I am very happy with the care and service I receive at this office. Dr. Richard Teh is an excellent family doctor. He is very kind, caring, knowledgeable, and always helpful. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate having such a wonderful doctor who I can trust with my health.

The girls at the front desk are also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They always greet me warmly and make my visits pleasant from the moment I walk into the office.

Another great benefit is having Labcorp right inside the same office. It is so convenient to have my blood work done at the same location. Rene and Tee are both wonderful! They are friendly, kind, professional, and always make me feel comfortable. I have always been nervous about having my blood drawn, but they make the whole process easy and stress-free. They are gentle, patient, and very skilled at what they do.

I am extremely happy with my experience here. From the friendly front desk staff, to Dr. Richard’s excellent care, to the wonderful service from Rene and Tee at Labcorp, I always feel welcomed and in good hands. I truly appreciate everyone in this office and highly recommend them!

Nobody calls you back at all for an update about your blood results, then prescribe random medicine that are going to throw off my menstrual. I asked for something to help with sleep and also being 3-4 pp at that time. I also went in for a fungal Infection on my fingernail and Sarah told me to do blood work never got a call back from her to set up some medication for my nail. Sarah just doesn’t listen at all to what I have to say but she go above and beyond for other patients. Only the medical assistants, dr Ruben & blood work ladies are very awesome. I will never return to this place. My doctor for Whasn is way better & provided me with medicine for my sleep & anxiety. So much for a PRIMARY PROVIDER HERE!

I’m a patient of Doctor Onyx Reeds and I absolutely LOVE HER ! She is so amazing! The office staff , including Tina are so helpful and take care of my needs in a timely manner ! I absolutely love the telehealth program, due to my high anxiety levels of driving ! It also works with my husband being a Military Veteran and us having duel residents! I 100% would recommend Doctor Reed if you’re looking for a doctor who cares and takes their time with you ! Amazing staff and quick response times when needed . They take good care of me even when needed a telehealth ! I had the pleasure of meeting a new member of safe harbor medical , Sara , she’s very caring and had a very positive attitude and understanding of the issues I had spoke to her about .

Very disappointed! This place was a great place. However recently it has gone down hill. The CFO Kimberly, also does billing, Is rude very unhelpful and maybe shouldn’t be working in healthcare especially mental healthcare.
I have gone there for years, I have never received a statement or a bill not one thing. I’ve always paid my copays and co insurance. I have not had one problem with billing until last week when I received a call stating that all my appointments would be canceled until my insurance is fixed. I was never told they had a problem or received a statement.
Another provider called the week before and said they had a denied clam and asked if I could call my insurance and see what was going on. I did, there was a problem, it was corrected and every claim for every provider was sent back for payment. I was also given a direct line if there were any more problems the providers office could call. I tried to explain this to Kimberly, the CFO, but she said she wasn’t going to call and my appointments had to be canceled until it was fixed.
It is fixed it was fixed, but she refused to listen. I asked for a manager and she said She was the Chief Financial Officer and there’s no one above her. Since she answers to noone she can be as rude as she wants I guess. I know this place has problems and the turn over is awful, but I loved my providers that I see there so I stayed.
I will no longer be going there which is Sad because they do have 2 really great providers there and I really do appreciate how they have helped me.
CFO Kimberly definitely needs some training on the correct way to work accounts, calling an insurance company and some lessons on how to talk to patients..

Joshua Weltha is an awesome NP. Finally, I found someone who takes some interest in what he is doing. Probably because he is young, and I hope the system never changes him. He's great, he takes time to talk with you. I dont feel rushed to explain my medical problems in under 2 minutes like most doctors want. He actually talks to me like he cares about my health. So rare today! Not to mention he is on top of everything, and very proficient at his job. Finally I found the right health care. Im so thankful to Safe Harbor Medical, and NP Joshua Weltha! Insurance changed so had to find a new PCP which is always a hassle. Found Safe Harbor Medical and was fortunate to find Sara Blitenthal, APRN. She is amazing! Dr Renee is completely amazing! She listens, she cares, and she's brilliant! She works with you on what you think, cares actually about your opinion in your care. And then gives her professional diagnosis. Very few doctors ever out there like her! I have never been excited to go see my psych therapist lol but I am with her I always feel better even if we talk about things that we have to bring up I always know it's in my best interest with her!

I switched insurances and they didn't accept it, so I didn't go for a year. I was on hospice for a year, I switched my insurance back to the one they accept and I'm glad I'm did because hospice discharged me with no direction because I went to the emergency room, guess where I went back to SafeHarbor, because you're more than your insurance, the staff has marvelous bedside manners and very professional.. It's still about customer service at the end of the day and the staff let you know that your health and feelings matter.. I went in feeling helpless, and came out feeling hopeful..

One thing that really caught me off guard was that NO ONE ever called me regarding my Doctor quitting or leaving the office and out of all the doctors in Pahrump Valley in Nye County personally was one of the best doctors I have ever seen, and to not get a phone call that he was no longer there. It didn’t give me an opportunity to either switch doctors or question the new doctors that are there or really give me a chance to do anything regarding my situation so other than that I have never had a bad experience. Just wish they would’ve called and told me that my doctor was no longer there instead of me calling and finding out the day prior to my appointment that he was no longer there and I had to ask because it was a rumor that was going around.

My name is Mustafa Tahiri and my wife's name is Fatiha Charkani . We chose this clinic several years ago and have been completely satisfied with the services we have received ever since, from the reception staff to the Wonderful doctors especially Dr Sara , as well as the kind and polite lady in charge of the lab. However, on Thursday, February 26, 2026, my wife and I arrived as usual and were surprised by the strange treatment we received from a receptionist. We were told her name was Ashley, that she wore glasses and had blonde hair. She was eccentric: she didn't respond to our greetings when we entered, and she acted condescendingly and disinterestedly when I spoke to her, which led to her making a mistake. The reason is simply that she wasn't interested. She was also impolite; every time I thanked her, she wouldn't respond and would turn her face away indifferently. I am very surprised that such a situation exists in such a wonderful and well-known clinic.

Dr. V and Staff are friendly, supportive, they are kind to Snow always, I feel very comfortable around them.Dr. V, knows back pain, she had problems with her back too. My head, neck, whole back is a rod map to hell, along with noth legs. Dr. V, does injections, let me tell you, what a BIG RELIEF, every 3 months, I am a new person. I have lost weight, can feel my legs to the knee area. Gonna try to lose more, my feet bootom legs ice cold, freezing, burning, numb. We are working on that, she listens. I was a bit worried finding new doctors here in Nevada after moving states but this office eased that worry right away!
I’ve had plenty of health problems the last 10 years and all I’ve wanted is a proactive doctor, one that doesn’t just treat the symptoms but tries to find the ‘why’. I didn’t have to find for test, she automatically did them! I know that’s the bare minimum but I could tell that she was thinking through every solution and test for me as I was explaining how I had been feeling. The behavior health doctor Brandon Dabu is awesome. He makes you feel comfortable and listens to you intently.
He is able to prescribe medication, but doesn't force you to get medication
The talk therapist Tiffany Harper is also amazing. She is so helpful in obtaining your mental health goals, whatever they may be. She is not pushy and I really appreciate that.
I absolutely recommend Safe Harbor Medical Behavior Health to anyone who is ready to work on their mental health. The team of Tiffany Harper and Brandon Dabu are wonderful and they will help you along the way.
I have to add more to this post. They have the best team of clinical people that seem so happy to see you every time they check you in, because I am terrible with names, and probably will leave some out, but Gabby, Eve, Trinity, and also Melissa. When it comes to the doctor's, Sara Blitenthal is an amazing listener, and then she acts accordingly to your conditions, no matter how many. Krista Nelson is direct and to the point, and if that's the kind of doctor you like then she's a good fit for you.

Dr valencia has literraly changed my life in a the quantity of life and quality of life versus an extremely painful life with a ton of meds with side effects, she has made a non walking debilitating cramps stopping my walking in its path miserably.

she provides a much needed trigger point injectings to a person who can enjoy walking and playing and watching my grandkids soccer games. Her trigger point injections relieve muscle cramps and her interventions give me so much more time and freedom to visit wth my precious grandbabys and extendeds my visits per child

Great staff, front desk very cordial, pays attention to follow thru. Does the things we expect like prescription refills immediately, sends out referrals immediately and calls to confirm. Also the NP / Drs take there time with you. No rush thru at your appointment.

My kids' school referred us here to have free physicals. In fact, the physicals are not FREE; they require you to change your PCP provider to them to avoid the $20 per physical charge. But they say that the physical is FREE; they are charging for the signature on the paperwork for the doctors to sign off. They wouldn't provide anything in writing confirming this policy, and 3 people called me back to explain how this works. The way this business is structured as a non-profit free clinic, they should not be advertising this at a public school as a FREE service. Not everyone has insurance but they will still bill insurance if you have insurance but I'm guessing they can't bill state insurance unless you change them to your PCP. Idk but everything seems fishy. I'm sure a lot of parents just paid the $20 fee without asking any questions. I'm going to look a little further into this through medicaid because it just seems sketchy that 1 day before my kids scheduled visits they informed me to change my PCP to them or pay $20 for "signatures" the physical itself is still considered free. I do believe they have an obligation to be upfront about cost so the flyer should indeed say. Make us your PCP and recieve a free sports physical or pay $20. ALL IN ALL ITS MISLEADING so I personally wouldn't recommend them because marketing to low income families and acting as if it's not a big deal when you have a fee to pay just seems unethical to me. Also some non profits are already prepaid by the state to offer "FREE" services so I am not sure if that is the case but they double downed on answering any questions I had and were rude and told me to just go to my kids PCP which in fact did. I have let the coach at the school in charge of sports know that this is not a FREE service so he can also let other parents know to have the $20 or be prepared to make them your kids primary care provider.

I'm very disappointed with my experience with the clinic. The physicians seem to care but I can't get my prescriptions refilled in a timely manner which results In long gaps between doses so the meds don't work. Now they changed my meds without explanation and without prior authorization from the Insurance so who knows how long it will be until I get my meds. No communication, and I'm left to suffer.

The best neurologist in town Dr Arlene Valencia. She is very caring and compassionate to her patients. She helps me a lot with my neck shoulder and back pain. And the whole medical crew are all nice

I've been seeing Dr Valencia for a couple years for pain management even before she moved to Safe Harbor Medical. She's extremely attentive to what's going on with my body. She was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon in whom I have a lot of trust! She's very experienced in what she does and has helped me tremendously. Brandon who I also see at Safe Harbor medical has been amazing. The whole staff is excellent! Extremely professional. I've rarely had to wait more than a few minutes for my schedule appointments.

I was charged a $40 co-pay for a visit I specifically asked to have handled over the phone—something every other doctor’s office I’ve visited has no problem accommodating. When I scheduled the appointment, I explicitly asked for assurance that I wouldn't be billed or expected to pay for this in-person review. I was told I wouldn’t be.

Then I show up, and—surprise—the person who gave me that information “is no longer with the company.” Turns out she was a student intern. A 50-year-old student intern. Not saying it’s impossible, just… convenient. When I asked if anything I’d been told was actually true, the response was: “Will that be cash or credit?”

I didn’t want to come in just to review routine bloodwork because it felt like a cash grab—and unfortunately, I was right. This office clearly prioritizes billing over patient care. Every interaction felt transactional.

Most of my time was spent in the lobby listening to front-desk staff flirt, gossip, and make inappropriate comments about patients—right in front of other patients still in the waiting room.

I would’ve appreciated just a little self-respect—or at the very least, the presence of mind to recognize that people are here for their health, not to sit front row for your drama.

All I asked for was transparency. What I got was a bill and a bad experience

I want to give the 2 front desk girls a BIG shoutout. They were both so sweet. I genuinely appreciate front desk staff who are patient and kind, like they are. Thank you! I know it isn’t always easy.
During my visit I unfortunately overheard a patient yelling at the front desk over an error. Nobody deserves to be yelled at or spoken to like that. People, have some more grace and respect.

I have been going to Safe Harbor Medical for 14 plus years starting with Dr D, who was an amazing Dr. Now I am with Dr Reed she will take her time with you and listen to your issues and treat you or referr you to the right Dr .Dr Reed will be the my Dr for ever. The staff up front is personal and very professional. They always go out of their way to make you feel that they really care about you and your wellbeing. Tina, who owns the clinic will work with you personally to make sure you get your health needs met even if you are having financial issues, she will work with you to make a payment plan you can afford. I didn’t have a good experience at all. Dr Sheryl was not personable at all, I felt like an experiment not a person and I had a student do the appointment on me.

I will not be coming back here and will be finding a place that is more kind to their patients especially for such a delicate appointment.

First time going to this medical center. Was highly recommended by a good friend of mine. I was very impressed with the staff and the technicians and the doctor. They made me feel comfortable and they listened to my concerns. I'm definitely staying with them. And I will recommending friends and family here
