From my first call to book, with amazing Tammy, I felt like family. Tammy is so "on it" and makes you feel special, from the first encounter. I watched her with other patients and she's the same. Her energy and pure dedication to this practice is very unique and appreciated. Dr's MA was very precise, kind, and plain nice. Dr W, well he's a Super Star in the Vegas medical arena. I received timely, professional, EXEMPLARY care from Dr. Weingarten on August 21, 2026. They asked me to complete forms ahead of time and check in 30 minutes early. The scheduler/person who answers calls is rude and hostile. If asked a simple question about an appointment, she states you are yelling at her and threatens to refuse service.

Mind you she had just thanked me for rescheduling my appointment at her request.

Gave options to try that were natural which I appreciated as a starting point. I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr. Weingarten! His assistant Kathy is great too! She was so nice and made me feel comfortable to ask any questions I had. The whole staff has been friendly and welcoming. Dr. Weingarten is extremely knowledgeable and he is great at what he does. I’ve been brushed off by other ENTs and he took the time to listen to me and explained my CT scan. I ended up having surgery and it went smoothly. This review is strictly for carol or Kathy - I’m sorry I’m in a lot of pain and I’m not remembering well but I have not been seen yet I just wanted to comment that jr answering the phones treated me horribly I didn’t know how to answer his question because the pain is in my head coming from my ears nose and throat and he wanted me to specify which one which I could not because I’m not a doctor I do not know all of them hurt but I guess the doctor only works on ears on one day knows another day so because I couldn’t answer that question he treated me horribly told me someone else will help me I was getting too excited and then put me on hold for 10 minutes I called back and got a hold of Carol or Kathy and she has been lovely I haven’t been able to get in I’m probably going to go to the emergency room but she deserves five stars for being compassionate because the medical field lacks that very much and I hope that JR is out there struggling to find a new job thank you so much for being compassionate and I look forward to meeting you soon

I was exposed to mold four years ago, and my breathing has gotten progressively worse. In fact, I have been on oxygen for the past few months. The assumption was a lung issue; however, after visiting a pulmonologist and having multiple CT scans (lungs, thorax, sinuses, heart), my lungs and heart were deemed to be great. So, the issue seemed to be throat and/or sinus related.

Like most people, I have a deviated septum. But at nearly 58 years old, I've had that my whole life. My pulmonologist noticed that my turbinates were enlarged and theorized that mold spores could be the cause. It sounded logical, since this problem arose only after the mold exposure. He suggested I go to an ENT. Enter Dr. Randall Weingarten.

The doctor was very prompt, but that's the only positive thing I can say about him. He asked me a question, and apparently I took too long answering it. He kept cutting me off, not letting me tell him my story. I made the mistake of suggesting to him the other doctor's theory of mold spores, and he snapped back at me. I don't want to misquote him, but essentially he said that the other doctor should stay in his own lane.

The only examination he did was to put a light up each nostril. He took a quick look at the front view of my CT scan (sinuses) and saw the deviated septum. That was it! He never asked me what medications I was on. He scribbled something on a piece of paper and told me to come back in 10 weeks. I thought he was giving me a "magic" elixir that would solve my problems; otherwise, if it weren't such an elixir, why would he be so dismissive and allow me to suffer for 10 more weeks? It turned out to be Allegra and Flonase — two medications I have taken for allergies over the years and which have no healing effects for me. Had he asked me, I would have told him that. I would have also told him that I am currently on Singular, which has helped my allergies tremendously. Unfortunately, the breathing issues continue.

I told the doctor that my pulmonologist had conducted a breathing test which suggested a possible tracheal problem. I made the mistake of telling him that the assistant who performed the test didn't seem to be very adept, so I wasn't really sure if the results were accurate. I wanted him to perform the test himself, but he suggested that I go back to the pulmonologist and demand to be retested. Maybe I'm naive, but that seems so strange to me. I thought HE was the ENT, where T stands for "throat." (By the way, he never examined my throat.)

I was with the doctor for about 5 minutes. Very disappointing. It's apparent that this doctor's "bedside manner" has been highjacked by the desire to perform quick septal deviation surgeries and pharmaceutical companies' promises to pay off on carelessly-prescribed medications.

Bottom line: You would do well to find someone else to help you breathe.

Dr. Weingarten saved my life by recognizing during surgery the need to remove my entire thyroid instead of just half. This was the result of his vast experience in this type of surgery. Unknown at the time of surgery, I had a small virulent cancer in the half not scheduled to come out but Dr. Weingarten recognized that it didn't look right and removed it. The cancer was discovered post surgery. If it hadn't been removed, it would have been too late to save my life by the time symptoms appeared. It has now been ten years. Needless to say, I would trust him with my life.

I’ve been going to Dr. WEINGARTEN for over 20 years. When I had chronic sinus infections, 4 other drs couldn’t find the cause until my friend referred me to Dr. WEINGARTEN. The first time I saw him I had a terrible sinus infection & he gave me meds to clear it up. After that I had a head cat scan & even though the radiologist didn’t find anything Dr. WEINGARTEN did. He found I had a POLYP growing in my nasal cavity which totally blocked drainage hence, repeated sinus infections. He scheduled me for outpatient surgery at St. Rose & removed the offending polyp. Being able to BREATHE without obstruction was a new experience for me! I will be forever grateful to him for giving me a new lease on life!!! I am now seeing him for an ear issue I have & know he will cure that problem too!! He’s an excellent “no nonsense” doctor & I recommend him without hesitation! 👍👍👍👍👍

I'm sorry to write this, because unfortunately I don't know if this is a good doctor, but in order not to lose my reputation, I would advise changing the staff in the office.

I received a referral to the doctor 3 weeks ago, as I have been suffering from nasal congestion throughout my pregnancy, and it has come to the point of constant bleeding....
The office also received my referral by fax ) no one was going to call me, the next day I decided to call myself (it was the beginning of the week) in general, not only that I was put on hold after the fact. I wanted to make an appointment, and I sat with the phone near my ear for about 20 minutes while they came back to me on the line, no one knew if they accepted my insurance and promised to call me back on Friday) on Friday no one called me, I dialed them myself, it turned out that they do not have my referral via fax ) although in the first time it was a miracle )
My gynecologist doesn't work on Friday to send them a second fax , first thing on Monday I called the gynecologist to send them a fax ,
They sent it ) I call the office and they promise to call me back in 48 hours because sometimes the fax comes right away sometimes you have to wait )
Do you think someone called me? Of course not ) I call again , again they say they need to check if they take my insurance and will call me back on Friday ₽
In general, I lost almost 3 weeks of time, I never got an appointment with the doctor.
I hope her work looks a lot better than the work of her office staff ...
If you don't want to waste your time, just look for another specialist and another office) where you won't be treated like a spitfire.)

I have been to 2 other ENT's in the past 3 years and finally I found Dr. Weingarten. The other 2 doctors performed surgery on me and the problem still existed after and they both told me that I was fine and I am over reacting about my symptoms. I went to Dr. Weingarten and he performed a surgery on me and now I am perfect! The doctor is great and actually listens to the patient. I highly recommend him and he also has a great staff!

Beware, this is a mill, yes like a puppy mill but for humans. Example, after you have sat in the waiting room for at least a half hour and usually more and after you go through everything with his assistant, well he finally comes in, and in a hurry and spends a quick 5 minutes with you before his clock watcher enters. This is his Q to end your visit and go to the next patient. Yes the sole objective is to cram as many people through that office in a day to maximize profits. This place is always wait wait wait, then a hurried up visit with a clock watcher right outside the door. You have been WARNED. I finally went to Stanford hospital and the difference was night and day, with all issues taken care of without a clock watcher at the door.

Run. Run. Run. All you have to do is listen to “Randall” speak to his staff to get an idea how he talks to his patients. (I refuse to address him as “Doctor” as that is a sign of respect; I have none).
He is arrogant without the justifiable skillset, rude, inconsiderate and totally lacking compassion.
Post surgical bleeding so heavy that I vomited repeatedly. That really angered him. He took a piece of tape and slapped it across my face, under my nose and into my hairline. I stopped bleeding from my nose but continued to vomit the blood flowing down my throat.
I watched two men (patients) on two occasions leave an exam room with Randy still yelling. Those guys got it right. Hope you do, too.

They ask for a $50.00 deposit to schedule a test and told you can get a refund after 30 days. Which in reality is incorrect. The 50.00 is held until your insurance pays all your bills. If any is left after that, you may or may not get a refund than. Staff needs to be honest with people. Don't lie to them. It's been 6 months, still nothing.

I can’t be more thankful than finding Dr .Weingarten. The front desk was pleasant and the appoints were on time.

I went in for Vertical. After getting an ear infection, I developed vertigo for the first time in my entire life. I must say it was very scary and debilitating at times. The room would spin quickly, I would get nauseous, and I couldn’t even get my hair washed at my hairdresser without severe dizziness.

My journey: I went to an ENT in CA who did the Epley maneuver. He said after two weeks if I am not better go to PT. I went to a reputable Vegas PT. I went to PT 2x per week for 8 weeks. My symptoms became worse each week.

Thankfully a friend recommended Dr. Weingarten. After just one Epley maneuver I was better. I did the recommended sitting up sleeping for a week after the maneuver and every day it was better. It’s been 2 months now and I am still 100% vertigo free.

I see videos online and have had several professionals do the Epley maneuver on me. One slight change makes a world of difference. And Dr. Weingarten’s office is the place to go.

One last plug. The Dr. working under Weingarten who does the maneuver trained under the person who developed the method! John McNaughton Epley. So why waste time going anywhere else?

I came in to see Dr. Weingarten. He was great but his front office staff is not. I called to reschedule an additional testing appointment because I got sick over the weekend. When requesting to reschedule I was told I had to start over and meet with the dr. again just to reschedule. Long after a sinus infection ended, I was still dealing with bits of vertigo. Usually in the a.m. when getting out of bed and during pilates when transitioning from lying down to getting up. I assumed the sinus infection and vertigo were connected. Nope! Dr Weingarten diagnosed the issue as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). I underwent the Epley maneuver in the office and within two days it was gone. I had a follow up one month later -- still gone. Thanks!

The front desk staff at the Henderson location is so rude and unfriendly! They don’t acknowledge you when you come in, if you need to ask a question, they ignore you. I dropped off some new hearing aids at the front desk to be given to the Audiologist and one of the receptionist’s literally acted like it was an imposition to take them to the desk of the Audiologist! The staff here is really not nice. The staff is not efficient or good at what they do. The staff is rude. I think I know where they picked up on the way they behave because the doctor is arrogant, rude and acts like he does not care about patients.

I have heard he was really good but it is hard to believe after you have spoken with him and he can't figure out what is wrong or what to do next. It is like get out that is not my problem it must be someone else's specialty that I don't know about.

Dr Weingarten and his outstanding staff have helped me three times with ear issues, two of which were related to Vertigo. He gave me a thorough examination, always telling me what he was doing and the reason for it, and he correctly diagnosed me each time. With the vertigo, his associates performed the Epley Maneuvers on me, and within a week, the vertigo had disappeared. With my other issue, he prescribed medication that took away that problem in 10 days.

Dr. Car Wash is a scam artist. He will schedule 3-4 appointments, profit from your insurance without helping you. He was constantly in a rush to get out the door. I even had to ask questions in the hallway after he darted out. Don't waste your time and find a better ENT.

I came to Dr. Weingarten’s office for a second opinion after I left in tears at a different ENT. He listened to me and promptly got a CT scan so he could see if there were any problems internally. We found a maxillary sinus cyst, deviated septum, and lots of blockage. It was a long couple of month process having to take all the meds that the insurance company required but I was finally approved for surgery. I’m leaving the office today with no more follow ups. My nose looks amazing with no complications. I’m already feeling a difference in the symptoms that brought me here in the first place. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Weingarten for actually listening to me and fixing my horrible everyday headaches. Plus his personality is very funny to me. I was advised against having UPPP surgery by my sleep apnea specialist, in which I ignored. I camp and travel a lot which makes carrying and using a CPAP difficult. I will not lie the surgery was painful, but worth it. My specialist were not happy for me, my sleep test results showed I went from 58 events per hour down to 2. I no longer need a CPAP nor do I need to see a sleep apnea specialist. Dr. Weingarten has given me my freedom and my life back. I suggest you schedule a consultation with him to see if he can give you yours back too!

First off, I grew up with this dr and knew him as kids growing up in the same neighborhood. I went to see him a few times back in 2017 & 2018 and since there is nothing surgically that can be done I just kept seeing my Asthma/Allergy dr whom I’ve been seeing for 24 years.

Just before the end of 2021 my Asthma/Allergy dr left his practice and I’ve been seeing another dr who today 2/23/22 suggested I go back to see an ENT. So I called to make an appointment since I was an established patient at one time and was told they needed to do some research before they can make an appointment and would call me back today.

Misty called me back from his office and stated that I cannot come see Dr Weingarten because he is NO LONGER seeing patients who have had surgery done by other dr’s. I stated to her that I’ve not had surgery since early 2000 which was done by the Air Force and I’ve seen him since.

Misty again stated that the dr will not see me because I’ve had an operation done by another dr.???

I can’t believe a guy I knew as a kid refuses to see me and this reason given is very odd. I do not recommend this office.

I went through multiple surgeries with this doctor and got no relief. He told me I'd feel amazing after the healing was finished but no. Thousands of dollars down the drain wasted because he either didn't understand the situation or did it incorrectly. I plan on going back to him shortly to reprimand and fix my sinus issues. :)

Dr. Weingarten is direct, to the point. I came to him with a constant dull headache that would become severe every so often. I went to Dr Weingarten for a partial Thymectomy and had excellent results. I have healed normally with no problems from the surgery. The office staff bent over backwards dealing with the FMLA paperwork my work required. This doctor is a danger! He misdiagnosed me, and prescribed me Zantac, which is a drug currently undergoing class action lawsuits as it causes cancers, intestinal bleeding and more. H I explained my concerns with his inaccurate diagnosis and explained to him the side effects of Zantac, the drug he tried to prescribe me, were not near worth the negligible benefit it offered. His office then didn’t care and said I owed $130, lol.

I went to Scripps down in San Diego to speak with a real doctor who actually has knowledge in the field he practices, and he explained I did not have acid reflux, but rather an esophageal structure. NOT EVEN CLOSE to what Dr. Weingarten diagnosed me with. Dr. Weingarten is a literal hack whom you’d have to be insane to entrust with your health and well being. He should be stripped of his medical license for lack of knowledge and neglect.

I’ve been going to this doctor for many MANY years….. I am moving out of state so I thought I would call just to make sure I do not have a balance with him since I was just there! Low and behold they tell me back in 2019 there was a balance that was not taken care of. WHY IS THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I’M HEARING THIS??? And every time I go there I stop at the front desk to ask if I owe anything. They say “nope, you’re good”. Not once did I ever get a statement NOR a phone call from them regarding my balance. I take pride on paying my bills on time!!! I deal with insurance everyday for over 25 years with my job and I would be embarrassed telling a patient they had an outstanding balance for over two years ago. Where do I begin with "Dr.'s Randall" the WORSE EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME this office is a JOKE/SCAM the appointment that I just recently went to in. I waited over 3 weeks to be seen. When you are in pain dealing with Ear/Throat complications to wait that long is redicilous.. The first time I called spoke to Maria receptionist I believe, was extremely rude and unprofessional no manners what so ever!! Once I arrived at the office no hello no sign in pls nothing, I had to say hello figure out where to sign in and so on I thought ok strange way to welcome someone in, first impressions I thought ok no worries but red flag right away. I arrived slightly earlier waited about 1 hour to be seen by this Rude/Weird "Dr." while I was waiting the 2 receptionist name Misty and Eliot so fake and unprofessional I couldn't believe what I was hearing from the way they spoke on the phone to other people... Keeps getting better gave me bad impression right away! Finally my turn the assistant showed me to the room takes my temperature and blood pressure with attitude dosen't tell me anything is it normal I have to ask her like if I'm bothering her what the heck kind if doctors office is this everyone rude, weird unprofessional and no manners she leaves comes back over 3 times dosen't say anything. Finally Randal comes in I could barely tell him my symptoms he tells me NOT TO FOCUS ON THE PAST some nonsense he dosen't CARE about the patients how you are feeling why you came in what's bothering you all he cares about is the Money he is making from you. He doesn't let you speak and dosen't answer YOUR questions. Be prepared as you're about to be seen by a doctor who perceives himself as a "medical god." Questions seem to be a "challenge to his medical knowledge and experience" so depending how he perceives you and your questions, you maybe shocked at his bedside manner. Ask and he may explain, ignore or walk away. For me, I received the "ignore response" (referred to this doctor more than once). Horrible when you're seeking answers to a medical episode, pain or discomfort. For me, my thoat suddenly shut off oxygen which was scary as I never experienced this before. I went to the ER from work as I felt I was slowly going unconscious. I should have received fair medical care and communication with this doctor, I never did receive the "why" of my episode. This doctor is like playing Russian Roulette hence why the reviews here ride the full spectrum so be prepared and take a second person with you to your scheduled appointment 🤓

My elderly father was seen by this doctor and my mother told me he was very rude , besides being unpleasant he ordered test that he even admitted didnt really need to have been done and then when they asked him about a question about another test he told them he didn't have time to explain it because he had other patients to tend to as well and it would have taken to long to have explained it to them...After reading other reviews on how rude he is hows it that some have good reviews...how does one person decide who he's going to be nice to and then treat others crapy...i for one say anyone that does that is a low life especially in a profession you should always act professional

I was here Aug 2019. Front staff was alright, not overly sweet or anything special. The doctor was terrible. He walked away while I was still speaking at the end of my appointment!!! He did nothing to answer my questions except recommend a mouthwash. No other recommendations or anything else to solve my issues with my throat. My sister and I both got referred here.

At my appointment Dr. Weingarten was very dismissive of me. He gave me antibiotics that I didn't need (didn't have any sort of infection) and was just trying to rush me out of there.

My sister had an even worse experience. She needed a small procedure -- Dr. Weingarten lectured and belittled her the whole time. He told her that she doesn't know how to talk to doctors because she's "young." She was in pain during the procedure and he told her it was her fault for needing the procedure.

She talked about symptoms she had -- she said the word inflamed and he kept correcting her saying that inflamed means you're in pain, she should just say "large" ??? Why would a medical professional act with such callousness toward his patients?

I went to Dr. Weingarten after going to a previous "celebrity clientele" ENT here in Henderson. I was referred to him from Dr. Guillermo Fraga. I lost movement in my tongue on the right side and had a fullness in my right ear. I wasn't sure what was going on so i went to The First ENT. She did a CT scan and said there was nothing there. I took my CT scan to Dr. Fraga and he told me to get a second opinion and go the best ENT, Dr. Weingarten. Dr Weingarten took one look at my CT scan and ordered an Emergency MRI. It was a Friday and he got me back in on Monday to go over the results. It turns out I had a Tumor on my Hypoglossal Nerve. Dr. Weingarten called the Head of Head and Neck Surgery at UCLA THAT DAY and got me scheduled with a consultation with him ASAP. I have never had someone go so above and beyond like that, ESPECIALLY a doctor. He truly cares about his patients. I have also had Sinus surgery done by him as well. I went to my allergist after the appointment and he took one look into my sinus cavity, and was like, He does such great work. I really owe my peace of mind to Dr. Weingarten. He''s helped me through it all Emotionally AND medically.

I was not able to have Surgery, i received Radiation Therapy with Dr. Chin at UCLA and my Tumor has reduced in size. If i wasn't connected with all the right doctors, I think it would have gotten bigger.

Dr Weingarten performed my partial thyroidectomy in late September and I can't say enough about how great my experience was!

I will start with his office's efficiency! From the minute you sign in they are already processing your insurance and payments, or have you completing any paperwork that is necessary. I've never sat in the waiting area for more than 10 minutes. As soon as they call you they are ready for you in the exam room! The nurse takes your vitals and gets any information from you then lets you know you are next. The most I've waited for Dr. Weingarten was 10 minutes also. I am usually in and out of that office in less than an hour, which is almost unheard of at a doctors office!

My surgical procedure went very smoothly. I had a goiter on my left thyroid that needed to be removed. Dr. Weingarten as well as Elliote were very open about what would happen, what I needed to do and when I needed to do it. They would call me with clear instructions about what steps needed to be completed. Dr. Weingarten has a special nursing group he has put together who are the same for every patient he has. They were WONDERFUL!! I was very anxious but they put me at ease. Once I came out of the anesthesia they were very diligent about checking my calcium levels at specific times and reporting to Dr. Weingarten who called them throughout the day to see how I was progressing.

My scar is still healing but due to where Dr. W was able to cut it people can hardly notice I had a surgery on my neck. I suspect that with time you won't be able to notice at all!

Long and short Dr. W goes the extra mile. I can tell that he truly cared about me and make sure I had the proper care.

Two weeks ago I was referred to Dr. Weingarten by my pcp. I called that day to make an appointment. The receptionist said I had to wait 3-5 days for them to call me. I waited. 8 days later, I called again to try to make an appointment to be seen for my potential Ménière’s disease.the same receptionist answered and said 3-5 days someone will call me. I told her it’s been 8 days since my pcp appointment and when I called the week prior, she told me the same thing and no one has called me to make an appointment yet. She had THE biggest attitude and asked for my info. She then put me on hold for 6 minutes, picked the phone up, “Nope, no referral. You have to wait until you get a call to schedule an appointment.” Then she hung up on me. I called my pcp right away and she referred me to someone else who got me in right away. I went to Dr Weingarten with severe episodes of vertigo. He listened to my issues and after the examination answered any questions I had. He explained that I had a condition called BPPV. They were able treat me that day with a simple, non invasive procedure and after 3 weeks I have only had a few instances of vertigo. I went back today for a follow up and feel great. I was very skeptical but this really works. I highly recommend seeing him if you are having issues with vertigo.

I was referred to this office by my PCP. I called to schedule an appointment and the woman I spoke with seemed to be in a rush, and she made it a point to tell me how strict their policies are for their appointments. I was told to must arrive early to fill out new patient paperwork. I am currently at this office waiting to be seen. I arrived at 2:45pm as requested for a 3pm appt. I completed the paperwork in 10 minutes, and they immediately took my co-pay. It is now 4:53 and I am still in the waiting room. Since I have been here there has been multiple people complaining about the wait, and asking how many people are ahead of them. The women at the desk give out the same "lines" as to why the wait is so long and not to worry because there are 2 doctors in the office. Now it is 4:56 and my name is finally called, but the lady takes off before I can even get to her. So I have to speed up to figure out which room I am assigned to. I can hear the doctor in another room, so I'm continuing to wait. 5:05 the doctor came in, talked for a few minutes and sent me for hearing tests. The woman that conducts the test was really nice. However, arriving at 2:45 for a 3pm appointment and leaving at 5:30pm is ridiculous.

Changing ENT's this one is a quack, he said my daughter doesn't seem to have Adenoid inflammation and will not work with my therapist and finding the root cause of her constant sinus issues, and misdiagnosed her with an ear infection yesterday. I went to her pediatrician they did not find an issue with her ears they were cleared. I can't believe I was given a prescription for a problem that didn't exist. He is very dismissive as a doctor, plays like he is god. I will not recommend this doctor at all. His staff is rude over the phone and it takes forever to get into a receptionist. As a Licensed Professional, I understand the need for written reviews. However, I’m choosing to write my review from a wife’s perspective today. My husband battled with a thyroid issue for many years until it became progressively worse. Recently, my husband located Dr. Weingarten. The doctor gave my husband the push he needed to finally have surgery. Unbeknownst to all of us, my husband’s thyroid was literally killing him. I had many sleepless nights due to his gasping. The thyroid was blocking his airway. My husband finally had part of his thyroid removed this December. On December 26th, my husband finally slept through the night. My dermatologist looked at my lip for over a year and each time used the can to freeze the area, but did not seem alarmed . The next time I saw my primary physician I asked him what he thought and directed me to see an ENT. Years before I saw Dr Weingarten and he diagnosed my medical condition as Eagle Syndrome. RUN..RUN..RUN!!! WARNING: Don’t go to this place. I called them asked if they take my insurance, they said “yes”, then scheduled me for next day. I went to the office in next day filled out paperwork and gave them my ID and insurance card, they checked everything and sent me to the room to see Dr.Weingarten. inside the room I found this Doctor is SO.. rude, when I asked him more details he turned around asked nurse: do you understand what I’m saying? Nurse said “yes”, then he asked nurse explain to me, that was RUDE and NOT professional at all.
The next day I called insurance to see if Dr. Weingarten covered by my insurance plan, they said he is not in network, which means the front desk whoever answered the phone scheduled and the girls whoever help me filled out the paperwork not even know and check my insurance information. They still scheduled me for next follow up.
THE END: I went to the other doctor’office who is my insurance provider. Overall very disappointed with this place, Also the girls working there has no smile at all, barely understand what they talking.

Dr. Weingarten came highly recommend to us. My wife is an ICU nurse in Arizona, and a fellow Doctor that she works with, Referred her to Dr. Weingarten for her thyroid and goiter growing in her neck. We drove to Nevada to meet with him. He was direct and straight to the point. He is very experienced in the removal of the thyroid and gave us every option. He gave us a level of comfort that we had not previously received over the past 8 years with other doctors while addressing her issue.
He is confident and sure and with diagnosis and recommendations for treatment. We would both recommend and favor him for experience, knowledge, bedside manner , and his no nonsense approach. He is smart and caring.
As an icu nurse I prefer competence and experience to hand holding! I appreciate the job Dr. Weingarten did for me. I’m thankful for feeling safe in his hands. The nurse at St. Rose (Annabelle) who obviously respects this Dr. Was exceptional.

I am 64 years old. I have been to many doctors. I have never been to a doctor who has been as rude as this man was to me. He chastised me for my choice of treatment while waiting for the month it took to get in to see him. He is rude to his staff. I sat in exam room 20 minutes waiting while listening to him on phone in another room arguing and yelling at the person on phone. I got up and walked out. Other choices for ENTs in Vegas.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Weingarten. My mom, who is almost 96, has been a patient for almost a year. He knew right away the best treatment for her and made sure he talked directly to her so she could understand, since she is very hard of hearing. After each procedure she was very surprised he was done. He is very kind, caring and made us laugh. All the staff is very helpful and Kim, who has called me back when I had any questions. Excellent... unless he is in a ”mood”. I left in tears today, understanding why some patients give Dr. Weingarten 1 star while the majority give him 5. Today’s visit was a 1 star as I felt belittled and misunderstood. All except one other of my 10+ visits would be 5 stars. In my experience, he’s a very good doctor who typically shows great care and compassion. I’ve referred several people to him. If your first visit is on a bad mood day, you may want to give Dr. Weingarten a second chance.

I saw Dr. Weingarten due to an episode of sudden hearing loss in my left ear. I was completely happy with every aspect of my dealings with the office....from the receptionist with whom I made my initial appointment, to the support staff in the office, and particularly (and most importantly of course) to the level of knowledge and care demonstrated by Dr. Weingarten himself. His diagnosis was spot-on and the treatment was very effective. If you need an ENT...you cannot do better than Dr. W.!

I give 5-stars because of Dr Weingarten, Kim and Elliott, the front desk staff, not so much... Dr Weingarten is wonderful... his assistant, Kim, is great as well and Elliott was there for scheduling and was always available to answer any questions I had after my surgery was done... I would highly recommend, Dr Weingarten, for the deviated septum surgery process... now as far as the front desk staff, I understand that they are young, but it doesn't excuse them from being so unprofessional... this is an area that needs to be worked out cause these girls are the very first ones that we encounter once we walk through the front door

The worst my child's pediatrician sent in a referral to this place numerous of times and the lady on the phone is so rude and refused to check her fax for the referral this also has happened 2 years ago me trying to get my child to see the Dr. When they put my 1 1/2 yeas old child at the time with a emergancy ear infection when he needed tube placements on a 4 month waiting period. Worst Dr I have ever seen. Berated me and made me feel stupid. Arrogant with a God complex. And I'm a Nurse!! His assistant was even worse and grabbed paperwork out of my hand when I was trying to sign it for a referral to an Allergist. Stay away from this practice. The Dr does not listen to you at all. Barks at you as to what he wants you to hear. Staff very unprofessional. Don't waste your time. It's not worth it. We have better Dr's available in this area to care for your needs. I would have not even given him one star but that was not an option!!!!!

Dr. Weingarten is amazing! He has a wonderful personality that has always put my son and myself at ease. He addresses all our questions and concerns each time and has helped my son be able to hear much better. We have gone from 6 ear infections a year to 0 because Dr. Weingarten listened and took action where the ENT we had previously did not. I would highly recommend Dr. Weingarten!

Dr.Weingarten did my Parathyroid Adenoma (Tumor)Surgery back in December & did an Amazing Job!!! My Scar is healing well.Funny because I don't want my Scar to disappear completely.My Beautiful Scar is now a part of me,lol.
I have noticed that My Surgeon is mostly loved by the Nurses who worked with him when I was at the Hospital.He is Knowlegable,Approachable & Friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Weingarten for over two years for ear infections ( I have very narrow ear canals which are subject to was build up) and for an esophagus problem. Dr. Weingarten and his staff were very professional every time. The wait times were never very long, most acceptable by today's standards. I would recommend him very highly.

ATTENTION TEACHERS !!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT use this Doctor for surgical procedures. My daughter had her tonsils removed and he uses an OUT OF NETWORK provider. My anesthesia bill is $800. They were supposed to get prior authorization. I'm not sure who dropped the ball. But I guess I'm the responsible party. If they did try to get authorization, and could not, they should not have proceeded with the surgery without discussing it with me first.

Having your deviated septum fixed is never a pleasant experience but the results were amazing. I can breath through my nose easily for the first time in years and I'm extremely happy with how it turned out. One of the rudest doctors I have had to deal with in many years. His office is completely full of unprofessional people. We had appointments to see him which were made many weeks in advance only to have them cancelled without being told. When we complained they told us they tried to call us but that was a complete lie. I could believe them the first time but after the first time we gave them multiple numbers to get ahold of us with and they still never even tried. We had to drive 2 hours to get to his office just to find out he had been gone for hours.

None of the people who answer his phones have a single clue. You can never get ahold of Rosie which is supposed to be the manager of the building. Weingarten only likes to come in for the briefest of visits when you actually do get to seem him and during those visits he barely listens to anything you have to say.

I have found another doctor already for my son and will never bring him back to this hack. I have further made it a point to tell everyone I know to never seek his help and have complained about him to every doctor I go to now so they never recommend him. He is entirely unprofessional and deserves to have his license revoked.

I hope he reads this and knows how much I hate him. I just wish I could tell him in person how much I despise him as that might actually make me feel better but alas this review will have to do.

Doctor Weingarten is the most amazing Diagnostician I have ever met, I call him the Doctor House of the ENT's. We have been going to him for 14 years now we met him when my son broke his nose at Baseball and he fixed it so well that you would never know that he ever broke it. Since then I have not only gone to him myself but have referred him to all my friends and several of them told me how he diagnosed and helped them when other Doctors were unable to figure out what was wrong and therefore unable to help. I wish there were Internists and other Specialists like him, but so far I haven't met one. Also his staff is genuinely nice and helpful, I never had a bad experience and I will keep recommending him.
