​I had nearly given up on finding a good woman primary care provider (PCP), so I asked my OBGYN if she had any recommendations. She referred me to Dr. Weingarten, whom I LOVE because she is quick-thinking and extremely thorough. I have seen her for awhile now. Dr. Weingarten accepts commercial insurance, ACA insurance, and even offers cash-pay rates for those who may be out of network or uninsured. Her sweet therapy dog, Bella, provides great stress relief, too! Having been in practice for a long time, Dr. Weingarten has built a strong network of referrals and connections throughout the Valley, so definitely ask her if you need a recommendation for a specialist. (She knows EVERYBODY and has all the juicy details.) Dr. Weingarten even gave me a direct phone number to text her, along with the nurse line.

​The office is a bit more old-school when it comes to technology, so you may need to follow up occasionally. There is an on-site lab for bloodwork, though it is located in a closet-sized office (just an FYI if you are claustrophobic).

Additionally, the small but mighty staff juggles a lot! Please bring extra patience and be kind to Yesi at check-in, as she balances the front desk, check-ins, and phone lines all at once. She has always been wonderfully kind to me. And she will try her best to fit you on the calendar! A bonus is you can actually see the doctor without having to wait months. You may have to wait a bit on your appointment day as sometimes appointments can run over, but good doctors are worth waiting for. Dr. Weingarten is worth the wait! Check your insurance to see if she is in network and give her office a call.

The main doctor is awesome, but the staff at the front desk are sad excuses for front desk/ receptionist. They DO NOT do their job professionally. Will not have paperwork printed and ready for the patients that day, extremely rude, not sure they even know what the concept of manners are but you can decide if one good doctor is enough to deal with the rest.

If you are looking for that special doctor that will truly cares for your health look no further. I switched my health insurance just so I could have Dr. Winegarden as my primary doctor and I am glad I did. Attention to details, listens to all your questions, concers, etc and exceeds in all my expectations with options, treatments, etc. Its very hard to find doctors that really care for their patients in todays world, not only Dr. Winegarden is a great doctor but also a great human. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a primary doctor’s office. The entire facility was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The staff was highly unprofessional, and reeked of cigarette smoke, which made the environment even more unpleasant. I had a scheduled appointment for 1030am and just walked out at 12pm AND I was never seen by a doctor at all — a complete waste of my time. When I expressed my frustration, the staff was unapologetic and even had an attitude about the situation. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for professional medical care!!

Dr. Weingarten is absolutely the best doctor I have had. And I have lived in 4 different states. She takes the time to listen to my health concerns and she does her very best to address them. She is the first doctor in years who has been able to get my blood pressure under control. She also understands that I'm allergic to many medications and she works to get me medications that I can handle. The very best. I highly recommend her.

The front office doesn't know how to communicate. When I saw the doctor, who is great, I was done with my appointment. I was making my blood work appointment. The girl with black hair never told me they only make blood work appointments on Tuesdays or Thursdays, and I even told her at the end this is for blood work. She said okay. Well, today, Monday the 30th, I showed up, and they told me they don't do blood work this day. I drove 30 minutes from my home and had to find someone to take care of my daughter, which I don't think is fair. They should just check your profile and also just call you to remind you about appointments coming up. Why have a job answering calls if you can’t even have manners? Seems like everything bothers them. They don’t have customer service skills. The doctor is great, but the front desk seems like they’re in a bad mood and don’t want to work. If you don’t enjoy your job, go find another where you will be happy.

Front desk woman is slow and rude. She makes you feel like you not welcome. She changes appointment time on people than realize she made a mistake than run after patients in the parking lot. Huge line waiting to fill out paperwork bc she is slow and rude. That was my first time and I decided to find another place to go. The doctor was nice, but the front desk send away her patients refusing to schedule blood work to patients.

Dr. Weingarten is a fantastic doctor. The issue is with Yesi at the check in counter. She has a real bad attitude. It seems like she is being inconvenienced when asked for an appointment or advice. Several times trying to call to make an appointment to see Dr. Weingarten Yesi has either hung up or put me on hold for eternity. I ended up disconnecting because I couldn't get through. Seems like someone needs a change of attitude.

Doctor Weingartner is amazing. I like the women at the front desk and all of the nurses. The worst thing the doctor could have done is switch to P3 Health Partners!!!!! They make everything 'patient responsibility' WHAT. Worst insurance carrier. Never answers the phone or want to give explanation of why they are not paying providers. Worst nightmare for me as her patient. I had to leave her practice for that reason.

Dr. Weingarten has my back and I will always have hers! She has helped so much in the few months I’ve been going to her. I see a lot of comments about the front desk but tbh, I’ve never had that problem. They are small but the phone is ringing non stop and the there always a lobby full of people so I try to stay patient and understanding that they are only human. Plus there’s a cute medical assistant who made the wait for the dr fly by so fast with her great conversation! I wish I had gotten her name but be on the look out for a woman with a pretty accent and glasses , she’s great! Dr. Weingarten came right in and got straight to the point with me , explained my situation while also educating me on other issues. Overall, I’m glad I found this place

Horrible office. Beware if you need prior authorizations done staff are clueless they do not know which paperwork to send over and are very nasty and difficult to work with. As a healthcare provider I would not recommend this office to anyone. The doctor is great however the medical assistants and front desk staff are absolutely horrendous and have caused numerous avoidable mishaps and complications. Please save yourself headache and frustrations. This office deserves 0 stars it is imperative that medical assistants and front desk staff are medically knowledgeable and competent and this office repeatedly has failed in that regard

I'm disappointed to write this review. This review is not for the Dr. whom I feel is a competent doctor. It is for her staff. Straight up- they are liars. I had broken my ankle and have been in a very difficult time. Dr. offers Telehealth. I schedule Telehealth which they always say they can't give you an exact time doctor will call you but they tell you the day, fine. I always tell them very very clear my schedule which was thin (like two appointments a week). Then multiple times they either called me while I was in that appointment or they would say they were going to call on a particular day and then nobody does. When u call in and explain very clearly what's going on, they blame it on me and tell me that I'm making it impossible to conduct the appointment. Like what? This is a professional establishment- if I'm not available and I give you specific information about that multiple times, it is in fact not my fault that the appointment cannot be completed. I was ALWAYS free and by the phone during the times I said I would be. What pushed me over the edge and made me switch doctors was they then demanded that since I was making the virtual appointment impossible (it's them) that I now needed to physically come in- with a broken ankle, with no transportation, which was stated multiple times. I'm now with a new doctor. Dr. Weingarden- this wasn't against you, but your staff needs to do better and not blame patients for things that are truly not their fault. The Dr. Knows me well, she knows I'm organized and wouldn't be making it impossible to have my appointment. I'm not even working right now for Pete sake.

Dr Weigarten has taken care of me and my wife and is just a wonderful doctor for both of us! She is extremely knowledgable and thinks proactively about your health, not just reactively. She is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable, even talking about things that are not fun to talk about. Really easy to open up to. She works quickly and efficiently but never makes you feel rushed. Total 5 stars!

A lot of the other reviewers seem to be complaining about rude front office staff, but I don't know maybe there have been recent staff changes or something? We have had zero issues with the front desk. They schedule our appointments, process our insurance, etc all in a perfectly professional manner.

The worst decision I made is to come to this place. My wife recommended them, but I did not do the background check of those guys. Long story short, they overcharged me and made incorrect bill code to the LabCorp that is hosting in their building. Ordering this lab you will deal with some other company with worst customer support ever, but it is another case. They used the code of 'body mass index' instead of correct one and insurance company did not want to pay, even being in the network of the Blue Shield Blue Cross. As of now, I have a bill that should not ever come to me, since I have a PPO plan it covers everything and reached out of pocket expenses. BSBC is my insurance company said that incorrect code could be corrected only by the doctor. After numerous calls to LabCorp, having calls together of LabCorp and Primary Care Center they assured me that the code would be corrected. I contacted their office several weeks ago and they said that updated code was sent by the fax to Labcorp and I have to wait two weeks for claim to be updated. After two weeks, I called both insurance company and Labcorp, they said that they did not receive anything from Primary Center of Nevada. I called them today, but they dropped phone call with me. For overcharged visit co-pay they did not refund yet, regardless the fact that insurance company called them several times and they wrong with billing.

One of the best doctors I've EVER been to. Dr Weingarten is straight to the point and doesn't beat around the bush. I went in for overall not feeling well and she ordered tests immediately and they have a phlebotomist who does a courtesy draw if you do not have quest diagnostics as your laboratory. She is so caring and listens to your complaints. They are very fast to see you, I've never spent more than an hour from sign in to leaving the office.

Dr Weingarten has a busy practice but they are organized. She still took her time during my visit to address every ailment. The RN's were thorough and attentive. Everyone was welcoming and had a great attitude. I even received a little "welcome gift' as it was my first visit. I watched a patient walk in without an appointment and they still accommodated her. I was in and out with an accurate diagnosis. She even addressed issues that I had not yet brought to her attention but given my ailments, knew the symptoms. I've never had a doctor do that. I very impressed when I learned that she also a Holistic Doctor. I highly recommend Dr Weingarten. Honestly, I am grateful that a friend referred me to her.

My doctor is great but her staff is horrible with the exception of 1 nurse . The staff take forever to answer the phones and they take so long to get back to you. I have been waiting for my prescription to be fixed for over 10 days because I was prescribed something I am allergic to and the pharmacy has sent in messages asking for a new prescription because I am allergic to what they sent over. Meanwhile I am stuffed up and can’t breathe, I am miserable and I know if the doctor knew that she would probably be upset. I spoke with one of the staff ladies 3 days ago and she even said I will let the doctor know and still haven’t heard anything or updated my pharmacy.

I have had difficulty finding a GOOD doctor here in Las Vegas (in the 5 years of being here). I just saw doctor Roslyn Weingarten and she is the best by far. She really listened to me and is digging deeper into the issue I came for, rather than just prescribing me something and shoo-ing me out the door. She went over my medical records from past doctors and was very genuine in the way she cared.
She is even contancting a doctor of hers to inquire about the medications I am on and their safety during pregnancy (although from her knowledge they are safe). She is humble enough to have a second opinion. That is a GOOD doctor.
I appreciate your caring service. Staff was very friendly as well. Thank you so much.

Never able to reach the office through phone. No one would ever pick up. They promised to call back but of course, they never will unless you call them. Takes them days and days and days just get the referral straighten. They are not even that busy, yet things are never done right. Very disappointed. Will definitely look for another place.
