Dentist didn’t listen to concerns or reasons for appointment. New treatments front desk staff are unable to explain but they put on your bill, hoping you’ll just sign. And after appointment , they charged me for it! I had an emergent situation (crown popped off) while getting flossed and that had me stay 1 1/2 hours an over….. did it. Got it done bc necessary.. Female Brunette hygienist rude….tries to cover it up but it’s not working. Overall incompetent, rude, staff turnover, patients are leaving, etc….. staff member told me pts leaving frequently in recent year or so.

Absolutely unreal and should be investigated for fraud!!! Came in on 10/05/2024 needing 2 extractions I'm paying cash as I'm from Michigan and insurance won't cover here, anyways I get seated for my exam and X-rays and as I'm waiting I see 3-4 employees off to the side in the hallway and over hear them saying something about how you just start doing a cleaning and the patient doesn't even realize it then they have to pay for it. This is appalling as my wife runs an office back home in Michigan, anyways get through the exam and X-rays and the doctor comes in and states she's going to do something to get me out of pain that day looks at my X-rays then walks out the assistant or hygienist then proceeded to hand me a mirror to show me some issues (not even why I was there) and immediately starts to scale and clean my teeth at which point I immediately stopped her and told her I did not want a cleaning to which the doctor popped back in real quick and said if my wifes office didnt own a cavitron machine they wouldn't be able to clean my teeth which is a lie and also i was not there for a cleaning i was there for the extractions and due to being in serious pain so she shrugged it off then the assistant or hygienist girl continued to show me what was wrong via the mirror at which point she then used an explorer to attempt to pry loose a previous filling at which point i stopped them completely they never once addressed the issue i came in for never mentioned the massive infection that could be seen via X-ray never did anything to help with the pain like prescribe antibiotics they then referred me to oral surgery.... So I went and got antibiotics on my own waited almost 3 weeks came back to Michigan and had both extracted at a regular dental office in under 40 mins Radiant smiles is a scam and I wouldn't send my worst enemy there after what I heard and witnessed...

Be careful about getting a denture from them. When I got my denture relined after they made a new one for me it didn’t fit right and I explained that to her and showed her where it was not in line with the center of my nose and she didn’t care. She said it was supposed to be like that. Well it caused damage because it didn’t fit right to my upper gum and it cut into it and I have to have surgery so just be careful and me personally I wouldn’t go back to them. She stood there with her perfect Hollywood white teeth and told me it’s supposed to be like that. I said no it’s not I’ve had dentures work before. She failed to honor the repair and replacement that in work she performed. I definitely wouldn’t have them do any further denture work. Fillings and stuff is alright from them but denture work….NO. . Not to mention the denture they gave me chipped in less than a few months also. Go somewhere else they won’t warranty their work after doing thousands in work for you.

Do not trust this office with your restorative dental work. I received a permanent crown on tooth #18 from Dr. Arthur Abdoulin at the Radiant Smiles V location on Lake Mead. It has failed completely, debonding four separate times due to native preparation and fabrication defects that their own staff documented in my permanent medical chart.

If you choose to go here, be sure to request your clinical notes, because their own providers admitted to the failure in writing:

March 1, 2026: Dr. Petrie explicitly noted in my chart that the crown was fabricated "short" (lacking proper clinical retention walls).

May 8, 2026: Dr. Arthur Abdoulin officially documented an "Open Margin Mesial."

An open margin means the crown was never properly sealed to the tooth, leaving a massive structural gap that invites bacterial ingress and root rot. Despite these explicit, written clinical admissions by their own dentists, Claudia (the Office Manager) has flatly refused to correct their defective work unless I pay hundreds of dollars more out-of-pocket.

They even charged me an extra $99 just to temporarily glue down a crown they knew was defectively fabricated. They are fully aware they committed a standard-of-care violation, yet the leadership at this branch chooses corporate metrics over patient safety.

I have already initiated formal Quality of Care grievances with my insurance, a dispute with the BBB, and an official complaint with the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners against Dr. Arthur Abdoulin’s license. I have the entire account ledger and signed chart notes to back up every word of this review. Go anywhere else if you value your teeth and your wallet.

This place is such a scam. I had a deep cleaning 2 years ago and all of a sudden I needed another one and insurance just happens to only pay for it every 3 years.
I got charged almost $1000 dollars for this deep cleaning, which is ridiculous. It took a dental hygenist less than an hour to do this. They probably pay her $40 an hour.
The woman at the front desk Claudia was extremely rude when I simply asked them to mail me a bill for this incredibly expensive and probably unnecessary procedure.
My advice, go see a dentist who owns his own dental practice and not one of these corporate dental practices that only care about profits.
I'm going to call my friend at the Nevada Attorney Generals office and have them look into this company. Im sure I'm not the only one they have been scamming.

These crowns are not that old, and we went to my dentist who examined her mouth and said there was nothing wrong with those crowns. I would not recommend Radiant Smiles based on my recent experience.

I had multiple cavities filled about three weeks ago, and the entire procedure felt rushed. During my appointment, Dr. Vivi Dang-Roberts even made comments about not understanding why the front office scheduled everything together, stating the work should have been split into multiple visits due to how time-consuming it was. Despite this, all fillings were completed in one sitting.

Since the anesthesia wore off, I have been dealing with constant, significant pain. The only way to manage it has been alternating Tylenol and ibuprofen, and once those wear off, the throbbing pain immediately returns. After a week of ongoing pain, I went back for a follow-up.

At that visit, I explained I couldn’t floss where the fillings were done. X-rays were taken, and I was told the fillings needed adjustment. While attempting to correct this, the doctor struggled to floss between my teeth due to a jagged edge from the filling material, causing the floss to repeatedly snag and break. Sandpaper was then used between my teeth to smooth it out.

Unfortunately, I was dismissed while there was still floss stuck between my teeth. I later had to remove it myself in my car as I was leaving—and over a week later, I was still pulling out additional pieces of broken floss fibers from between my teeth. I finally got a CHUNK out.

I was also told it could take up to six months for my teeth and gums to heal, which seems excessive and was never explained prior to treatment.

To make matters worse, there was noticeable pressure from staff to schedule removal of my upper wisdom teeth, something I had no prior issues with, which felt more like a sales push than genuine care.

Three weeks later, I am still in significant pain and have no intention of returning. I will be seeking a second opinion to determine what went wrong.

I’ve had a lot of work done at this office. While I have a high pain tolerance, I found that the pain management provided was not as effective as I’ve experienced elsewhere. I also decided to switch dental offices because, even though they are listed under Liberty Dental, I was charged over $100 for a simple cleaning—something my insurance fully covers, but they never wanted to add my Dental Insurance into their system.

Additionally, the office’s handling of insurance claims was frustrating. I did not receive reimbursement for a procedure that was partially covered, despite calling for over six months and being repeatedly assured the issue would be resolved. Overall, I was disappointed with the pain management and billing claims process, and it affected my experience here.

You aren’t allowed to see the dentist unless you get X-rays with your dental cleaning. I’ve been going to the dentist bi-annually since I was a child and have never had this experience before. They acted like asking for the dentist to come check my teeth after a cleaning was absurd (which should be standard practice, this is the only dental office that the dentist never came to check my teeth after a cleaning).

I also had to call them 3-4 times to have them change my bill. They charged me for fluoride during one of my exams when my chart said multiple times I refused. Finally after probably 4 months they did update the claim but had I not been paying attention they would have just collected a bill for the sake of it.

It’s a nice office full of nice people. However the quality of service varies by provider. I didn’t have a great experience this last time I was in the provider seemed inexperienced and the dental assistant was in a rush at the end because it took longer than expected. My temp crown came off the next day when I barely touched it. They did fit me in when I called and a different assistant had to redo the cement. My concern is with so many different people handling your appointment the communication is lacking as I have very sensitive teeth and had to tell each person I saw. It was very expensive and I hope they last once I get my permanent crowns in 3 weeks. I will give a shout out to the hygienist as she is awesome but the assistants not so much.

Wow! What a great experience I had today, I got 2 teeth filled by Dr. Chau and her lovely staff! I am usually very nervous and have sensitive teeth but Dr Chau numbed me before the needle which made for a painless and relaxing experience. I am real pleased with everyone here. I didn’t get all their names but Jade is doing a wonderful job as well as Dr. Chau on my son! And he is also very pleased with all of the explanations to all our questions and the great demonstrations on how to further care for his teeth. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! My daughter had a crown placed Jan 2025 and it fell out recently. We went to have it replaced by Radiant Smiles and Claudia first claimed it was done Sept 2025 so it was out of warranty. But then I showed in their charts that it was placed Jan 2025. They then said they wouldn't cover it because I didn't pay for the $375 protection plan. Every other dental office quarantees their crowns for 1-5 years. Claudia then quoted $850 for the new crown after insurance. Criminal!
We're having the crown done at Cherrington Dental for only $350 copay and much higher quality and better customer service.

This office is very close to where I live. The dentist is super friendly, and I have lived here for 11years. When my kids were young, they went to children's dental office. Since they get older, my son wants to go to dental office for all ages. This location is right behind his old dental office. We're very happy being back to this office. I was here 10 years ago. The staff didn't know what they were doing and while getting my cleaning the receptionist kept going back there to try to get me to upgrade my service for more money than what I had agreed to. I received alot of dental work from this office. I haven't returned for about 2 years now. Keep getting letters that I owe money which is strange because I always had to pay time of visit for whatever my insurance did not cover. Besides that I got multiple root canals and crowns. My teeth are so bad and spent alot of time and money to get teeth fixed so I could get a new partial. I had to get teeth that were savable fixed first so I did. Not even 10 months later my first crown fell of. Then the next month another. Both were root canals and crowns. Very expensive. I ended switching dental company's. The remaining crown have a gap and food and other debris can get in there. Have had 3 tooth infections in the last 2 years. I recommend finding a different dental office.

I called multiple times complaining of the pain and even went in to have them check the tooth twice. I was told nothing was wrong and to take ibuprofen at first and then prescribed an antibiotic. Nothing worked. It wasn't until I was unable to sleep and the side of my face was swollen that I demanded to come in and get the help I needed. I ended up with an abscess, probably due to the length of time that passed while I was begging for help, and I also had to get a root canal which they charged me $1100 for. They made me pay over $400 just for them to agree to alleviate my pain by draining the abscess and then billed me $1100 for the root canal. All of which happened as a result of them wanting to swap out a filling that really didn't need to be. It was purely cosmetic. After the root canal was done, I tried disputing the remainder of the bill with them, since this obviously was the result of an infection that must have occurred during the filling and then they never caught it the 1st or 2nd time I came back to the office, and they refused. They said if could have been from anything. However, I was fine before the filling so odds are it was from what they did.
Honestly, I just felt ignored and the taken advantage of.
Now, it's a year or more later they are placing me in collections for it. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Pretty great first time at this office. Everyone at this office was so friendly. Matt was very helpful with the financing process and explaining everything in detail. The doctor, I believe his name was Omar, was very knowledgeable and informative. And Ms. Bridgette, the dental hygienist was so kind and patient with me. I also don’t remember the name of the young lady from Alaska and I feel horrible because she told me her name first and Im already bad with names but she was incredible and made sure I was comfortable at all times. This was a visit to the dentists office that I did not dread.

Hands down my best experience at a dental offfice for care and an Invisalign consult. I’ve been putting off orthodontics for years because every doctor previously wanted to extract some teeth to “make space”. Dr. Vivi was kind, gentle, and honest. She didn’t advise of any work that wasn’t necessary for the health of my teeth and I don’t have to lose any to improve my smile! I’m so excited. The front office was courteous and efficient; I completed the patient documents prior to my visit and there was little to no wait. I forget the xray tech’s name but she consistently made sure I was comfortable. I think my dental hygienist was Jen and her effervescent personality kept me laughing and so distracted, I didn’t realize she had her hands in my mouth for half an hour deep cleaning. Jade polished my teeth before I left and I really appreciated her complimenting my teeth (apparently they’re white!) as I am always so uncomfortable smiling 🙂. The entire plan was explained to me so there are no surprise charges and she (sorry can’t remember her name 🙃) was very thorough in providing all of the different payment options so I could choose what works best for me!

I came to Radiant Smiles II on West Sahara and I immediately had hope very early into my visit. They were able to finance me and with affordable prices. I went in for my annual cleaning, which is fully covered by my insurance, but they refused to do it unless I agreed to an expensive deep cleaning procedure.

It felt like a clear upsell tactic — they were more focused on pushing costly services than providing the care I actually needed. When I declined the deep cleaning, they flat-out refused to do the standard cleaning, even though it was covered. As a result, I used up my free annual cleaning benefit without receiving any cleaning at all.

This experience was frustrating, felt dishonest, and I do not trust this clinic with my dental care. I would not recommend them. Look elsewhere for ethical and patient-focused service.

Not a fan. After the cleaning I went home and finished scraping plaque off my bottom teeth because I could feel it with my tongue. Fast forward I go for 6 filling. Immediately get lockjaw from the injection. Get blamed for getting lockjaw like I'm the one who messed up the injection. Filling have been excruciating for weeks. Filling material between my teeth preventing flossing. Probably the worst dentist I've been to, I've never had problems at the dentist.

I absolutely love this place. Years of health issues and just straight up neglect have left me with terrible teeth and the staff has never once made me feel bad about myself. I didn't go to a dentist for so long because I have bad anxiety and hate the shots but Dr. Dang-Roberts is the most gentle dentist I've ever seen, I can BARELY feel when she numbs my mouth and also any work that she has done. I have been going here for 3 maybe 4 years now. I had a lot of dental work to do because I neglected my teeth for a long time. With the amount of work I needed it seemed like it would be impossible to get it all done 😂. I had 2 teeth pulled, a crown put on and a deep cleanse. It was all painless. Starting with the front desk and Matt and Isabel to the dental technician Sofia to Bridget who cleaned my teeth and Dr. Chau who was the most gentle dentist ever.
