Had a great experience at Queensridge Modern Dentistry & Orthodontics.

I recently moved to Las Vegas, so this was the first time I’d had to find a new dentist in over a decade. The whole team was friendly, welcoming, and very professional from the moment I walked in.

The office is clean, modern, and has a great atmosphere. The hygienist and dentist were both excellent. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and gave me great advice without making me feel rushed.

I’m grateful to have found my new family dentist on the first try. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist in Las Vegas.

I loathe going to the dentist, but this place made it as pleasant an experience as possible. Dr Tran took her time, explained things to me in ways I could understand, was respectful of my time, and made me feel comfortable and at ease. She has a gentle touch and checked on me multiple times throughout the cleaning. She wasn’t pushy and made sure I understood why she was recommending certain steps and prophylactic measures to make sure my oral health continues.

I went to Queensridge Modern Dentistry for the first time today and I was very impressed.
I was greeted with a smile first from Salena at the front desk and she got me all checked in. Then Lexi took me back to a room to get my entire history and X-rays.
Dr. Sampson came in to introduce herself and did a very thorough exam. She spoke to me about a treatment plan going forward and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions that I had.
I found the office to be very clean and everyone that I came into contact with was very friendly, caring, knowledge, professional and compassionate. I’m so glad that I found a dental office that was warm and welcoming.
If you’re looking for a new dental office, I’d highly recommend that you check them out.

Man what a great dental office. Staff here is so friendly, knowledgeable, and light handed. I have to get 3 root canals done… but they made it seem not as scary and genuinely care about my health. Super thorough with their photos, answers, and exam explanations. I feel taken care of by Dr. Manakis, Sulena, and Samay! They also have their own payment plans here if you have no insurance. Which helps a lot! The cost is way better for just $119/year. Found my new dental office :)

I don’t have enough positive feedback for this place and the amazing staff. After a lifetime of poor oral health and general dental anxiety, I came into this office and was not only informed, but thoroughly taken care of. I had a root canal taken care of by Dr. Mavrakis and Dr. Long and was in virtually no pain. The recovery after has been easy and pain free. Amazing!!!

I had an amazing experience here and was welcomed in by Seth! I didn’t have to wait long at all until Lexi greeted me and took me back for my x-rays! She was very thorough with my pictures. Then Shania took care of me and helped with my cleaning. She was very nice and wonderful to speak with! Lastly, I met Dr. Luckoor who helped finish my cleaning and helped answer all the questions I had. Overall, it was an excellent experience and the staff really make it that!

Dr Mavrakis is amazing! I'm someone who is terrified if the dentist, I genuinely cannot stand going, but she makes it a lot less nerve wracking. Danielle the dental assistant is fantastic as well. Incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. She in particular is the best st helping calm my nerves. The front desk is also always welcoming and friendly. They're awesome when it comes to helping understand any bill you may be left with after insurance.

Deep cleanings and cavities are typically not much fun, but the great staff and advanced technology makes all the difference here. I went to Queensridge as a first time patient after not receiving a call back from 3 different dentist in Vegas. They were very nice, helpful and informative during my visit. My mom had dental work done in the past. Unfortunately, it was done poorly resulting in her money going down the drain along with the smile she was excited for. December 2025 rolls around and she’s needing to use up her benefits before the year ends. Our good family friend, who’s more family than a friend, Sharon Deo, referred my mom to this dental office that she works for. Without hesitation my mom booked her appointment and upon arrival you could tell this office was about their business. It was sparkling from the foyer of the building and we knew that it was going to be worth it. We were greeted by Sharon who made the checkin process smooth. With her there my mom felt like she was with family but it didn’t stop there. The doctor who worked with my mom was so inviting and most importantly attentive. She was able to explain to my mom what she’s working with and what the team can do to improve the health of her smile. Since that visit, we have had multiple appointments where my mom has been fitted for her new smile. We love that they’re always listening to what’s good and not so good in order for my mom to have the best fit. Thank you team at Queensridge Modern Dentistry and Orthopedics! This will not be the last time for us and we will definitely be referring our family and friends to you 🫶🏼

I've been a patient of Queensridge Modern Dentistry for a little while now and had my kids come here too when they turned 18. I wouldn't have encouraged them to seek their services if I wasn't getting an excellent dental service. As a father, you want the best for your kids! They have professional and delightful front desk staff, which keeps you at ease knowing you are taken care of. This is the most modern and happy dentist office I have ever been at, and I have been to many at 63 years young. It is nice to know when I make an appointment I do not have to wait when I come in. They take their time, explain everything to me and make sure all my questions are answered before I leave. As a teacher, I am glad our insurance is fimally getting better providers like Queenridge. I like them so far. They gave me a blanket because I was cold in the room, I’ve never had that before. They do take time to listen to concerns and make sure you’re happy before leaving. Don't notify clients of change of plans for your appointment and then has an attitude because you are upset that you aren't being seen for what you came in for. Also, gave me a plan for what it would cost me but then had the nerve to try and charge me three times the amount of what was given to me in writing. Trust at your own risk. I will not be back after my crown is completed.

The worst scam I have ever seen before this clinic posted a $57 deal of cleaning , x rays that I saw on the internet!! I called made the appointment and asked about the price etc… and I never got told I was gonna get charged extra for a different type of cleaning! I was there from 1:30pm -3:30pm for xRAYS ONLY!!!! Just to be told in the end I have to pay 250$ for a cleaning!! Absolutely outrageous big scam I will never come back here ever again, thank you for wasting my time and all the afternoon for nothing!! All i wanted was a regular cleaning!! Even if it was 100$!!

Dr. Luckoor and her staff are truly amazing. The moment you walk into the office you just know you will be well taken care of. The front desk is very honest about costs and procedures. Everyone there made me feel very comfortable and confident in the treatment I was receiving. They don't try to upsell you in procedures but really do try to inform you about your health.

Along with their professional care, I was so surprised with how painless the procedures for cleaning and fillings were. I’ve had dentists do cleaning where the pain was so excruciating I had to ask for local anesthesia. But not with Dr. Luckoor and her team. It was painless. Eventually she offered locks anesthesia and to my surprised I didn’t even feel it going into my gums. That is true professional care!

I will definitely recommend this dental office to everyone I know!

I went in for my first deep cleaning today.

Seth at the front office checked me right in, explained what was being done, explained what my insurance covered. At check out he scheduled my next appointment and answered all of my questions kindly. He is friendly and I appreciate him helping me today!

The folks at Queensridge are cooler than a cucumber! From Selina up front, to my technician, Vivian, and my Dentist, Dr Luckoor. Now my Hygienist, Julia beat me up! I’ll start with the positive. The staff was nice and friendly. They were very cordial and respectful. That is why they get a second star. Told them I needed my 6 month check up and cleaning as a new patient.

Having said that, here is the bad side no one speaks of in the reviews. Due to my medical health and just having been diagnosed with an issue, it is effecting my gum heath. I have early periodontal disease. They told me it would be wise to get a deep cleaning that my insurance doesn’t cover all of, and get those quarterly. Okay, that’s fine. That cost almost $500 per visit to do though out of pocket. I said let me think about it because that is a heavy finance to do quarterly and the holidays are approaching, it may need to wait until after. They said okay. I asked can I get my normal six month cleaning and polishing for now? They said no, we won’t do that unless it is the deep cleaning. I have crooked teeth up front from my teeth growing in bad as a kid. My mom couldn’t afford braces at a young age, and my old dentist said my teeth would be fine if you didn’t straighten them since I kept up my oral health properly for all the years.

Essentially, they just wanted to upsell me on another service (braces and deep cleaning) without providing me the covered service my insurance would provide at that moment. A month later now, I get a bill by text for the X Rays they did. In 25 years of having dental insurance, I have never gotten a bill for x rays. Ever. I feel this place is a money hustling dentistry that is not looking out for your interest but their’s. They did keep pushing me to get braces also. I’m 42 now and that is the least of my worries. I’d avoid going to them and getting the long term bills and money they are grasping for before you go. I know I’m not going back. They charged me for doing nothing but take x rays. Yet, I have a bill for no cleanings. I even called billing to ask about it and I gave them my information to look up. She said she found it and then hung up on me before we could get into the issue. No call back either. Really really shameful practice here. Don’t go

Wow! The customer service here is top notch and let me tell you, these ladies work fast! I love how quickly I was seen between the Dr. herself and the hygienist. I was in and out for my cleaning and she did an amazing job. These ladies definitely know what they are doing and they do it well. Also the front desk ladies were so kind and was able to help explain all of my breakdowns on future work I need to get done. 10/10 recommend.

I’m usually scared of the dentist but this place made it nice and comfortable. The doctors are so smart and trustworthy. I’m not sure why the entire staff here aren’t working as models either, everyone here looks so pretty. The dental assistants are super cool, they do an amazing job listening to my concerns and making me feel comfortable. My husband's and my experience was not great at this office. We came in for a checkup and cleaning. We both have very different dental issues and I consider myself to have good oral hygiene, nevertheless they offered us a super expensive cleaning ($900) with insurance. The whole interaction felt like they were fearmongering to get me to pay for expensive unnecessary procedures. They did not offer us any other option so we left without even getting a cleaning.

I took my niece Emily in for an emergency visit for an impacted wisdom tooth, and the staff could not have been friendlier, nicer, or more professional. The took such care of my niece, and we have never received service like this before! From the xrays to the visit and prescription, everything was handled so wonderfully. Beware! I went in for a routine cleaning. I’ve never had any issues with my teeth. They measured my gum depth, some were 4’s and 5’s and they said I needed a deep cleaning. $800 after insurance. They continued to tell me I was on my way to serious gum disease and if I didn’t have a deep cleaning, it would get even worse. The hygienist even said to me, “ I know you’re having the worst day ever.” I felt it was not right and said I only wanted a regular cleaning. They refused to do a regular cleaning!!

Two weeks later, I went for a second opinion at another dentist office. My gums measured 1’s and 2’s mostly, nothing deeper than a 3. They said keep up the great work with your teeth, gave me a regular cleaning, and they were gentle.

This does not sit right with me and I hope they don’t do this to anyone again. I felt scammed and shamed. Never going back!!!

My family and I had our first (and last) appointment with them on October 26, 2024. Currently our family doctor is in the same office on the medical side and we absolutely LOVE them! From the front desk staff, to the medical staff we have NO complaints! From day one they’ve been extremely professional, friendly, accommodating and have proven to be top tier at their profession! So we decided to give the Dentistry side a try; horrible decision that we greatly regret. We requested 3 appointments back-to-back that Saturday so that we could be in-and-out, much like on the medical side; again, bad assumption! We arrived punctual and I went back first, then my daughter and lastly my partner. Since this was our first visit, we anticipated a lot of x-rays, cleaning and polishing. NOPE! Well, my daughter was done before me even though I was seen first. My partner received his consultation thereafter. Nearly two hours later I inquired why it was taking so long for my teeth cleaning and while the young lady was very emphatic and nice; she had no acceptable answer for me. Such an excellent and caring staff!!!! Dr Lee is amazing and so gentle with her mannerism to her technique. I think I may have found my new favorite dentist. Coming from CA where I was loyal to my dentist for over 15 years the thought of finding a new dentist in Vegas was daunting. The first dentist I found felt like a used car salesman and, even though I came for a simple cleaning, tried to sell me all kind of treatments I didn’t really need. Two hours later, I still didn’t get my cleaning and I got up and left. And I’m so glad I did. Because I found this office. The dentist was an absolute delight and a sweetheart. I unfortunately had some bone loss and gingivitis that required a deep cleaning, but they did a great job to help me recover what I could and put me on a plan to maintain from here. The practitioners here are great - Dr. Ingrid and their oral surgeon and their hygienists, all seem highly trained and proficient.

My struggle with this office is their front desk staff; every time I'm in this office for whatever it may be it lands like a high pressure sales scenario. I have really great insurance, and yet their team still makes out of pocket suggestions for "treatment" 2 or 3x the price of normal treatment. Moreover, basic deduction goes missing due to these sales pitches - I was leaving an appointment where I had work done on one side of my mouth and they were eager to insist I schedule work (with a $100 deposit mind you) on the other side within the next day or so. So...I would have no use of my teeth at all? Like basic logic goes out the window in an effort to book these appointments and get paid.

I was even in chair for treatment at one point, already pre-paid for treatment - only to have the surgeon disappear and one of their associates come to me in the medical room and start barraging me with how I'm going to pay for service. Pay for a service I've already paid $1200 for?? WITH insurance?? This was for a crown, and on brand for their team- the normal price is never even brought up, just their "high caliber" same-day crowns that are 3x the price and they pitch as having a 5 yr warranty. This has been pitched to me multiple times, despite my sharing that I'm even leaving LV by the end of the year. I was even told that I would have to pay the *full* price of a crown (800+) because of poor assumptions on their part (that I've had the same insurance for five years, which I haven't).

I think they fail to ask questions and create solutions that have the patient's overall wellness in mind, and are constantly working and advocating for getting the most money from patients as possible.

Best Dental office is Vegas by far! Dr. Segui was amazing and gentle and very thorough. She explained everything that she had some concerns about and helped me understand. She was open and caring. Even though I didn’t have too many questions (except about my ice eating lol) she had transparency opened the door for questions. My girlfriend went in to get a checkup, and a cleaning and ended up needing 3 cavities filled and a crown. Dr. Lukoor was extremely understanding of her extreme anxiety due to prior dentist visits where they didn’t care to stop even though she could still feel all of the drilling they were doing. This is my new favorite dentist. Today I had an emergency and had a crown come off and needed the tooth to be pulled. They got me in in a timely manner and I must say I have been terrified of going to the dentist since I was a kid and I have always needed nitrous oxide gas to help myself not jump out of the chair from pain and with Dr.Saloni i didn’t need gas. I was hesitant at first but once she had me in the chair and numbed up I was okay and even the shots didn’t hurt. This was the easiest tooth pull I have ever gotten and I will most definitely be a returning patient for the next round of work I need to get done will definitely be done here. Dr. Saloni is gentle, really nice, professional and makes sure you know exactly what she will be doing and why it needs to be done. She even went over my X-rays with me to show me what needed to be done and then went over what we will be done down the road. She was really good at making me feel comfortable and made sure to check on if I was feeling any pain during the extraction. Even the staff was really nice and very welcoming, when everything was done and I was ready to pay the staff in the front was very helpful and went over all the costs and the costs for my upcoming appointments. I highly recommend them and I can’t wait to finish all of the dental work that needs to be done. Great visit. I admit to previously not liking the dentist office. I only go for emergencies. But this office has changed my mind. I have scheduled to come back on Monday. Kyle and Isaiah, Myri and all staff at the front desk were friendly and professional. I was treated by Saloni Luckoor. She explained and made me feel comfortable with her care. Brand new patient here. I was able to get an appointment within one week of calling them to schedule. The building is new. Plenty of parking spaces. Office is brand new with lots of shiny equipment. 🙂 Xray of my teeth, deep cleaning and cavity fill was done in one appointment. I started at 8AM and was done by 10:30AM, which was very impressive. Jessica made me feel comfortable as soon as I went into the exam room. Dr. Luckoor explained every thing to me and gave me a detailed treatment plan for my case. And the doctor who did my deep cleaning was knowledgeable and gave me good tips on how to better care for my teeth. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in to the office came in got an exam. Everything went very smoove! Had the pleasure getting my x-rays as well as charting done by Isaiah he was awesome not missing a single xray. Most dental offices the tech misses and needs help. He was really awesome. Dr luckoor evaluated my teeth and no issues at all. This place is amazing. First class all the way. Dr. Luckoor goes above and beyond. So history one of my veneers came off and I needed immediate attention they got me in right away . Long story but had a medical emergency while in the office not related to anything they did but wound up having to go to the ER and of course not being able to have my veneer replaced. Dr. Luckoor personally reached out via text to make sure I was doing ok and asked that I please keep her updated. Things wound up being ok but because of issues with my blood pressure I wasn't able to schedule a new appointment right away and she actually helped me get in with the great medical team that is in the same office the next day because I didn't have a primary care physician. Its a really long story but in short I've never had a Dr go so out of her way and be so kind and caring in my life. Like she liertally gave me her personal phone number to keep her updated. Also they have top notch technology. I have an irregular bite and my front teeth don't close there is a gap so those old medival style x rays that most dentists do that bear into the roof of your mouth and are so I uncomfortable don't exist here. All I had to do was stand up and have some x ray machine swing around my head and bam full mouth pictues. Can't say enough about this practice . Everyone is so nice and accommodating and you don't have to wait weeks just to be seen. I'll be a life long client and I don't even write many reviews like this but I couldn't be happier that I found them and especially Dr. Luckoor.

My husband had heart disease due to a gum infection… google it, it’s a thing! After surviving open heart surgery we knew the next chapter to tackle was this gum disease. I wanted to find both a dentist and periodontist, and someone that is familiar with this condition.
Because my husband is on blood thinners, even a simple cleaning has to be treated cautiously. My husband struggled with having some deep cleaning done. But Dr.Segui was So attentive. She was texting my husband late at night ensuing he was healing properly and even provided us with emergency weekend services if needed.
Now I can barely get my primary dr to return my calls after a week.
The fact that this place gives you this much attention, I am keeping them on speed dial.
Cherry on the cake is how clean the facility is. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can tell they are treated well by the drs. Michelle (the front desk receptionist) and Brandi (the dental hygienist) they always remember you and genuinely care about how you’re feeling and healing. I feel like they are all part of my family now.
Bottom line… this place is the dentistry for the stars ✨

I feel like I’ve been “shopping” around for a good dentist office. I’ve visited several throughout Las Vegas and Summerlin and FINALLY I found one that not only had nice and kind people from start to finish, but we’re straight forward and explanatory about what was happening. They even offered to have the front desk ladies come out and explain to me the cost of everything I wanted done BEFORE they did it. Even offered me a choice and no upsell which felt nice. Although I’m still going to need to learn names of everyone I worked with today haha, this was a beautiful visit and everyone did amazing. For the last 2 years I've been going to dentist after dentist trying to help with my bleeding and swelling gums with a lot of cost between my insurance paying and much out of my pocket expenses to the problem becoming worse. I called Queenridge modern dental and got appointment in a couple of days. My first visit Dr Luckoor saw the problem immediately, discuss what can be done. I opted to have her start that day. In between 2 visits with her ended 2 years of infection and I am recovering quite quickly. I want say how much " I thank you for saving my life" because I was becoming so ill until I visited Queensridge Modern dental. I am feeling fantastic.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Dr. Ingrid Segui at Queensbridge Modern Dentistry for a check-up and teeth cleaning that never happened. What should have been a routine appointment turned into a nightmare of unprofessionalism and argumentation.

From the moment Dr. Segui walked in, I could tell she was confrontational. Dr. Segui seemed unfriendly, When she walked in the room, I was taken aback by her demeanor - she seemed more interested in lecturing me than listening to my concerns.

The appointment itself was a disaster. Dr. Segui went on and on about the importance of this procedure or that treatment plan, but refused to listen to my concerns or questions. When I politely declined a procedure she recommended, she became argumentative and defensive, insisting that it must done.

What really took the cake was when she started lecturing me on why I should reconsider her recommendation. She went on and on, after I repeatedly tried to interject and express my concerns and respectfully decline, but she wouldn't listen at all. I could tell I was getting no where with her.

The whole experience was weird and unsettling. Dr. Segui's approach to dental medicine seemed amateurish at best, and her lack of bedside manner made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient.

Avoid Dr. Ingrid Segui at Queensbridge Modern Dentistry at all costs! Her unprofessionalism, argumentativeness, and novice approach to dentistry make her a dentist to avoid. Trust your instincts and find a dentist who actually cares about your oral health and well-being.
