The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to you when you walk through the door. I get an exam every year then have 2 pair of glasses made each year. I visited Professional Eye Care Center for an eye exam and I couldn't be happier. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted by friendly staff and felt very welcomed. I had an appointment and they got me back immediately, which was nice. The eye exam was comprehensive and I really appreciate how everything was thoroughly explained to me. I met with Dr Larsen for my exam and he was the absolute best; highly professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable with asking any questions I had. I walked out with a prescription for glasses and was excited to see clearly again; in high definition. The friendly staff helped fit me for a nice pair of Oakley frames; I was very impressed with the wide selection and had so many choices to choose from. Thank you again to Dr. Larsen and his wonderful team.

I appreciate Dr. Larsen and his staff so much. And the new optician, Shaynie (sp?), is terrific. They listen and they're all very helpful. I'm partially blind in one eye, and being over 70, I'm dealing with small (so far) cataracts and the beginning of glaucoma, so I am grateful for the personalized care and understanding. Yes, I also see a specialist, but again, my glasses are absolutely necessary to my well being and functioning in my everyday life. Kudos to Professional Eye Care!

Everyone here is really nice and super knowledgeable. Dr. Larsen caught an early warning of retina detachament that saved my wife's vision! They also carry all kinds of designer brands as well, in stock.

Most of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately there has been confusion about when, where, why, questions about my grandkids glasses. Normally it wouldn’t be a big deal but it’s a long drive. One person calls Friday and said they are ready, today (Monday) I had a feeling that I better call first and good thing I did because they said the glasses weren’t ready/there. Annalise is going to call in the morning. Apparently Annalise is the go to person for information and she leaves early. It shouldn’t be this confusing yet here I am confused lol. I’m not upset, apparently maybe misinformed or misunderstood the conversation. I really like this place and I’ll be back, but I hope it helps because my intentions are constructive criticism from only my perspective. Thank you for being so kind to my grandkids.

I scheduled an appointment and they confirmed they accept my insurance. Show up for my appointment a week later and they claimed they called/texted me to tell me they don’t take my insurance anymore.

Didn’t receive any call, voicemail, text or email. So they just straight up lied instead of admitting they messed up lmao.

Emma was very friendly and welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. Front office not so much, I couldn’t do a single thing without feeling like I was being stared at and watched. Some of them almost look like they don’t want to work. It also took me weeks to receive my glasses which has never been a problem in the past, usually get them in a week or less, they should find a different vendor.

The nose pads on my prescription glasses had hardened, as they do every year or so. Before moving to Las Vegas, I had no trouble walking into optometrists' offices in Miami, Richmond and Pittsburgh, and walking out free, comfortable replacements.

When I made the same request at this place, I was told they'd charge $49!

Maybe people are happy once they're patients, but this kind of crassness is no way to attract new ones.

There is not enough stars on here to show my appreciation to the staff and doctor Dickerson. The staff is awesome and treat you like family whenever you come in. Doctor Dickerson has done something for me that no other has been able to do, "he made me see again"! Dr Dickerson has put a lot of his time, patience's, and effort to get me to where I am today. I have been to other doctors and NO one has been able to tell me I had a medical condition. I am very grateful to my friend who referred me, the staff, and most of all Dr Dickerson. You guys rock and are more than 5 stars in my book. I highly recommend even if you have to drive. At least you know that you are going to be taken off and that the doctor have a real passion for what they do. You are not just another paycheck to them, but a patient that they will not give up on.
