I’m 62, and have always feared dentists. Like many, I fear the pain, the physical parts, liquids flying through the air and landing all over my face, the blood, the noises…just all of it.

Then I found Radiant Smiles. From the first visit, I noticed a difference.

Dr. Adity is a dentist I will follow for life. Seriously. Do it! Go!

Through extractions, fillings, crowns etc., she made me feel so calm.

Her gentle nature, her soft tone, how careful she is, I really felt at ease. She was my drug and all I needed to get through it.

And her assistant Nicole, just wow! She’s such a sweetheart.

Explaining things to me in patient terms, not medical. Most patients didn’t go to a dental program. We don’t always understand the terms they use every day. Nicole explained in such a way even a child could understand. And without leaving me feeling stupid.

She showed me pics of her sweet husband at their wedding. I mean, this is someone I would hang out with!

She rubbed my arm during rough parts and her voice calmed me as well. Do it! Go!

After my visit, I actually cried right there in the office. I cried because the experience was that good!

All in all, let me just say this. Back in the 70’s and 80’s, Drs. & dentists chose these careers because they had a true desire to help people. That was number one. And you felt it.

Today, they choose this career for the paycheck. They do as little as possible. Get in - get out, just to get to that check. And you feel that too.

It stopped being about people. Especially here in Vegas! Medical and dental is horrid here! They’ve lost their way and it’s so sad.

But these two ladies are a standout. When Dr. Adity comes into the room, she gives a smile that needs no words. You’re putty in her hands. And Nicole is kind, gentle, and helpful in all ways. I love them both!

You can tell that they’re there to actually do the jobs of long ago. Simply put, they care. And you feel that.

And to Dr. Anity and Nicole, if you ever read this, coming from your elder, I want to say this.

As long as you continue to treat people first and not chase money first, you two are going to live a beautiful life because it’s a rare quality you both have.

Keep the focus on the people. Doing good work and giving patients a human experience vs making patients feel like a herd of cattle. In and out - move along, there’s more money to make. Get out of my chair. 🗣️“NEXT”!

To quote the infamous Maya Angelou:

“People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” And I’ll never forget how you made me feel.

If you put people first my sweet ladies, the money will follow you anyways. But with the bonus of touching people’s hearts and leaving them with that. Trust me, it matters.♥️

The staff is not as welcoming as I had hoped. I had seen the advertisements and reviews stating that this organization does good work. My initial impression was very dissatisfying. It seemed that the dental assistants had conflict or had been having issues that morning as they were constantly going back and forth on what else needed to be done amidst helping me. The assistant I presumed to be the lead dental assistant was extremely rude to her fellow (noticeably less experienced) coworker. I waited about an hour after my schedule appointment time to finally be brought back for my exam. The office was extremely behind and frankly unsanitary. There were used gloves on the floor and trash cans full to the brim. The redeeming quality of this office was the doctor. She seemed friendly yet did a bad job of answering my concerns and explaining her diagnosis of what work needed to be done.

The WORST PLACE TO GO.
I went there for a dental cleaning. They told me I need more stuff: cavities, deeper cleaning, the works- normal.
After that, they proceeded to make me wait FOUR HOURS for a payment plan explanation.

During my 4 hours waiting, I saw how multiple customers get their initial quotes changed because some doctors have more conservative ideas than others.
My wife, who went there at the same time as me, went for a promoción of 60 dollars and ended up paying 280. No one asks, " Are you okay with the price change, or do you want to add this.

Be very careful because all the forms to sign at the beginning are to cover all these practices of changing prices, and you sign for it before you are even seen by a doctor.

Oh, and after 4:45 hours waiting, they never called me, and still no one contacted me to tell me, " Hey, look, this is the place.

Really bad place. Go somewhere else; NOT RECOMMENDED.

I have a temporary for a four tooth permanent bridge. Last night while eating I accidentally cracker a piece of the temporary off. I called, left a message, this morning made an appointment. I take very good care of my teeth. They have barely had any issues, i floss daily, brush 2x a day, like i truly care about them. Go in for cleanings every 6 months.

Well, when i first moved to Vegas 5 years ago I came here to get a regular cleaning and was told by the hygienist after she looked at my teeth that she couldn't do a cleaning for me as I needed a "deep cleaning" bc I had gingivitis, which was something like $600+ and not included in my plan, which was for a regular cleaning. She refused to give me my regular clean.

I've been to 2 different dentists since, had x-rays and full inspections and both said my teeth were perfectly fine. No symptoms at all of gingivitis. I wouldn't trust this place with your teeth. Crazy to think someone you're supposed to trust could take advantage like that.

Do not trust this office with your restorative dental work. I received a permanent crown on tooth #18 from Dr. Arthur Abdoulin at the Radiant Smiles V location on Lake Mead. It has failed completely, debonding four separate times due to native preparation and fabrication defects that their own staff documented in my permanent medical chart.

If you choose to go here, be sure to request your clinical notes, because their own providers admitted to the failure in writing:

March 1, 2026: Dr. Petrie explicitly noted in my chart that the crown was fabricated "short" (lacking proper clinical retention walls).

May 8, 2026: Dr. Arthur Abdoulin officially documented an "Open Margin Mesial."

An open margin means the crown was never properly sealed to the tooth, leaving a massive structural gap that invites bacterial ingress and root rot. Despite these explicit, written clinical admissions by their own dentists, Claudia (the Office Manager) has flatly refused to correct their defective work unless I pay hundreds of dollars more out-of-pocket.

They even charged me an extra $99 just to temporarily glue down a crown they knew was defectively fabricated. They are fully aware they committed a standard-of-care violation, yet the leadership at this branch chooses corporate metrics over patient safety.

I have already initiated formal Quality of Care grievances with my insurance, a dispute with the BBB, and an official complaint with the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners against Dr. Arthur Abdoulin’s license. I have the entire account ledger and signed chart notes to back up every word of this review. Go anywhere else if you value your teeth and your wallet.

Not at all happy about being told I owed over $1000.00 from a year ago because “insurance paid less than expected.” I would have appreciated a phone call at least a few days before my appointment instead of basically being told to pay it or I don’t get the treatment finished that I am in the middle of. Feels like I was held hostage. I understand insurance is a separate issue but again, I would have appreciated a call prior to my appointment.

I’ve been coming to this location for close to a year. I struggle with dental anxiety and hadn’t gone to a dentist in several years. I can say literally every person in this building is kind, patient, and makes you feel comfortable. They work with you on payments, they explain procedures and steps, they’re very helpful and professional.

I recently decided to stop being a patient at Radiant Smile due to an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with their customer service and overall lack of transparency.

My husband and I were scheduled to undergo a dental procedure that was going to cost us thousands of dollars. Before the procedure, I discussed the cost at checkout, signed the necessary paperwork, and everything seemed in order. However, when I later misplaced the paperwork and requested a copy of what I had signed, I was sent a quote that didn’t match what I was originally told or had agreed to in person.

I went back and forth with the office trying to resolve the issue, but their responses were inconsistent, and I felt that the information I was being given was not honest. This experience already made me question their integrity, so I sought a second opinion. Shockingly, the other dentist informed me that I didn’t even need the procedure for a bridge, as there was no space in my teeth to place one in the first place.

That was the final straw. I lost all trust in this office and made the decision to switch to a new dental provider. I did, however, remember having a positive conversation with one of their supervisors previously, so I made a point to call and let them know—respectfully—that I no longer wanted to remain a patient.

During that call, I also asked about the credit balance I had with the clinic. I had previously been told they would keep the credit on file, but now that I was leaving, I wanted to know if I could get that amount refunded. I was told no, they don’t refund credit balances if you’re no longer a patient. When I asked why, they couldn’t give me a clear answer—just that it was “policy.” The person I spoke with didn’t even know the reason behind the policy and directed me to speak to the supervisor again.

In my opinion, this entire experience has been riddled with dishonesty, lack of communication, and poor customer service. It’s unacceptable to withhold someone’s own money without a valid explanation. Based on everything I’ve experienced, I would never recommend this dental office. I’m very disappointed and glad I’ve moved on to a clinic that values honesty and patient care.

Sadly I am changing my review, these past months have been a pain, my daughter has a root canal that in seven months they haven't done anything to fix it until it got worse and now i need to pay more money, and in all these months other work was done that is not a priority! I have been waiting to be seen, and I overheard the receptionist assist a patient in saving money. Based on my observations, the staff genuinely care about their patients and help them understand how to best utilize their insurance benefits. I will update you later on my experience.

I am with Liberty Dental, and they do not cover as much for adults. I came in for an emergency checkup to see what they could do. As of right now, I do not have to pay anything out of pocket. Anyway, as I said, I will update you on my experience, cost, and everything else.

I am pleased to share that my experiences with the assistant, the dentist, and the entire staff have been excellent. The office is impeccably maintained, and my overall experience has been positive. While I ultimately did not utilize their services due to the cost, which I found to be somewhat high, they were kind enough to present alternative options to potentially reduce the expense, though the price remained a bit elevated. Despite my decision, they were still very helpful. They are not overly aggressive in their approach, and if one chooses not to proceed, they do provide paperwork to be signed. Therefore, I would recommend reviewing the documents thoroughly before signing, as I did. In conclusion, I would still rate my experience as five stars.

This gets an automatic 1 star. Deserves NO stars truthfully. The staff (Indian or middle eastern chick with the arm tattoo and glasses up front who handles all the accounts) has the worst customer service. She is the type that smiles in Your face while talking down to you. Using hand gestures while she talks. Like as if she was the owner of the dentistry. ALL BAD! Not to mention, there was not one customer in the waiting room. Staff was going home early and others were just loitering around in the office. God honest truth, first thing she asked when I walked in was "how would you like to take care of Your $1200 deep cleaning charge when I haven't been there in over a year. Immediately walked out and recommend anyone reading this to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! There are way too many nicer dentist offices that will be glad to help, courteous and are there for the patient. The sweetest staff ever, I went my first time for an emergency pain visit. The front office staff was so warm and welcoming, the hygienist Jana has an extremely positive attitude and I didn't feel judged at all! As a mom I have made time for my kids and have been putting my own needs on the back burner for so long, I knew I needed the care but didn't put effort into checking myself in until the pain set in. The dentist Vivi was so kind and super informative on what I need. I was able to get on a treatment finance plan wjth the help of the Office Assistant Manager Polly and even added in invisalign to my bundle! I had always dreamed of straight teeth and the perfect smile and all because I made time and gave Radiant Smiles V a shot, I have received the opportunity to finally make my dream come true with their help! The anxiety I felt before, thinking I'd need a new mouth, after talking to Dr. Vivi and her staff, especially since she was informative, reassuring and THOROUGH, I'm never leaving!

Questions or concerns I told her were thorough and informative. Financing concerns that came up were covered and honest. The hesitation during my exam, "whether it's too good to be true", Dr. Vivi cleared up any doubts about my dental health, and it's allowing me to live care-free.

Front desk staff were punctual, called and emailed me the day before about the appointment and for my follow-up, their staff couldn't be more helpful and compassionate.
