When i told him my problems with my skin , he said he wasnt worried about it, and now from another doctor their saying I might have tumors , and also during the hpv test he didn't even ask to put his fingers inside to check something

Horribly disappointed. Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any doctor. I have EDS, mast cell activation and another laundry list of chronic debilitating issues that cause pain… I was so looking forward to seeing this MD after reading so many positive reviews. Once again I felt, condescended to and completely humiliated!! This man actually mocked my pain level and joked about whether to send me to the er if it was really that serious??? I left in tears. He treated me like I was delusional even after I provided my extendsive medical paperwork. I only wish there were more places I could leave a warning for his future patients! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! This man believes he is gods gift. He could not be more wrong.

I was having a difficult time finding a doctor but Dr. Ramirez is a very caring and knowledgeable primary care doctor in Henderson. His staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor who cares enough to sit with you to answer your questions and concerns about your health, and work out an action plan together.

I had a beyond amazing experience at this office. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, parking is not an issue, Dr. Ramirez spent way more than enough time with me during our visit, and i felt very cared for overall.

I even had an issue come up with the insurance after words and Jeff was very helpful in having that resolved as well. He even called the insurance and resolved it for me.

There’s not enough that can be said to express how wonderful Dr. Ramirez and his staff are. You are welcomed from the door to the moment you’re seen. The office is beautiful and so well designed. I established care here and had a great opportunity to get to know him and how he approaches healthcare. I am thoroughly impressed, he wants to get to the bottom of what’s going on, not just band-aid and go. He also takes his time and doesn’t rush through the appointment. I’m happy to have found a doctors office that makes me feel comfortable as a person of the LGBTQIA+ community. Something I’ve not really ever experienced. Highly recommended is an understatement. Dr. Ramirez is THEE doctor to see.

Dr. Ramirez at center well on eastern Ave. This was that absolute worst experience I ever had with any dr.he would not refill my prescription for panic attacks unless I would take a bunch of other meds for things I don't even have wrong with me. Don't go here. You will wish you hadn't.
