Premier Pediatrics is a single-physician practice located in Southwest Las Vegas directly connected to the Spring Valley Hospital on Rainbow Blvd. at Hacienda. We are dedicated to treating children promptly and with the very best care. Dr. Stephanoff sees patients from infants to 21-year-olds, and provides treatments ranging from immunizations to school and athletic physicals. Her belief is that quality, not quantity, of patient care is key to ensuring a successful practice this the reason she take extra time with each patient and their families to really understand the concerns and make sure their needs are met. At Premier Pediatrics we committed to forming strong bonds with patients and their families.

We are new with dr Stephanoff. Our first impression of her was exact what we expected. Straight forward and no sugar coating. I am a working mom of teenagers and she asked about the screen time and physical activities of my children and expressed her opinions to which i appreciate because my children needed to hear it from a professional . It’s hard to find a doctor that listens and gives you honest opinions because for most we are just treated like another paycheck but dr stephanoff treated us like family.

We have been a patient family since 2006, and I cannot recommend this office enough! The doctor provides incredibly personalized attention and is always willing to fit us in, no matter how busy the schedule is—even on Saturdays. Doctor Stephanoff is deeply knowledgeable, the office is consistently spotless, and the front desk team is always so friendly. They quickly respond to phone calls, and their billing is completely transparent. The outstanding care makes this practice absolutely unmatched. Five stars

Ive been going to Dr Stephanoff since 2015, when my girls were 5 and 3, since then ive given birth 3 times and shes been their pediatrician ever since. I love that shes open on Saturdays because sometimes its hard to go during the week when you have alot of errands to do. Anyways shes understanding and answers all our questions! We love her!

My kids are 8 and 9 and have gone to Dr. Stephanoff their whole lives. Not only do they love her, but as a parent so do I. She is straightforward and super knowledgeable . I am never rushed and am always able to get an appt in a reasonable time.
Im honestly very surprised at some of the negative reviews on here. Like I said I've been going to her for nine years and have always had good experiences.

Maybe she is just misunderstood. But I have lots of love for Dr. Stephanoff. Plus I'm one of those hovering moms. She's just really straight to the point but all of the communication is right on point. This doctor is a bit magical to my daughter too and I am not priviledged. Dr. Stephanoff is our day 1. My kid is 5 now.

We've been 3 or 4 times now. Gotten attitude on multiple trips. We're new parents but we aren't told anything and when we ask questions about things that concern us we're brushed off.

My kid sister has been here twice and left in tears both times. The first time the doctor commented about what she was wearing and said she too young to be dressing like that. And today we both didn’t see the sign for no phones yet she took my sister outside to show her the sign, they came back and she started her physical, my sister had a scared look and I was confused until I heard the doctor make crack about not being able to breath without her phone. My sister put her phone away and was in no way rude to this lady. I’m so upset I brought her here to this doctor who has the worst attitude towards children

Dr. Stephanoff is the pediatrician for all four of my children. I have never had any issues with her or the staff. I can only speak for myself and my experience. Never have I or my children ever been treated unfairly. My children love Dr. Stephanoff and her staff.
