My wife said I needed to go to Target for my eye exam. I finally agreed. They were right on time and the equipment seemed more modern then I have seen at other places. Tina, the optomotrist, was so thourough and explained in great detail my retinal image. That's important because I am 75 now and have family history of problems. Great experience.

As a returning patient at Progressive Eyecare, my experience was excellent. The receptionist was courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Tina Xu as always was great. She took her her time, asked questions about my eyes/health. She was very thorough in her explanations. She also allowed time for me to ask questions and discuss any concerns that I may have. So long as Dr. Xu is here, I will return next year.

Very misleading. The eye exam went well but picking glasses was disappointing. I was told that I couldn’t get any glasses because the part of the appointment does not take my insurance because they are not an official optometrist office. They only sell glasses and they can’t bill for the prescription and I would have to go to an official eye doctors office to get my glasses. I was disappointed because I wanted to use my insurance. Which I was told they don’t take my insurance. What or who were they billing in my past exams?!? Nothing makes sense anymore and they are making things more complicated than it should be. I’m totally not satisfied! I won’t be using Target optical again!

From the exam to the glasses pick-up, Grade A service. The Dr was knowledgeable and polite and the employees in the Frames area were the BEST. They helped us pick out the best choice for my daughter and I, 2 separate times in 2 weeks. The last time, even getting a box filled with frames that wasn't put out yet when I couldn't find a pair that I was happy with. They were patient and so very nice! I'm glad I found a new eye Dr after changing jobs/insurance. Thank you!

I've been going to Progressive Eyecare for a number of years and strayed a couple of times due to moving to the other side of town. I regretted switching I had a bad prescription wasted visits.I went back to Progressive and have stayed even though I'm on the other side of town now. I feel Tina is a great OD for me and I've had a great experience with her and worth the trip. My visits have been quick, informative, prescription works, and I did not feel like a number. I have recommended this office to friends and coworkers over the years.

Absolutely garbage. Took my son for eye exam. Receptionist said his eyes were red and would be considered medical visit and insurance does not cover. He kept pushing me to go to urgent care. He was in no pain. His eyes were red. Just needed an eye exam for glasses???

I highly recommend the eye care center at Target on Blue Diamond in Las Vegas. An easy online booking, arrived and was checked in with very friendly staff. Dr. Mai was so friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything in an easy to understand way. The staff in the glasses section were very helpful with selection and ordering new glasses with a large selection of different frames and lens’s. Great clinic, great staff.

Everyone was really fantastic! The receptionist was super helpful with trying to locate my insurance and was really friendly. She made sure I was able to get a good price on my visit and that I had an itemized receipt for insurance to file a claim since I paid out of pocket. Dr. Mai was awesome! She explained everything in a way that I understood and was so sweet! When I was picking out my glasses, the ladies were awesome and helped make sure I still got the protection plan paid for through my FSA card. Everyone was absolutely amazing!

An above and beyond experience as per usual! I’ve been to this eye doctor on three separate occasions and they’ve been immensely helpful and considerate. Literally terrible. I gave them all the insurance information I had. I verified with my insurance company that this specific location did take my insurance. However, the front desk staff member and the doctor claimed to not be able to verify my benefits despite the fact that they had in hand a fax of my benefits in hand.
So, after I finally finding a time that fit with my work schedule they told me I can pay out of pocket if I want to be seen. It really seemed like it was just the end of the day and they couldn’t seem to figure out their job quick enough so I was rushed out. As a local publicist, this is terrible customer service.

When examining my eyes the Dr. made sure she explained everything she was doing and why. Discussed in detail my eye's health and everything in the pictures of my eyes. I felt so comfortable and knowledgeable about my own eyes when I left. I will return for my next exam knowing I'm in excellent care. The staff, for the eyeglass frames, insurance was also very knowledgeable, kind & helpful. My overall experience was fantastic.

Appointment was 11am for me and 11.40am for my husband.
In the end, they called for my husband first, 2 other gentlemen (whose appointment time was AFTER ours), before it was my turn
Why bother with appointments, since it is NOT based on appointments.
Receptionist was not even responsible enough to highlight this to the tech, nor was she interested in spelling my name correctly when arranging an appointment with the specialist office
Overall disappointment. People, you only have ONE job to do, yet you are not capable of doing it. Time to stay home and do nothing.
