Upon moving to Las Vegas 5 years ago, scheduling an appointment with a primary care physician for a physical required a wait of 2-3 months for the first available appointment. My wife and I were so thankful that someone recommended Dr. Jose Bacala with Quill Health. The Direct Primary Care model was exactly what we were looking for. A physician that is always available to talk, text or see me in office within the week. Dr. Bacala takes the time to listen, examine and advise in a thoughtful, unhurried pace. Great care and service!

I wish I could give him 6 stars! He has been my doctor for a while now, and I really like his overall approach to my health. First of all, I don't get shoved into some waiting room 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to happen, only to wait another 30 minutes (or longer) for the doctor to show up. That is how every doctor's visit in my life has been until now. He seems to actually feel my time is valuable. Imagine that!?! On Thanksgiving, I emailed him to let him know I had a new and rather urgent health concern and he responded in minutes. Does your doctor do that? I didn't think so!

Dr. Bacala definitely was a good choice for me. He is very accessible, informative and spends as much time needed with me. I never feel rushed and he listens to my concerns. Wish all others were working for the patients instead of insurances. Quality patient care hands down.

Dr.Bacala is a spectacular doctor! If I could give him a 10 star rating, I would. I have seen over 200 doctors and specialists within a 3 year time frame and after meeting with Dr. Bacala, I have finally found my primary care physician. He listens and is knowledgeable and well researched. His demeanor is kind and caring. He doesn’t push medications or tests. He takes his time so I never felt rushed or unheard. His office is very clean and family friendly. I’m grateful for Dr. Bacala and will recommend him to all of my friends and family. I know they will be in great hands.
