I’ve been going to this dentist office since 2018 and I have always had a good experience… However, my most recent was a little different.. it was better than good!!! Dr Nair and team ( Shakira , Justin , Astrea) Everyone was very attentive and helpful and worked well together and you can just feel the difference.. … Although no one enjoys going to the dentist I’m sure , but overall this experience did have a positive impact and the office has definitely improved ..

Very satisfied with this practice so far. I got a root canal and crown two months ago without incident. Got a ridge augmentation surgery two days ago, recovering nicely with no pain! Will be getting two implants and crowns in the next few months. This practice is a perfect example of a medical team. I saw everyone! Dr. Nair, Dr. Long, Dr. Partovi, Melinda (Mindy), Justin and the girl who worked on my crown (don't know her name, sorry), all very professional. Astrea and Jennifer are the heart of that office. Very patient answering all my questions and relieving my fears. I would have liked to be called the day after surgery to see how I was doing. Other than that, very pleased.

I'm recommending this office 100%. Broke a tooth Sunday was able to get in on Tuesday. Office is clean, check in was fast. Not over booked, only myself and another gentleman waiting. Receptionist was wonderful. I found the dentist to be gentle and caring. I came in for a broken tooth and left a couple hrs later with my new permanent crown. All at an affordable price. He was fast, courteous and my crown fits amazing. Feels like my original tooth. He spent time filing my crown to fit, and I appreciate that. I'm like many others, I do not like going to the dentist but I will be returning to this office every 6 months for a checkup.

I LOVE THIS TEAM!! I am so very impressed with the dental service provided by Ranch Plaza Dental group at my recent visit. It’s been two years since my last visit and honestly, I was looking for other places. However I was so happy to hear about the new management and staff at this dental office. Dr. Nair provide provided a thorough exam and discussed my issues in a very caring but knowledgeable manner. Justin is always impressive with his expertise in a variety of procedures whether it’s a crown or creating my mouthguard. Melinda provided a thorough but carrying dental cleaning. Let me start off by saying that I was a person who hated going to the dentist. But Dr. Denzil Nair and his assistant Justin, changed that for me. Dr. Nair was thorough and professional, explained everything we were going to do. Justin kept me looped in and constantly checking in with me so I didn’t feel anxious or nervous. Dr Nair takes incredible pride in his work. He doesn’t mess around and doesn’t cut corners just to get the job done. I went in for the first time today, after not going to the dentist for three years. Everyone was super nice and accommodating, I wasn't rushed and was able to ask a lot of questions. I dont have insurance but they have a plan, which is super helpful and affordable. I wasn't being pushed numbers in my face like I have been at other places. I feel like I have a real plan to get ahead even though it still costs a lot up front, I rather have my teeth for the long run.

Do not patronize this office. The Dentist was rue. Dr. Nailer, told me I had periodontitis and he would send me to someone in his network. Mind you we just met and I was just in this office 6 months ago with another Dentist and no mention of deep cleaning. His excuse was some Dentist are afraid to diagnose this gum disease. I have been going to the dentist all of my life, every 6 months and much more often. I have a bridge , an implant and a crown. Therefore I’ve spent hours at the Dentist. I floss several times a day and I brush often. I am a tooth fanatic. Yet after he told me all of that they didn’t clean my teeth which is what my appointment was initially for. If my teeth were bad as he said they were why didn’t you clean them. I feel I was racially profiled and attempted scam.

Simply the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Every person I dealt with from check-in to procedure was warm and friendly. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a dentist. I went in because of some pain from my wisdom teeth coming in. This visit was just a check up to come up with a game plan for the work to come. I spent most of my time with one of the techs there Justin. He was very nice and seemed to really enjoy working in a dentist office. We went over my photos and X-rays, shortly after Dr. Nair joined and took over talking about my teeth. We came up with a great plan. Which later I would talk about payment and appointments with operations manager, Astrea. She helped me with my silly questions and I’m nervous but feel good with moving forward to getting my wisdom teeth pulled. Everyone here is really great.. I’ve worked with Riley, Jake and Justin and they were amazing and the dentist Sandra Lee and Endodontist Dr. Long were all great. Dr. Long explains everything that he’s doing. Both dentists really want to know that we’re comfortable and doing well. And that means a lot. It’s awesome how not only the doctors are great but the other members of the staff are also. The prices are high but good quality. We paid with a dental savings plan. Last thing the work they do is quick. They don’t waste time! I really appreciate that! I have complex procedures but I’m in and out in about an hour sometimes less often. Not a good experience. Front desk guy got caught in a lie saying they only clean bottom half or top half in separate appointments only for me to meet with the hygienist to say she does both all the time. Hygienist had little to no customer service skills and I actually had to hold the saliva "vacuum/suction" thing and clean my mouth myself (just moved here so maybe its a Nevada thing?). No heads up on what she was doing just pure silence. Not that I need a play-by-play but it would be nice to know that you'll be digging into the top half of my teeth without any numbing medicine.

I’m originally from North carolina but since I was visiting my aunt in Les Vegas for the summer before I went back to college. I had a really bad pain in my tooth for weeks with some headaches and a fever one time. My aunt had recommended the dentist she goes to that she said was the best she’s been to and never went to another one after finding this one. I gave it a shot and headed to the office. The receptionist were really nice. When they did my annual cleaning and check up they had found two cavities and I was so embarrassed since it was the first time I have gotten one. Dr. Patrick was really nice and understanding explaining to me that it happens all the time and educated me more about flossing, gingivitis, and bleeding gums. He made sure to get me an appointment as soon as he could with his availability. During the process they kept telling me what’s going to happen and i didn’t feel any pain. He took his time to make sure my teeth looked realistic and when he made me chew on something to make sure that when I chewed the level was the same. My aunt told me that the dentist she had gone before messed up the level of her teeth so it put pressure on her gums and made it hurt she said that when Dr. Patrick saw the error he took good care of her. I’m so glad I didn’t have to deal with the pain and burden of constant spending money

Do not go here! They made up a fake bill and sent it to collections when I refused to pay because they hadn't performed the services! They left me in pain for two weeks with no antibiotics, so I had to go to another dentist to resolve the problem! They are lousy and only care about the money, but convince patients they are helping them because they offer "financing." It's just a gimmick to make more.

Went and saw Dr Patrick Anghel + his staff for my teeth whitening.. they were all so welcoming and warming. Took really good care of all my concerns and was very detailed in making sure my coloration was even. I went in with discoloration on some spots so they took the time to make sure everything would look even. I left very happy and smiling the rest of the day. :)

Followed Dr Anghel from a previous office because his work is so great. He is very efficient with his and your time, honest on his services, and I have had great care with him. I have had to have multiple same day crowns, fillings, you name it and it’s so much more convenient to get everything done in one day. The front desk is very friendly, always willing to accommodate, and they just top the whole experience—Ashley in particular has jumped through loops for me with scheduling due to my night shift schedule! Very much recommend as I don’t trust another dental office as much as I trust them!

I 100% recommend Ranch Plaza Dental Group for ALL your dental needs, cosmetic or otherwise! Dr. Anghel is the kindest dentist I have ever been to! His staff is just as amazing as he is!
I have very high anxiety and am admittedly scared of dental procedures (even a simple cleaning). I also have issues regulating my emotions. Because of this, I “freak out” with no warning! I explained my irrational fears to Dr. Anghel and his staff on my first appointment. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable from the moment I walk through the door! Dr. Anghel has ensured that I receive “laughing gas” and talks to me, during every procedure, to keep me calm.
Dr. Anghel and his entire staff are super kind and understanding! I had a “moment” while getting a procedure and was surprised to see every staff member and Dr Anghel over me when I started to calm down. Just knowing that everyone came to my “rescue”, made me feel safe. Once I calmed down, Dr. Anghel explained the procedure, step by step, in laymen’s terms, to help ease my fears.
I have never seen the same dentist twice due to my fears. However, I have been back, and will continue to go back, to see Dr. Anghel for some cosmetic dentistry and to get my dental health in order! Dr Anghel and the staff at Ranch Plaza Dental Group are the BEST! I am so grateful to you all for you kindness and understanding of my irrationality! I love my golds! They are absolutely beautiful! I will see you all again soon for some more gold and for my regular dental health appointments. I can’t wait to have a beautiful smile!!!

Amazing is one word that comes to mind when I think of Dr. Anghel and his team at Ranch Plaza Dental Group. I had a bad infection and needed to be seen asap. Justin was the young gentleman that did my in take exam and took the xrays. He was also reassuring me that my situation was not as bad as I feared. Afterward Dr. Anghel came in and explained what needed to be done and assured me all would be well. After that Ashley came in and helped me get my paperwork done and let me know my options. Next thing I know Dr. Anghel and Justin are going to work and fixing me up. Little while later I was getting my paperwork describing what I should do to make sure I heal properly. I am so grateful for everyone there and highly recommend them for anyone needing dental work.

Dr. Anghel, is a great dentist. I had my first appointment with him back in December 2022 with a follow up visit in January 2023 for a crown. Can’t express how grateful I am for this place. Had a filling pop open and expose some nasty cavities. (Don’t judge me!) So I had to get a couple crowns. But Ashley got me situated and my chart together real quick, a process that’s usually takes 10-20 minutes was seamless and took less than 5. Kristine was dope on the X-rays, something that’s underrated is placement with the bar in your mouth so it doesn’t press on teeth or gum lining and that hurts, didn’t experience that. And Dr.Anghel came through and did work. Real comfortable throughout it all and lastly we set up an arrangement that was comfortable for me. Highly recommend 10/10

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but after my 3rd cleaning, and I refuse to ever go back. I’ve had regular cleaning up until 3 years ago when I became critically ill and my normal dentist retired. I’ve been now going back and I have NEVER in my 30 years had a dental hygienist like Tena in my life. She has been nothing but short, rude and aggressive. I have an anxiety disorder and on my second visit I asked for the nitrous and I was told “no you have to do that ahead of time and you have to pay for it.” and I told her I didn’t mind because I have a severe anxiety disorder and she told me I was not allowed to get it. She got mad and threw her hands up in the air and threw down the tools. I continued the second cleaning with her because she was so adamant about me not being able to get the nitrous.

I had my 3rd cleaning with her today. I called a week prior to explain the situation to the front desk and ask to have the nitrous, she told me I’d have to pay which I didn’t mind and told them I’d be more than happy to since my dentist for over 25 years always did it to help with my nerves.

I arrived at my cleaning and the assistant had set up the nitrous. He put protective goggles on me. Tena came in the room and said “No, you need to put the clear ones on her so I can see how high she is.” She went on with my cleaning and when I say this I have NEVER. I mean NEVER had a dental hygienist treat me or my teeth the way she has. She was so aggressive I was squirming the whole time which she seemed to enjoy even more. I didn’t feel like the nitrous was helping at all and was on a verge of a panic attack the whole time. At one point I could feel a pool of blood in my mouth from how violently she was scraping my teeth. The whole cleaning she was aggressively throwing down her tools when she finished with them. At one point she mumbled under her breath and threw down the floss. Not shortly after she mumbled something under her breath that I couldn’t hear. I still felt like the nitrous wasn’t helping and it was clearly in the way of her trying to work on my mouth, I was already trying not to have a panic attack so I asked if she knew an estimate on how much longer it would take. And she yelled at me with “ Don’t close your mouth! I did not say you could close your mouth! I’m trying to dry your teeth so I can do the Floride so you can leave. DO NOT CLOSE YOUR MOUTH UNTIL I TELL YOU CAN.” At this point I had tears coming down my face. She put floride ONLY ON THE FRONT 6 of my teeth and told me I could leave now. She saw my tears she then tried to be all polite and offer me a tooth brush. I walked to the front desk to pay for my cleaning. I had to pay $17 for the cleaning, $37 for the nitrous which didn’t help and $17 for the Floride which she applied ONLY to my front 6 teeth and did not put on the rest of my teeth. When I got to the front desk I paid and cancelled my 2 follow up appointments. At this point I was in full on tears. The front desk girl wouldn’t even look at me or ask if anything had happened. My husband came in and I started hyperventilating. And not a word from the dental place.

I would not recommend this place at all Tena either hates her job or people and takes that frustration out on Ranch Plaza Dental patients. I have never had a more unprofessional, unpleasant, aggressive, unsympathetic and rude dental hygienist. Do not go here.

Had a root canal. Woke up with extreme pain and discomfort. I found a dentist online and went there. They walked me in and sat me down. I could tell it was a money grab. I walked out and walked in to Ranch Plaza Dental. Managed to fit me in on the same day and handled my exam, root canal and crown all in the same visit. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Basically no pain and all better now. Every single person there is an ace! I now have a new dentist. Thank you to Ranch Plaza and looking forward to seeing you all again.
