next few days”. Very unprofessional and discourteous.

The technician was phenomenal that performed my echocardiogram I'd give her a 10 hands down. Front desk staff were courteous but overworked poor ladies. The waiting room was horribly too small and overcrowded to be in most of pandemic. I was so uncomfortable I went out in open hall to wait. That's why I took a star. They were undoubtedly overbooked for a pandemic or otherwise.

I had 2 appointments 4 days apart. I have a serious heart condition on top of being a diabetic. During my testing the technician staff never left my side, asking if i was ok or needed to eat a snack, asking if i was having chest pains or anything like that. All staff was friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone. A 5 star rating is not high enough. They deserve a 10++++ star rating..

I was referred to Las Vegas Radiology by my surgeon. With the procedure I needed (x-ray and ekg) they gave me the option of a walk-in appointment. I walked into the clinic at 9:05am and was done by 10:00am. Check in was smooth and very easy. They handed me the paperwork to register and made my copayment then sat for about 30 minutes. Simple as that. I appreciate a medical facility that super convenient. The ladies there are so friendly!

I have used LV Rad for almost 12 years. They are professional, no long wait time, and most helpful with all things. The staff is amazing, the doctors and techs are top notch…. I have gone to Steinburg but it’s like getting lost in the herd! LV Rad is family and they treat me as such. Their equipment is state of the art and their radiology studies are accurate and thorough. I would not go anywhere else.

Everyone is so nice! (Of course, if someone is nasty and demanding when they walk in; their experience may be different.)
Our second visit for this location for a Echo in five months. We had echocardiograms at other places. The receptionist was polite, cheerful, and helpful. The tech was compassionate, efficient, and patient. We were in and out in a short time. (May be partly because covid #19 has also cut down the number of nonessential test)

I had an EKG done as part of pre-operative testing before a spinal surgery. They got me right in. The guy at the front desk was welcoming and pleasant. They lady that did my EKG was very nice and put me at ease. I will definitely use them again if I should need any pre-op testing.

It was ok but they didn't tell me before going there, which was a 45 min. Drive, that there was a copay for each one, and I wasn't prepared to pay. Also I was surprised to see no disinfection wipes or liquid avail. To the customers. This was important since we're in the middle of a viral pandemic!

Their motto: "Unique in its commitment to Patient-oriented care". First time there we waited several hours to been seen. Complained to the Dr and he told us that it was rather unusual to wait that long. The second time there to go over results from testing and figured if I scheduled the first appointment of the day then I shouldn't have to wait. Was there 10 minutes early; we refused to pay the co-pay in advance just in case we wanted to leave. Staff walking in the door after 9. Was told 15 minutes after my appointment the Dr was on his way from another location. Was put into a room with the door shut; which I opened after a few minutes. Heard the Dr talking to everyone but us; but hey; there are tv's and monitors patients can interact with inside the rooms. I guess it's meant to keep you entertained while you wait endlessly for a Dr who feels his time is more important than YOUR time.
