It was a bad experience all together just for a xrays and cleaning 1st time there had me sitting in the dental chair for over an hour the xray tech was very aggressive in putting in the wingbites for the xrays they had me come back the next day when the cleaning finally took place it was done on like 5 minutes there is no way my teeth are cleaned that quick the dentist assistance polished my teeth first before the dentist did anything and he just poked each tooth didnt do any scaling. Or use any tools to clean my teeth im 56 and ive had my teeth cleaned every year by another dentist and it took her about half hour each time poor poor service for a cleaning thex

1st appointment was great— they took photos of my teeth and the Dr checked them. 2nd appointment was more photos and my cleaning— the dental assistant was pushing down the silicone guards on the floor of my mouth when taking pictures and it was so painful. The female hygienist rushed on cleaning my teeth, and it was also painful. 2 minutes later she finished and the dental assistant came to polish and floss and topped off fluoride on 60% my lips and 40% on my teeth, which i paid $32 for. Hygienist suggested that I get sealants the same day for preventative care for 12 of my teeth, which costs $240. I declined it and went home. Everything just felt rushed and painful, and I came at 10am, the earliest appointment they have. The staff were nice and friendly!

I don't know what to feel because I've had no teeth all summer. I was told I would get temporary teeth, that didn't happen. The first ones came back and didn't fit at all then before the second ones came back, they extracted all my teeth so I inquired about the gum line shrinking and how they won't fit but the doc said they would, just to find out (after another month delay) I was right. The bite was off entirely. I had to get re molded 3 times total and this last time I was misled into thinking they had my partials in- just to be fitted for the wax gum line and was told it would take another couple of weeks. I've had a very depressing summer and even as I write this now- I still have no teeth and no update to when they will come in. I feel defeated.
The pros of coming to this location was the fact that my extractions were very painless and he definitely knew what he was doing when he had to shave a bone down and stich me up. The dentures issue is depressing though.

Dr.Lovato,Esmerwlda and all the staff were great. Very easy to talk with and made me feel comfortable talking about my dental needs. Highly recommend talking with them first, and saving yourself all the headaches and anxiety that sometimes comes with dental visist.

They are so sweet so nice and like the love is real with them I really appreciate them I love how they explain everything to me in details like they are the best I love how they help you get the proper care and trust me when it comes to the insurance Courtney got you she is the best ok she have so many opportunities that can help you when it comes to your insurance not covering certain things so I recommend them they are best and it’s no lie I’m tilling you they will have you walking out with a smile on ur face . This was my first time experiencing a dental office with such a high level of care and understanding. Evelyn was incredibly patient with me, and Dr. Schaudt was amazing. He answered all of my questions and never seemed bothered or rushed throughout my procedure. I was even able to watch a show during a procedure I was very nervous about, which helped me feel much more comfortable. Thank you, Dr. Schaudt!

I am soooo happy with my new dentures! In all the years I've had to wear dentures I've NEVER had the top plate fit sooooo well. It's a dream come true. The staff are always so welcoming and the dentists know how to fix you up if you need fixing up that is LoL!! 🤣

Doctor Omar and he's staff were wonderful. The best dental experience Ive had in a long time. My appointment took 3 hrs and they always made sure I was feeling comfortable and without pain. The office was very clean and professional and I was warmly greeted immediately walking in the door. Everyone was honestly so nice and welcoming, it didn't feel like a dentist office in Vegas. There were no surprises with the bill and the prices were fairly on par from other places.

Dr. Ruiz was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He made sure I was informed, educated, comfortable and in no pain throughout the entire visit.

Definitely plan to keep them as my regular office moving forward!

The service I had seemed okay, they quoted me for extra services like a nightguard retainer. I told them I appreciate it but knowing myself, I wouldn't use it and the cost is high. So I did my cleaning and asked to get a pre-approval for fillings. Instead they sent a $6k pre-approval for the nightguard I turned down. I wait weeks for this and they won't respond to calls or texts now. I wanted to get my fillings done and just be easy and clear with everything going on because I hate when things change after the service. I paid extra for the imaging service and now I dont want to go back.

I did get an extra bill for stuff insurance didnt cover on my cleaning. This is why I like pre-approvals and insisted on getting one before we do the more costly procedures

Courtney in front had a great spirit and was very helpful. So was the other lady I'm sorry I forgot her name but I loved her energy too. Victor who was mine and my son's assistant was sooo amazing and kept great conversation throughout the appointment. He was also very informative with letting me know what was going on inside of my mouth before the dentist came. He was very patient with my son as well because he had a lot of anxiety but he did well with calming him down. The dentist was also great! Wonderful man. I Ioved how he was patient with my questions and also very informative. The whole team was amazing! 💞 Great team.
