Dr.Tolentino is considered a fine doctor....However, he's no use to you if he takes 3 months to give you an appointment. I made an appointment to choose him for my primary care doctor in early February. The appointment was given for May 22. I expected enough time to discuss the issues I've had and tried to give him all the info he should have. He did give me a referral to get a complete blood work so that he could see where I stand with any issues there. But the appointment was only 15 - 17 minutes, and I was still talking to him as he was walking out the door. I was told to make a follow up appt. The follow up appointment was not available until Late September. I can't have a doctor who takes 4 months to see me...Can you? And whats worse, is that he still has the words...."Accepting New Patients" under his profile. This is inexcusable.....and coupled with the fact that my initial appointment was so short.....it tells me that his great reviews must have a lot to do with what a nice guy he is....But if you need a doctor to PROVIDE the amount of time and the efficiency in appointment bookings that a professional medical facility should provide, then you need to look elsewhere.

Dr. Tolentino is very dedicated and attentive. It is clear that he truly cares about his patients. He takes ample time to listen and provide the best experience possible when you come in to see him, it makes you really look forward to your next appointment. When I moved to Nevada, I was told that finding a great PCP would be difficult, so I feel really lucky to have found Dr. Tolentino, who is the best of the best.

I've been seeing doctor Tolentino for several years now And he takes the time to listen and offer Other Alternatives by the way he's now full-timeThey had started half time back when. But now full time
He's the best I would not see anyone else , I'm very choosy as to who I see.

Dr Tolentino is a nice guy - who only works PART-TIME at South West Medical which makes it nearly impossible to see him. As a FORMER patient I finally gave up after multiple attempts to schedule. Seriously, what is the sense of having a great doctor is you can't ever see him, and his NPA Kevin Fisher is a waste of time.

I am not a patient of Dr. Tolentino, but a person who is very important to me is, my grandfather. Today, Dr. Tolentino came to visit him in the hospice, not because he had to, but because he is an amazing doctor who truly cares about his patients. I might be biased, but I know why he was so fond of my grandfather...he’s a hard person not to love, but for a healthcare professional to go above and beyond like this, in this day in age, is very impressive. Dr. Tolentino I can’t tell you what it meant to my family to see you there today, and to see the reaction my grandpa had to your presence in the room. It was truly heartwarming. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring and for providing the best care possible for him in his final years.
