The front desk staff works incredibly hard with a big smile and multitasking expertly. Also, a special shout out to Destiny. She is incredible and her positivity ripples out to the world around her. So I had my blood drawn today and I always get super anxious and nervous when it comes to that , but Destiny made it so easy & relaxing for me . It was the best blood drawn experience I’ve had ever because I’ve had a few traumatic experiences with blood drawn lol so Thank you so much Destiny.

The office is neat and cleanly. Scheduling and contacting the office is very easy, as front office staff/medical assistants are polite, informative and responsive. Additionally, the Provider has a very gentle persona and addresses all your concerns. She will send out pharmacy orders and referrals promptly, and thoroughly reviews test results/labs with you so that you understand. Lastly, she will make sure to stay in-network with your insurance! My fiance and I came from California coz we heard about this Primary Care Clinic in Las Vegas. This has been one of the greatest experience I’ve had for a long a time! The clinic was really clean, the ambiance was so calm, and the front desk was very welcoming. Provider Ann Po was very accommodating and very knowledgeable about my concerns and problems. NP Marie Ann Po is by far the best experience I've had with a healthcare provider. Previous providers didn't take the time to sit down with me and explain lab results in details.
