I had such a great experience here! I was really nervous because I had to get temporary crowns, but the doctor made me feel so comfortable from the moment I sat down. She constantly checked on me, made sure I was okay, and explained every step of the process, which really helped ease my anxiety.
Her assistant was an absolute sweetheart, and honestly, they both were. They were so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. The entire staff was amazing and made me feel so welcomed. It didnβt feel like I was walking into a business, it felt like I was walking in to see family.
I canβt thank them enough for making what I thought would be a stressful appointment such a positive experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental office that truly cares about their patients!

I used to like this place. Perhaps itβs about time to let go. And yes they didnβt have to write back to tell me to look for other dentists elsewhere. I already did. I did expect to get the partial back because I have suffered for it. But that they had the audacity to cancel the service because I wrote a formal complaint letter to express my concerns. Such arrogance and condescending manner. This is how they value their clients. Perhaps because I am only but one of the thousands of customers that they may have. But anyway hereβs my review.
No longer quality dental smile. I am the end user and hereβs my encounter. Throughout my appointment, multiple technicians took turns to obtain a cast for my lower teeth partial. The impression tray was too large for my mouth, causing significant pain as my lips and mouth were stretched repeatedly in all directions, multiple times. By the end of the procedure, my mouth felt so sore and I was crying in pain. The dentist did check my mouth and apparently said there was no injury however the blisters developed a few hours after that day. I took photos as a keepsake to remind me of the pain and a lesson learned.
I was disturbed by poor infection prevention practices. A couple of times, my face was wiped with rough and wet brown paper the same thing we use to wipe hands dry after washing hands. The technicians wore the same pair of gloves that touched between surfaces and my mouth. But they claim to have high standards of infection control. unbeknownst to them that I once worked as infection control audit at a school of dentistry in England. So I know. But I will allow them to continue with this delusion. in silence I hope that they will reflect and improve on this.
The physical handling of my mouth was rough. The dentist was just looking in silence. No questions asked. Maybe the dentist didnβt know what to say? Guilt feeling? Or simply did not care at all. I was just a task to be dealt with anyway.
The dental staff talked over me as though I were not there. I continued to sit quietly, patiently praying and trying so hard to kindly understand what was taking place as I participated wanting to get the procedure over and done with. As St Francis prayed, βGod grant that I may never seek so much to be understood as to understand ..β And because of this I owed myself an apology for feeling emotionally exploited and violated at that point. Now thinking it over on the day. I realized that they maybe overbooked, understaffed and exhausted bunch of people with suppressed issues against each other that could have impacted on their behavior and attitude hence the result, poor service. How humiliating. The dentist was simultaneously managing multiple patients at the same time, raising questions about whether adequate attention was being devoted to patient care and supervision.
Finally, I was concern about the quality of the materials as the repeated failures and overall experience led me to question whether appropriate equipment and materials were being utilized. But they said that they use high quality materials but how do we know? They donβt offer information on this, do they?
As a paying patient for more than 5 years now, I entrusted this practice with my health and wellbeing. Instead, I left the office crying, physically injured, emotionally distressed, and betrayed by that trust. I believe every patient deserves competent care, respectful communication, proper infection control, informed consent, and procedures performed with skill and compassion esp during the procedure.
In my letter, I expressed:
βI do hope that by bringing these issues to your attention, steps will be taken to prevent similar experiences for other patients.β
This office is not bad really, the reception and admin staff can be friendly and smiling to your face. I did love coming here. But they donβt treat the patients as family like they claim to be. Cause that day and time I was made to feel like a guinea pig. Shame on you indeed.

Dr. Domingo, the staff, and all of the dental hygienists are helpful and caring. Surprise to pay additional fee for realignment since as far as i know from prior dentist they are required to fixed any adjustment within a certain number of days. In my case less than 6 months. I just feel that any work done are covered by warranty for work done including dental work. So disappointment. Thinking retutning to my former dentist or look for new dentist.

Go elsewhere, the treatment plan for 5 crowns was completely unnecessary. Went to another dentist today who said all the crowns were fine and no work was needed. I am very disappointed in their practice. Furthermore, they wanted an additional $1000 in fees outside of full coverage insurance. Unacceptable for a health care provider.

My first visit to Quality Dental Smile was truly βqualityβ. I appreciate Dr Gutierrez for her thorough and competent examination, and Susan, for her professionalism and capable handling of her task. I came home with no soreness or βnicksβ in my gum that was not the case with other hygienists. Mel was welcoming and friendly, and Suzette was great in explaining to me what needed to be done on my future visits including the breakdown of services covered and not covered by insurance. This experience cuts the apprehension on a dental visit and makes its unpleasantness more tolerable.

I had a chip on my front tooth that Dr. John suggested I crown. Iβm hesitant with crowns because I like to be as conservative with my teeth as possible. Turns out itβs the best thing I ever did for my teeth as I have a large social media audience for my businesses and always on camera!
I did though get a second opinion before doing it. I looked around for aesthetic solutions. Turns out, Dr. Johnβs recommendation was the right one. I went back to make the appointment with Dr. John to go ahead.
His team is SO good. Dr. John is also always so good with teeth. Iβve gone with them for all my teeth appointments since I moved to Vegas.
I highly highly recommend this place. Iβm SO happy with my decision. And it also happened to be the best deal for amazing results compared to the other places that do βaesthetic dentistryβ! Absolutely love Dr. John and his team of amazing ladies!

I really appreciate Quality Dental Smile. They are really professional and very nice. I am glad they are really informative with what treatments would be best for my mouth with what I could afford. This morning when I accidentally missed my appointment they were nice enough to make accommodations so I could still have my appointment a few hours later in the day and not be charged $30. Over all they made me feel valued and were very respectful. I highly recommend a appointment with Quality Dental Smile.
