The practice of my dreams! I’ve had multiple visits at this office now with both Sara and Kassie and they are amazing. I see Sara for nutrition and weight loss and am seeing fantastic results. She’s super knowledgeable and has helped me every step of the way. Kassie helped with my women’s care needs and I will continue seeing her primary care in the future. They have an in office phlebotomist who makes my life so much easier when having to do labs. They’re truly a one stop shop and I’m so happy I found them!

Best doctor/practice I’ve interacted with in Vegas. They have a patient portal I believe but I love that I can literally just text the office phone number and everything is handled efficiently bc I’m talking with the staff. SO convenient when I work the same hours as the office and can’t really make a phone call to them but texting I can do :)
Kassie is amazing and I’ve had 3 other people with positive word of mouth reviews as well.
We moved here 3 yrs ago and I’ve actually experienced several offices and clinics including obgyn, dermatologist, psychiatric, counseling, etc. This office is clean, beautiful, welcoming and timely. So refreshing and they give a stress free doctor visit experience :)

I lost my primary care provider back in July and since I have anxieties, I was hesitant to get a new one. I went to see Cassie Cartwright last week, she made me feel like I was at home. She listened to my every need, and she made sure I got my medication cheaper. She set me up with the referrals I needed and most of all she went over everything in detail. She will now be my PCP and I’m excited to have a new Doctor that will be there to listen and get me the help that I need. She also has the best assistant to check vitals and is very attentive, too! My pregnant wife and I had a wonderful experience with Revolution Health. With no appointment, we were able to walk in and get a rapid covid test immediately. Both of us had been feeling under the weather all day, until my fever broke. My wife was still feeling bad, so she received an IV. She felt great afterwards. We thought the prices were very reasonable, with a very informative staff. I would recommend to anyone.

Today I saw Kassie Cartright. She was such a wonderful provider who listened to all of my concerns and was quick to make a plan for my health. Just moved out here from California. I was looking for a new Primary Physician. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was able to be seen right away. The office and its location is nice. I was seen as soon as I checked in. No wait. Thank you Janae(sp). She is very kind and patient. Really nice. Maria took all my stats. She’s a sweetheart and very good at what she does. So easy to talk too. Kassie is outstanding. She took time to actually listen to my concerns and together we came up with a plan. As a patient I have never felt more seen or more heard. I’ve been seeing Katie Bass since 2021, and I truly wouldn’t want to go to anyone else—even though I travel full time for work. Her telehealth appointments make staying on top of my health easy and convenient.

Katie is incredibly kind, professional, and truly listens—she never rushes and takes your concerns seriously. That alone sets her apart, especially for women navigating healthcare.

Her staff is also helpful, patient, and kind every time I’ve interacted with them. A are easy to book, and wait times are minimal—the longest I’ve waited was around 25 minutes. They also accept most insurance plans, which is a huge plus.

If you’re looking for a provider who is compassionate, attentive, and reliable, I can’t recommend Katie Bass and Revolution Health enough.

I had a great experience with Revolution Health. Katie Bass and her team are amazing! It is not easy to find and keep a good physician here, but I definately found a great one with Katie. I have never had an office visit that was as thorough as this. Katie and her staff took so much time to ask all of the questions and listened and discussed every answer. My husband and I had some extremely disturbing experiences with this provider. I saw some red flags in the negative reviews but brushed them off. I'm regretting that now, because 1) the Jekyll/Hyde switch this provider seems to make when questioned even in the most minor ways and 2) she lacked knowledge of basic medical things (medical ethics, conditions for tests to be accurate, that over-testing can be harmful, what is a screening test or not) and had inflated her education and experience (claiming Univ. North Florida was 'highly competitive" when it accepts >70% of applicants and is nowhere in top 100 BSN programs). It caused us to lose trust that we want her anywhere near our health.

She told both of us at different times for raising concerns about non-standard, even recommended-against tests she was running on us that if we had concerns, we should find another doctor -- her way or the highway. In both cases, we were asking her to follow established medical guidelines and ethics -- not asking to skip anything truly required.

I have a mother with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) and have had to learn about the condition. The things I experienced as a patient of this clinic reminded me a lot of those experiences with my mother.

I didn't like that this nurse had tested me for pregnancy without my knowledge or consent (considered medically unethical) and was concerned to hear she did this to all her female patients, and she viciously turned on me, telling me very early on after I brought up the issue that if I didn't like it I should find another provider.

Months later, her staff sent my husband the wrong tests to have done in order to get a refill. He had no way of knowing this was a mistake and thought the nurse was asking him to do unreasonable tests to maintain the prescription. He contacted her with his concerns and offered to discuss them at a future appointment. It came out that there had been a mistake, the correct tests were supplied, which my husband said he had no problem with and got done. Then the nurse told him she would no longer fill his prescription in the future, gave him a prescription that the pharmacy can't fill, and has been unreachable by us or the pharmacy to fix it for days, so now he has no medication.

There's honestly a lot more -- grandiosity, talking frequently about how she is better than other doctors and medical providers, claiming in her yelp bio that her medical experience is "vast" (being a nurse in different settings for 10y is not vast experience). In my impression, she seems to seek narcissistic supply by testing her patients for too many things and without regard for the proper testing conditions, in hopes that something will come up positive (even if it could be a false positive) and give her the rush of feeling she caught something that others would have missed. Once you run 6-7 tests, the chance of a false positive is around 20% (read up on the harms of over-testing), so she might be racking up tons of false positives for patients, possibly leading to unnecessary further testing, specialist visits, or worse. She tested us for a lot of off-the-wall stuff she never explained to us but that we had to pay for.

I don't feel my husband and I were helped by her care. She cost us hundreds of dollars in unnecessary tests and caused us both a lot of stress by telling us to find new doctors for raising even small concerns. I think she saw us as objects and was thus able to turn on us quickly. She said in an email to me patients should just trust what she does is in their best interest or else find a new provider, which seems risky for patient safety.

Before moving to Vegas, I never had problems with my primary care doctors and had long, normal, healthy relationships with them and have an excellent multi-year relationship with my specialist. Nobody wants to write bad reviews for doctors esp. when they know who you are, but I feel I had to. It's not just a matter of feelings -- health can also be impacted by a provider who is more concerned with their ego than your care.

I was referred to Katie Bass by a good friend and I am so glad she did. The whole staff is very caring and you can tell they all love what they do. I had concerns that the treatment I was getting from another office was sub par. Katie and her staff really listened to me and got me referrals for further testing right away. They also got a prior authorization for a medication (one that I had been on for 2 years) that the prior office said they wouldn’t even try to get since my insurance wouldn’t approve it. I have had many previous doctors treat me as though I wasn’t knowledgeable about my own body, and many other doctors have responded to my concerns with belittling patronizing disregard. But Katie was so tuned in to my wellbeing that she could almost finish my sentences for me, even though she is so kind that she would never interrupt me. Had my first appointment today, and was very hesitant because 1) I have not seen a primary in quite sometime nor do I have the best past experiences and 2) just never know who you are about to deal with. That being said my experience was amazing and glad I went and found a new pcp, she was knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and she just listened to my concerns and provided solutions. I was happy to find this place with such good reviews, I called the office and they were very nice and helpful guiding me in how to assign the Dr as my PCP before the appointment. I scheduled 2 appointment, one for my husband and one for me.
The day of the appointment my 2 month old baby was feeling sick with temperature and it took me a while to get out the house , for that reason we arrived 11 min late to the office.
The person from the front desk was extremely rude when we arrived , she did not greet us or welcomed us , and when I told her our names she said (with a very bad vibe and actitud) “you appointment was at 12.30 and it is 12.41” I had to ask her “ what does that mean ? Did we lost the appointment?” And she replied “yes”. At that point I was in shock and very preoccupied since my husband has a High Blood Pressure prescription pills that needs to be refilled. (My husband PCP moved and that is why were at this office for the first time) I explained this to her looking for help to maybe reschedule my husband’s appointment and she said “you are late “ After that I decided to leave and canceled my appointment, I was not in the mood to be mistreated.
I know we were late for my husband’s appointment and we understand this office have a very strict policy regarding the appointment time, the issue here was that the person from the from desk was very rude , and showed no intention of helping us to reschedule the appointment.
When did we stop caring ? When we decided it was ok to miss treat and be rude to patients ? When did we lost the compassion to treat patients?
Update: After receiving an answer from the owner I would like to Thank you for taking the time of reviewing the video and providing your point of view. Although I had preferred the same passion and seriousness from the front desk representative to re accommodate my husband’s appointment and work around my issues and delays. At the end we should remember that all patient care should be aimed from a patient centered care point of view. Meaning we work together and patient are not just customers. Also it start as soon as the patient walks into the clinic. I will give the you the five start if that is what really matter for you.

I went to this office and I was diagnosed with high blood pressure katie seem like a good doctor at first... I was put on blood pressure medication I went back for a 3 month check up got my prescription and then one day I went to get a refill and this was a year later and they said the doctor stopped the prescriptions so when I called the office the receptionist told me that I never came back for another checkup and I simply told them nobody told me that I had to come back? I proceed to tell them how the heck can they just cut me off a blood pressure medication when I was never told about another checkup (not even a courtesy call) and that this was very dangerous for me to be off the medication!! Dr. Bass is an exceptional Provider. My initial visit with her was life-changing. My previous provider failed to determine the correct dosage for any of my medication. Dr. Bass conducted a genetic test to identify which medications would work best with my gene pathways. ( I DID NOT KNOW EXSISTED) The results showed that none of the medications I was taking were suitable for my genetics. This experience left me deeply disappointed with the healthcare system and made me question why genetic testing isn't standard practice to prevent unnecessary liver and kidney damage from ineffective medication. Katie has reinstilled my trust in healthcare, and because she can also prescribe medication, there's no need for me to see any other provider. Even though I drove over 20 miles I didn't have much hope about seeing a doctor Until today when I found RH.. Dr. Katie Bass showed real compassion towards my needs and health.. She didn't just listen to me she heard me there's a difference.. I have no insurance yet her price was fair, she didn't rush me, helped me get the cheapest price for my meds, and explained that she was going to make sure, with my help to get my health back.. The staff greeted me with a smile not like the other places ive been where they stare at you like what is it you want.. They went out of there way to help me.. Honestly at first I could not understand how a clinic has 5 dang stars, but I surely know now.. THERE JUST AWESOME AND NOW MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR..
